Similarly, when the server receives monitoring fields such as salaries and the like sent by the second target terminal, the server extracts field information corresponding to the monitoring fields from the approved approval form to generate a second approval form, so that the second approval form is sent to the second target terminal. In addition, the target terminal corresponds to the identification information of the target terminal one to one, so that the uniqueness of the terminal and the identification thereof is ensured, the accuracy of falling of the approval form is improved, and the possibility of sending errors and the like is greatly reduced.
The approval processing method provided by the embodiment of the application acquires the field information related to the business approval request by responding to the business approval request, and further synchronizes the field information into the field library, wherein the field library is used for indicating the mapping relation among the field information, so that the field information is associated into the form template by utilizing the mapping relation to acquire the approval form, the form template is generated by preset form configuration information and approval terminal configuration information, and the approval form is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the approval terminal configuration information, so that the approval process is toolized, the approval form and the form floor configuration are quickly completed, the technical problem that the overall efficiency of the existing approval process is low is solved, and the user requirement is quickly and timely responded, the execution efficiency of the approval process is improved.
In some embodiments, the associating the field information into a form template using the mapping relationship to obtain an approval form includes:
determining form configuration information, wherein the form configuration information comprises field attribute information of fields, and the field attribute information is used for indicating the display and editing of the fields and the field values on an approval form;
displaying the examination and approval form based on the form configuration information, wherein editable controls corresponding to a plurality of field values are displayed on the examination and approval form;
and responding to the triggering operation of the editable control, and editing the field value corresponding to the editable control.
In this embodiment, the field attribute information is used to indicate the display and editing of the field and its field value on the approval form. Illustratively, the "applicant" field is taken as an example to describe, a field value mode of the "applicant" field is a mode of calling a default interface, a control of the "applicant" field is specifically a text control, an edit attribute of the field is read-only, visibility of the field is display, a state is enabled and not disabled, and the field value of the "applicant" field in the generated approval form is displayed according to the information. The 'salary' field is taken as an example for explanation, the field value mode of the 'salary' field is a user input mode, the control is specifically a text control, the editing attribute of the field is editable, the visibility of the field is shown when the field is valued, the state is enabled, and the field cannot be used as a branch condition, so that the field value of the 'salary' field in the generated approval form is shown according to the information, and at the moment, the control is in the editable state, so that the field value input by the user can be obtained in response to the triggering operation of the control in the approval form after the user initiates approval.
In some embodiments, the obtaining field information related to the service approval request further includes:
acquiring a field value of a designated field corresponding to a target field;
and calculating the field value of the target field according to the field value of the specified field.
In this embodiment, since some fields cannot directly obtain a field value and need to be obtained by calculating multiple field values, one or more specified fields constituting the target field are determined, so that when the field value of the specified field is obtained, the field value of the target field is obtained by calculation. In some embodiments, the obtaining field information related to the service approval request further includes:
when the data structure of the field value returned by the module is a preset basic structure, carrying out data formatting treatment on the field value; or the like, or, alternatively,
and when the data structure of the field value returned by the module is a preset specific scene structure, generating an electronic signature corresponding to the field value.
At present, the data standards returned by the source terminal interface are not uniform, and the data structure formats are not consistent, so that the complexity of approval and analysis is increased. Illustratively, when the data structure of the field value returned by the module is a preset infrastructure, if the field value is a date, the field value is subjected to date formatting; if the field value is an attachment and a picture, performing attachment formatting (namely, attachment formatting) on the field value; if the field value is selected by one person, selected by more persons and the applicant, carrying out person data formatting (namely staffformat) on the field value; if the field value is a department, then the department information format is carried out on the field value (namely, deparatementformat); if the field value is an address, performing address information formatting (i.e. address format) on the field value; if the field value is a telephone, formatting the telephone information (i.e. teleformat) for the field value; if the field value is the certificate, performing certificate information formatting (namely certificateformat) on the field value; if the field value is a bank card, performing bank information formatting (namely bankformat) on the field value; if the field value is the job title, the position, the work place, the cost center, the event type, the event reason, the single selection input box, the multiple selection input box, the number input box, the radio box and the multiple selection box, the selection box information formatting (namely, selectboxformat) is carried out on the field value; if the field value is a plain text, text formatting is carried out on the field value; if the field value is the role level, the role level information formatting (i.e. titlefunmat) is performed on the field value.
