Through further research, the inventor of the present invention proposes a technical solution capable of implementing automatic document generation, so as to solve the problem of low document generation efficiency, specifically as follows:
after target data of a target case of a document to be generated is obtained, at least one target document identification corresponding to a case type of the target case in the target data is obtained in a document set comprising a plurality of document identifications corresponding to at least one case type; based on the above, after at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identification is obtained, in the case content of the target case in the target data, obtaining the target field content corresponding to the target document field; and generating at least one document of the target case according to the content of the target field, thereby realizing the generation of the document.

Based on this, when the workflow field characterization document needs to be approved, the method in this embodiment further includes the following steps after step 802:

It should be noted that the approval terminal may be a terminal different from the device where the office system is located, as shown in fig. 9, or the approval terminal may also belong to the same terminal as the device where the office system is located, and accordingly, other workers log in the office system to perform manual approval or perform automatic approval processing by the device where the office system is located.
In a particular implementation, the set of documents may be obtained in advance as shown in fig. 10:

Based on this, in the present embodiment, the plurality of history documents are divided according to the case types of the corresponding history cases, and thus may be divided into one or more groups, each group corresponds to one case type, and each group includes one or more document identifiers corresponding to the case type.
In one implementation manner, after the document of the target file is generated in step 405, the following steps may also be included in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11:
step 406: and converting at least one document of the target case into a document with a preset format and storing the document.
For example, in this embodiment, one or more documents of the target case are respectively generated into corresponding PDF documents (or documents of other formats), and the PDF documents are archived and stored, specifically, the PDF documents of the corresponding documents may be archived and stored according to the information such as the case number of the target case.

The document generation result can represent the failure or success of the document generation of the target case, so that the generation result is recorded on the cell associated with the target document identifier in the document set, and the document generation result can be used for further counting the total number of successful documents, the success rate and other data of the corresponding document generated under the target document identifier.
That is to say, in this embodiment, the generation result when the document corresponding to each document identifier is generated is stored in the document set, for example, when the document is successfully generated, the success number in the attribute result corresponding to the corresponding document identifier in the document set is added by 1, the success rate in the result corresponding to the document identifier may also be updated, and/or when the document is unsuccessfully generated, the failure number in the result corresponding to the corresponding document identifier in the document set is added by 1, and the failure rate in the result corresponding to the document identifier may also be updated. Based on this, statistical data at the time of generating a corresponding document for each document identification can be embodied in the document set.
As shown in fig. 5, under each case type, there is a "result" cell for each document identifier to record any one or any multiple of the total number of successes, the total number of failures, the success rate, the failure rate, and the like when the document identifier is generated into the corresponding document.

