The system integrated control unit 250 is a control management part of the mobile media information service platform according to the present invention, and provides integrated platform management support, controls and coordinates user access and application access, provides a unified information platform, and provides an interface for operation management.

the system provides records of user behaviors and system information at various levels to ensure traceable platform management capability.
Module parameter module 256:
the processed module parameter information comprises parameter information of each service module, belongs to platform logic parameter configuration, and is used for configuring and controlling each service module such as WAP and short message and multimedia message service modules, and the modules adopt structured query language SQL based on a database to realize information access.
The charging control module 257: the charging capability of the platform on each channel of the media information service is provided, the charging function of the core network of the communication network is independent, more accurate delivery data and associated data (such as multimedia message behaviors of a user triggered by short messages) are provided for the delivery of the media information service on each channel, and the analysis capability of the media information service is more relevant than that of the core network data;
meanwhile, based on the charging difference of the media information platform and the common wireless service, the charging control module provides a service charging model, and can manage the charging model and the rating process under a plurality of combined service flows in an associated manner;
settlement control module 258:
an online and offline settlement module is provided for settlement management of forward portals and backward users, such as media messaging users, through which users may settle and transfer funds.
In addition, the system integrated control unit 250 also provides a data acquisition and analysis function.
Data acquisition: and the media information is delivered to a record file formed by data statistics records of each channel, and a data transmission interface is provided for transmitting and screening the record file.
And (3) data analysis: and importing the record of the original data statistics into a data analysis system, carrying out dimensional analysis on user behaviors and media information behaviors, and providing a business strategy basis for business decision and media information delivery.
The user behavior extension unit 260 includes:
the C2A system, i.e. the logic control and management of the subsequent interaction behavior of the user, comprises the subsequent actions of the user behavior, including: clicking to call, clicking to jump, clicking to short message and clicking to multimedia message.
The C2A system reserves the user behavior expansion space and system service support at the same time, all the service types supported by the access gateway can be logically combined and configured as a bearing channel for user behavior expansion.
The subsequent behavior of the user can become a mode of service triggering, and is recorded to the database in a SQL (structured query language) mode in the database, so that the subsequent behavior becomes one of data sources for analyzing and mining the user behavior data.
The interface connected with the user access part is responsible for managing the authority parameters of the management platform user and managing the subscription information of the terminal user, because the release of the media information can be released only by the subscription of the user under a part of service modes, for example, the release of the color ring media information needs the subscription of the terminal user.
In the process of transmitting the media information, secondary marketing information can be derived again from the reaction of the user to the media information, and the terminal user needs to interact with the platform in the next step so as to improve the actual effect of the media information.
The user behavior extension belongs to a manageable and customizable module, and the system sets the backward terminal user behavior as the following behavior according to the requirement of a forward user;
the user behavior extension includes:
clicking to a webpage: when the user needs to further know the media information, the user clicks and opens a detailed page of the media information to know the specific information;
clicking to obtain a short message: when the user clicks or goes up the instruction, the system sends the corresponding short message information to the user terminal according to the user behavior, such as: and after the user clicks, the system issues specific description information to the user terminal.
Clicking to a multimedia message: when the user clicks or goes up the instruction, the system issues the corresponding multimedia message information to the user terminal according to the user behavior, such as: and after the user clicks, the system issues the coupon to the user terminal.
Click-to-call: the user clicks the page button, the system initiates a voice call between the third-party platform and the user according to the user information, and the user can get through the voice of the third party after hearing the ringing, so that the requirements of the user for voice consultation and the like are met.
When the system is used for information delivery, the system mainly comprises the following processes:

and the terminal user acquires the service content after the issuing.
In this embodiment, the service is to prepare to release multimedia message media information, such as two-dimensional code media information, and includes the following steps:

the basic service access unit is used for accessing the mobile terminal user to the media information integrated service platform system through different basic service channels through the integrated access gateway;
the service logic control unit is responsible for generating and executing the service flow and logic of the media information platform, collecting the user attribute and the terminal attribute of the terminal user, performing serial connection and condition control on each separated service, and realizing intercommunication, conversion and cooperation of various services;
the service generation management unit is used for managing media materials in the system, service logic parameters, service logic and downlink and uplink channels of media information;
the application access unit manages application services, provides a third-party interface with unified standard, provides an extensible interface for value-added development on a media information system platform, and provides an interface function of business services for an extended system.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the basic service access unit is configured to access the service in a downlink direction:
applying PARLAYX service interface, converting the service output of the mobile media information integrated service platform system according to service logic and channel requirements, submitting the data format to each service engine, and finally issuing the service output to the terminal user;
in the uplink direction:
and for the data content submitted by the terminal user, routing the corresponding data of the terminal user to a service module corresponding to the integrated media information service platform system for processing according to the service type and the service instruction submitted by the user.