Illustratively, the service type is taken as a compensation service and an organization service for example, when a source terminal corresponding to the compensation service and the organization service detects that a field is modified or newly added, a service approval request is sent to the server, so that the server responds to the service approval request to acquire related field information. Further, it is determined that the fields related to the compensation business and the organization business include the applicant, salary, current department, branch-in department, responsibility, backup, leave-on start time, leave-on end time, and leave-on duration. In addition, configuration information of an approval terminal is also configured in the approval form, and monitoring fields such as an applicant, a transfer-in department, a duty and the like and identification information of the target terminal are set in the approval form aiming at the target terminal corresponding to the organization business; aiming at a target terminal corresponding to the compensation business, monitoring fields such as an applicant, compensation and the like and target terminal identification information are arranged in the approval form. And configuring identification information of a source terminal corresponding to a mode of calling the custom interface in the approval form, such as identification information of a module for storing field information in a service database by using a 'transfer-to-department' field.
And acquiring corresponding field information according to the form configuration information generated by the field value-taking mode and the field attribute information, and generating an approval form. For example, an editable control corresponding to the "in-department" field is displayed in the approval form, and the field value of the "in-department" field selected by the user is acquired in response to the triggering operation of the control. Furthermore, when the user terminal initiates the examination and approval, the examination and approval form is called, and the user inputs and selects a corresponding field value to carry out the examination and approval. a field value mode determining unit, configured to determine, according to the field type, a field value mode of the field and module identification information corresponding to the field value mode;
and the field value taking unit is used for sending a value taking instruction for indicating the field value to a module corresponding to the module identification information so that the module returns the field value of the field after receiving the value taking instruction.
In some embodiments, the approval request module 301 further comprises:
the data formatting processing unit is used for performing data formatting processing on the field value when the data structure of the field value returned by the module is a preset basic structure; or the like, or, alternatively,
and the electronic signature generating unit is used for generating an electronic signature corresponding to the field value when the data structure of the field value returned by the module is a preset specific scene structure.
In some embodiments, the module comprises a traffic database storing active terminal identification information; the approval processing apparatus 300 further includes:
a field value reading unit, configured to send a data reading instruction for indicating a value of the field to a source terminal corresponding to the source terminal identification information, so that the source terminal returns a field value of the field after receiving the data reading instruction;
and the field value storage unit is used for storing the field value of the field in the service database.
In some embodiments, the approval form sending module 304 comprises:
the system comprises an approval terminal configuration information determining unit, a verification unit and a verification unit, wherein the approval terminal configuration information determining unit is used for determining approval terminal configuration information which comprises target terminal identification information corresponding to a target terminal;
and the examination and approval form grouping and sending unit is used for grouping the examination and approval forms according to the monitoring fields acquired by at least one target terminal so as to send the grouped examination and approval forms to the corresponding target terminals.
In some embodiments, the approval form creation module 303 comprises:
the form configuration information determining unit is used for determining form configuration information, the form configuration information comprises field attribute information of fields, and the field attribute information is used for indicating the display and editing of the fields and the field values on an approval form;
the examination and approval form display unit is used for displaying the examination and approval form based on the form configuration information, and editable controls corresponding to a plurality of field values are displayed on the examination and approval form;
and the field value editing unit is used for responding to the triggering operation of the editable control and editing the field value corresponding to the editable control.
In some embodiments, the approval request module 301 further comprises:
a specified field value acquiring unit for acquiring a field value of a specified field corresponding to the target field;
and the target field value calculating unit is used for calculating the field value of the target field according to the field value of the specified field.