Referring to fig. 12, a schematic structural diagram of a document generating apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may be configured in an electronic device capable of performing data processing, such as a computer, a server, and the like, and the apparatus may be configured on an office system built on the electronic device. The technical scheme in the embodiment is mainly used for improving the generation efficiency of the documents in the office system.
In a specific implementation, the apparatus in this embodiment may include the following structure:
a data obtaining unit 1201, configured to obtain target data of a target case of a document to be generated, where the target data at least includes a case type of the target case and a case content of the target case;
an identification obtaining unit 1202, configured to obtain at least one target document identification corresponding to a case type of the target case in a document set; the document set comprises a plurality of document identifications corresponding to at least one case type;
a field obtaining unit 1203, configured to obtain at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identifier;
a content obtaining unit 1204, configured to obtain, in case content of the target case, target field content corresponding to the target document field;
a document generating unit 1205, configured to generate at least one document of the target case according to the target field content, where the document at least includes the target document field and the target field content corresponding to the target document field.
As can be seen from the foregoing solution, in the document generation apparatus provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, after the target data of the target case of the document to be generated is obtained, at least one target document id corresponding to the case type of the target case in the target data is obtained in a document set including a plurality of document ids corresponding to at least one case type; based on the above, after at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identification is obtained, in the case content of the target case in the target data, obtaining the target field content corresponding to the target document field; and generating the document of the target case according to the content of the target field, thereby realizing the generation of the document. It can be seen that in this embodiment, the document identifications corresponding to multiple case types are stored in the document set, and then the corresponding target document fields and the corresponding field contents are obtained after the target document identification is obtained based on the case type of the target case, so that automatic generation of documents is realized, and further the problems of more time consumption and lower efficiency caused by manually filling in the field contents in each document can be avoided, and thus, while document generation is realized, the document generation efficiency can be improved.
In an implementation manner, when the field obtaining unit 1203 obtains at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identifier, the following manner may be specifically implemented:
calling a template calling interface corresponding to the target document identifier so that the template calling interface obtains at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identifier in a field set, and splicing the target document fields in a field layout mode corresponding to the target document identifier; wherein, the field set comprises at least one document field corresponding to at least one document identification.
Based on this, the document generation unit 1205 is specifically configured to: assigning the contents of the target fields to corresponding target document fields respectively to obtain at least one document of the target case, wherein the document generating unit 1205 is further configured to: obtaining a workflow field corresponding to at least the target document identification; in a case that the workflow field representation document needs to be approved, the document generating unit 1205 is further configured to, after assigning the contents of the target fields to corresponding target document fields respectively to obtain at least one document of the target case: and transmitting at least one document of the target case to an approval terminal according to the workflow field.
In one implementation, the apparatus in this embodiment further includes the following structure, as shown in fig. 13:
a set obtaining unit 1206, configured to obtain a plurality of history documents in advance, where each history document corresponds to a case type; obtaining a document identifier of each historical document; and dividing the document identifications of the historical documents according to the case types corresponding to the historical documents, so that the document set obtained by dividing comprises at least one group, the group corresponds to one case type, and the group comprises at least one document identification.
A document saving unit 1207, configured to convert at least one document of the target case into a document in a preset format and save the document.
A result writing unit 1208 that obtains a generation result of the document of the at least one document; writing a generated result of the document into the document set, wherein the generated result of the document is associated with the target document identification corresponding to the document.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation of each unit in the present embodiment, reference may be made to the corresponding content in the foregoing, and details are not described here.
Taking the case document created in the public security system implemented based on the technical solution of the present invention as an example, the technical solution of the present invention is exemplified, and the implementation flow shown in fig. 14 is referred to:
step 1: acquiring a document code interface such as getCaseDocCatalogsAll through a directory tree called by a front-end page of the public security system, further acquiring an actual document and document related fields, namely document identifications, such as document node name notTitle name, document template name templatiramee, document code and document number id, of a worker (a user of the public security system) exposed by the public security system, and then storing the acquired result of the document identification into an Excel file such as TyallpesDocusCount.
Step 2: the user inputs case information such as case number caseNom, case type caseType, case number caseId and the like which need to generate a full-scale document in an interactive interface of the public security system, and then the public security system inquires all document codes (target document identifications) under the case type from allTypeDocument code.xls according to the caseType;
step 3: circularly calling a latestmmplate interface (template calling interface) aiming at all the inquired document codes, and splicing to obtain documentValues corresponding to different target document identifications; values;
step 4: calling a workflow information search interface such as a getWorkflowInfoBySearch interface according to documentCode and caseType fields to acquire a workplowTemplatekey field of a document code and judge whether a document to be created currently has a workflow or not to further determine a called document generation interface, wherein if the document to be created has the workflow, documentCode, documentValues and workplowTemplatekey are used as interface input data, and an interface 1 such as a savepomentAndStartProcess interface is called to transmit the document to an approval process after the document is generated; and if the document to be created has no workload, using documentCode and documentValues as interface input data, calling interface 2, such as addgasdocumentinfo interface, to generate the document.
Step 5: obtaining an execution result of the called interface, dynamically displaying return information when the document is created (newly added), wherein the return information comprises the execution result (generated result) of the created document, then writing the execution result of each created document back to an execution result column of a sheet table corresponding to the allTypesDocumentCode.xls file, and finally counting the total number of the documents which are successfully executed;
step 6: after the full-amount document is successfully created, calling archivebusiness/catalog and other interfaces according to caseNom, and verifying whether the PDF generated by the case document and the filing are correct or not by analyzing the result; calling an evidencraph/evidenceGraph/document interface according to caseNum and casecoach, and verifying document association, displayed color and quantity in the case handling guide and/or the document guide according to document code to be correct.
Based on the realization, the test document is quickly constructed by simulating and filling each field of various documents related to different case types, the problems that manual creation is long in time consumption and difficult to cover in a whole amount are solved, whether the generated PDF and filing of the document are normal or not can be automatically verified, and other modules such as a test for handling case guide Chinese document guide can be automatically tested.
It should be noted that the document generation apparatus in this embodiment is implemented based on a processor and a memory, the data obtaining unit, the identifier obtaining unit, the field obtaining unit, the content obtaining unit, the document generation unit, and the like are all stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to implement corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can set one or more, and the kernel parameters are adjusted to: the method comprises the steps of storing document identifications corresponding to multiple case types in a document set, further obtaining one or more target document fields corresponding to each target document identification and corresponding field contents after obtaining at least one target document identification based on the case type of a target case, and further achieving automatic generation of one or more documents. .

An embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 15, including at least one processor 1501, and at least one memory 1502, a bus 1503 connected to the processor 1501; the processor 1501 and the memory 1502 communicate with each other via a bus 1503; the processor 1501 is used to call program instructions in the memory 1502 to perform the above-described document generation method. The electronic device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
obtaining target data of a target case of a document to be generated, wherein the target data at least comprises a case type of the target case and case content of the target case; obtaining at least one target document identification corresponding to the case type of the target case in a document set; the document set comprises a plurality of document identifications corresponding to at least one case type; obtaining at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identification; obtaining target field content corresponding to the target document field in the case content of the target case; and generating at least one document of the target case according to the target field content, wherein the document at least comprises the target document field and the target field content corresponding to the target document field.
In one implementation, obtaining at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identification includes:
calling a template calling interface corresponding to the target document identifier so that the template calling interface obtains at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identifier in a field set, and splicing the target document fields in a field layout mode corresponding to the target document identifier; wherein, the field set comprises at least one document field corresponding to at least one document identification.
Based on the above, generating at least one document of the target case according to the target field content, including:
respectively assigning the target field contents to corresponding target document fields to obtain at least one document of the target case;
further comprising: obtaining a workflow field corresponding to at least the target document identification; and under the condition that the workflow field representation document needs to be approved, after at least one document of the target case is obtained, transmitting the at least one document of the target case to an approval terminal according to the workflow field.
Wherein the set of documents is obtained in advance by:
obtaining a plurality of historical documents in advance, wherein each historical document corresponds to a case type; obtaining a document identifier of each historical document; and dividing the document identifications of the historical documents according to the case types corresponding to the historical documents, so that the document set obtained by dividing comprises at least one group, the group corresponds to one case type, and the group comprises at least one document identification.
Wherein, still include: and converting at least one document of the target case into a document with a preset format and storing the document.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a document, comprising:
obtaining target data of a target case of a document to be generated, wherein the target data at least comprises a case type of the target case and case content of the target case;
obtaining at least one target document identification corresponding to the case type of the target case in a document set; the document set comprises a plurality of document identifications corresponding to at least one case type;
obtaining at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identification;
obtaining target field content corresponding to the target document field in the case content of the target case;
and generating at least one document of the target case according to the target field content, wherein the document at least comprises the target document field and the target field content corresponding to the target document field.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identification comprises:
calling a template calling interface corresponding to the target document identifier so that the template calling interface obtains at least one target document field corresponding to the target document identifier in a field set, and splicing the target document fields in a field layout mode corresponding to the target document identifier;
wherein, the field set comprises at least one document field corresponding to at least one document identification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein generating at least one document for the target case based on the target field content comprises:
and respectively assigning the contents of the target fields to corresponding target document fields to obtain at least one document of the target case.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
obtaining a workflow field corresponding to at least the target document identification;
wherein, in case that the workflow field characterization document needs to be approved, after obtaining at least one document of the target case, the method further comprises:
and transmitting at least one document of the target case to an approval terminal according to the workflow field.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the set of documents is obtained in advance by:
obtaining a plurality of historical documents in advance, wherein each historical document corresponds to a case type;
obtaining a document identifier of each historical document;
and dividing the document identifications of the historical documents according to the case types corresponding to the historical documents, so that the document set obtained by dividing comprises at least one group, the group corresponds to one case type, and the group comprises at least one document identification.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and converting at least one document of the target case into a document with a preset format and storing the document.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining a result of the generation of the document of the at least one document;
writing a generated result of the document into the document set, wherein the generated result of the document is associated with the target document identification corresponding to the document.
8. An apparatus for generating a document, comprising:
the system comprises a data obtaining unit, a document processing unit and a document processing unit, wherein the data obtaining unit is used for obtaining target data of a target case of a document to be generated, and the target data at least comprises a case type of the target case and case content of the target case;

9. A storage medium characterized in that the storage medium includes a stored program, wherein a device on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the document generating method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when the program is executed.

An electronic device, comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory connected to the processor, a bus; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through a bus; the processor is used to call program instructions in the memory to perform the method of generating a document according to claims 1-7.