the content management module is used for managing and approving media information content, managing the content of the provided service materials, and including common value-added, deleted, modified and checked service operation and other value-added applications;
the logic management module is used for managing service logics, organizing and managing operation logics in each service, is used as an interface of an upper application access and lower application access and service logic control unit, and comprises a user interface or a configuration file for setting by management personnel, configured parameters are stored in a database or the configuration file, and the parameters are configured by reading system parameters, controlling and managing a media information service issuing strategy; the channel management module: managing each channel, selecting channels used by the service and setting parameters of the channels;

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the service logic control unit comprises:
the logic generation module is used for generating a business logic actual operation flow, converting the business logic into an actual execution flow and submitting the actual execution flow to the next layer for adaptation;
the adaptation engine module is used for screening data in the database after the business logic is generated and extracting the data content which accords with the business logic and the system configuration parameters to the output engine part;
the content output module is used for converting the physical content into a format suitable for each service channel and submitting the physical content to each communication service engine of the core network to be issued to the terminal user after the adaptive engine submits the adapted content;
and the access interface module has a user information extraction function, dynamically extracts the access information of the user terminal and the user in an uplink service scene, and submits the access information to the adaptation engine to be used as a user parameter for adaptation.
5. The system of claim 1, further comprising: and the user behavior extension unit is used for controlling and managing the subsequent interactive behavior logic of the user.

The system of claim 1, further comprising: and the system comprehensive control unit is used for comprehensively controlling the operation of the mobile media information service platform, controlling the provision of various service capabilities, providing a uniform interface for operation and maintenance, and providing service management and expanded application management functions.

the system parameter module is used for providing system global parameters and controlling and adjusting the working mode of the system;
the user information module is used for processing user information, including basic information, personalized information, ordering information, payment mode and user group of the user;
the authority management module is used for managing authority information including platform user authority and terminal user authority, and ensuring that the boundary of operation of each level of users on the system does not endanger user privacy data and system safety;
the log management module is used for recording user behaviors and system information at each level by the system so as to ensure the traceability of the platform management capability;
the module parameter module is used for processing module parameter information including parameter information of each service module and belonging to platform logic parameter configuration;
the charging control module provides the charging capability of the media information service on each channel and is independent of the charging function of a core network of a communication network;
the settlement control module provides an on-line settlement module and an off-line settlement module for forward portals and backward users such as media information delivery users, and the users can settle and transfer funds through the on-line settlement module.

A method for realizing mobile media information integrated service platform is characterized in that the method is applied to the mobile media information integrated service platform comprising a basic service access unit, a service logic control unit, a service generation management unit and an application access unit, and comprises the following steps:
the basic service access unit accesses the mobile terminal user to the media information platform through different basic service channels through the integrated access gateway;
the service logic control unit generates and executes the service flow and logic of the media information platform, collects the user attribute and the terminal attribute of the terminal user, performs series connection and condition control on each separated service, and realizes intercommunication, conversion and cooperation of various services;
the service generation management unit manages media materials, service logic parameters, service logic and downlink and uplink channels of media information in the system;
the application access unit manages application services and provides a third-party interface with unified standard, provides an extensible interface which is value-added and developed on a media information system platform, and provides an interface function of business services for an extended system.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising, when the mobile media information integrated service platform delivers the information:
and the operation user logs in a system portal and submits the media materials through the service generation management unit.

The method of claim 9, wherein the basic service access unit receives a request from a terminal user, and routes the instruction to the service logic control unit, and the service logic control unit obtains the user request for parsing, adapts to a format suitable for the user terminal, and generates the service content and submits the service content to the basic service access unit for issuing, further comprises:
if the terminal user obtains the message through the message instruction, the basic service access unit receives an uplink message instruction from the mobile terminal, the message is routed to the service logic control unit to obtain the instruction for analysis, the service generation management unit starts a service process, the service logic control unit is adapted to a format suitable for the user terminal, and specific content is statically or dynamically generated and submitted to the basic service access unit to be issued to the terminal user.