The apparatus of the embodiment of the present application may execute the method provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the implementation principle is similar, the actions executed by the modules in the apparatus of the embodiments of the present application correspond to the steps in the method of the embodiments of the present application, and for the detailed functional description of the modules of the apparatus, reference may be specifically made to the description in the corresponding method shown in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the application provides an electronic device, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the steps of the approval processing method, and compared with the related art, the method can realize the following steps: by means of synchronous field library, template configuration and landing configuration, the approval process is toolized, approval forms and form landing configuration are completed quickly, the technical problem that the existing approval process is low in overall efficiency is solved, user requirements are responded quickly and timely, and execution efficiency of the approval process is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, an electronic device is provided, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 4000 shown in fig. 6 comprising: a processor 4001 and a memory 4003. Processor 4001 is coupled to memory 4003, such as via bus 4002. Claims (12)

1. An approval processing method, comprising:
responding to a service approval request, and acquiring field information related to the service approval request;
synchronizing the field information into a field library, wherein the field library is used for indicating the mapping relation among the field information;
associating the field information to a form template by utilizing the mapping relation so as to obtain an approval form, wherein the form template is generated by preset form configuration information and approval terminal configuration information;
and sending the examination and approval form to a target terminal corresponding to the configuration information of the examination and approval terminal.
2. The approval processing method according to claim 1, wherein the field information includes a field and a field value of the field, and the obtaining of the field information related to the service approval request includes:
determining fields for defining an approval form and field types of the fields according to service information carried when the service approval request is sent, wherein the field types comprise system fields and user fields;
determining a field value mode of the field and module identification information corresponding to the field value mode according to the field type;
and sending a value taking instruction for indicating the value of the field to a module corresponding to the module identification information, so that the module returns the field value of the field after receiving the value taking instruction.
3. The approval processing method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the field information related to the service approval request further comprises:
when the data structure of the field value returned by the module is a preset basic structure, carrying out data formatting treatment on the field value; or the like, or, alternatively,
and when the data structure of the field value returned by the module is a preset specific scene structure, generating an electronic signature corresponding to the field value.
4. The approval processing method of claim 2, wherein the module comprises a traffic database, the traffic database storing active terminal identification information; the method further comprises the following steps:
sending a data reading instruction for indicating the field value to a source terminal corresponding to the source terminal identification information so that the source terminal returns the field value of the field after receiving the data reading instruction;
storing the field value of the field in the business database.
5. The approval processing method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the approval form to a target terminal corresponding to the approval terminal configuration information comprises:
determining approval terminal configuration information, wherein the approval terminal configuration information comprises target terminal identification information corresponding to a target terminal;
and grouping the examination and approval forms according to the monitoring fields acquired by at least one target terminal so as to send the grouped examination and approval forms to the corresponding target terminals.
6. The approval processing method of claim 1, wherein the associating the field information into a form template using the mapping relationship to obtain an approval form comprises:
determining form configuration information, wherein the form configuration information comprises field attribute information of fields, and the field attribute information is used for indicating the display and editing of the fields and the field values on an approval form;
displaying the examination and approval form based on the form configuration information, wherein editable controls corresponding to a plurality of field values are displayed on the examination and approval form;
and responding to the triggering operation of the editable control, and editing the field value corresponding to the editable control.
7. The approval processing method according to claim 4 or 6, wherein the obtaining of the field information related to the service approval request further comprises:
acquiring a field value of a designated field corresponding to a target field;
and calculating the field value of the target field according to the field value of the specified field.
8. An approval processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an approval request module, a service approval processing module and a service approval processing module, wherein the approval request module is used for responding to a service approval request and acquiring field information related to the service approval request;
the field library processing module is used for synchronizing the field information into a field library, and the field library is used for indicating the mapping relation among the field information;
the examination and approval form creating module is used for associating the field information to a form template by utilizing the mapping relation so as to obtain an examination and approval form, and the form template is generated by preset form configuration information and examination and approval terminal configuration information;
and the examination and approval form sending module is used for sending the examination and approval form to a target terminal corresponding to the configuration information of the examination and approval terminal.
9. An approval processing system, comprising: the system comprises a target terminal and a server, wherein the server comprises a field library;
the server configured to:
receiving a service approval request;
responding to the service approval request, and acquiring field information related to the service approval request;
synchronizing the field information into the field library, wherein the field library is used for indicating the mapping relation among the field information;
associating the field information to a form template by utilizing the mapping relation so as to obtain an approval form, wherein the form template is generated by preset form configuration information and approval terminal configuration information;
sending the examination and approval form to a target terminal corresponding to the configuration information of the examination and approval terminal;
and the target terminal is configured to receive the examination and approval form.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the approval process of any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the approval process of any one of claims 1 to 7.
12. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the approval process method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed by a processor.
