The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
In the description of the present application, reference to the description of the terms "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an illustrative embodiment," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples" or the like means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the present application. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
With the development of the information age, a large amount of data is generated in various application scenes, users need to process the data, and the data needs to be integrated into reports in order to more intuitively display data information. The traditional mode that a laboratory prints a detection result report and then mails the detection result report to a user is obviously insufficient, so that the generated report is the user requirement and the pain point. For the problem, the current scheme for generating a new coronary nucleic acid detection report is that a user arranges data to be processed, such as nucleic acid detection data, into Excel, then the Excel arranged by the user is made into a corresponding report, such as a nucleic acid detection report, by using an office self-contained control, and after the report is generated, if a template or content of the report needs to be modified, the report needs to be updated by a computer of each user, so that the operation process is complicated, and the report cannot be effectively managed.
Based on the above, the present application provides a method, a system, an electronic device, and a storage medium for generating a new crown nucleic acid detection report, which are capable of acquiring preconfigured template identifiers and initial report data, acquiring corresponding target report templates from a plurality of preset initial report templates according to the configured template identifiers, extracting target data formats corresponding to the target report templates, and generating a target report by adding the initial report data to the target report templates based on the target data formats. The user only needs to upload the collected initial report data and the configured template identifier to the system, the system automatically generates a target report according to the template identifier and the initial report data, and can uniformly manage the whole report data and the report template, so that the efficiency of the whole new crown nucleic acid detection report generation process is increased.
In a first aspect, the embodiments of the present application provide a method for generating a novel coronas detection report.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for generating a novel corona nucleic acid detection report provided in the embodiments of the present application specifically includes the steps of:
s100, acquiring a pre-configured template identifier and initial report data;
s200, acquiring corresponding target report templates from a plurality of preset initial report templates according to the template identifiers;
s300, extracting a target data format corresponding to the target report template;
and S400, adding the initial report data to the target report template based on the target data format to generate a target report.
In step S100, a pre-configured template identifier and initial report data are obtained, where the template identifier is used to uniquely identify a self-defined template, in practical applications, the template identifier is usually a template ID, and the initial report data refers to content of a pre-generated target report, and in practical applications, a file format of the initial report data is Excel, and specifically: and filling the collected initial report data into the Excel by the user, storing the initial report data into an Excel file, uploading the Excel file stored by the user to a reporting system, and automatically generating a report by the system according to the Excel file and the template ID.
In step S200, according to the template identifier, a corresponding target report template is obtained from a plurality of preset initial report templates, where the initial report templates are self-defined templates pre-stored in the report system, or self-defined templates designed and uploaded by a user, each initial report template corresponds to a unique template identifier, and through the template identifier uploaded by the user, the initial report template corresponding to the template identifier can be obtained from the report system, and the obtained initial report template is used as the target report template.
In step S300, a target data format corresponding to the target report template is extracted, where it should be noted that each initial report template is provided with the target data format, that is, the data format of the initial report data presented in the initial report template.
In step S400, the initial report data is added to the target report template based on the target data format to generate the target report, in other words, the initial report data is modified according to the requirement of the target data format corresponding to the target report template and is added to the target report template to obtain the target report with data and template. In practical application, a target report template is user-defined, a target data format of the target report template is set, finally, an ID of the target report template is bound with a user, and the user uploads initial report data to a reporting system and brings the ID of the target report template, so that the initial report data can be added to the target report template according to the target data format requirement of the target report template on the basis of the target report template to generate a target report.

and uploading the target report to a server so that the server generates preset report information and a preset report address according to the target new coronas detection report.
5. The method for generating a novel corona nucleic acid detection report according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a report query request;
judging whether the target report has corresponding preset report information and a preset report address according to the report inquiry request;
and if the target report has the corresponding preset report information and the preset report address, encrypting the preset report address to obtain the target report address.
6. The method for generating a novel nucleic acid detection report according to claim 5, further comprising:
and if the target report does not have the corresponding preset report information, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the target report does not have the preset report information.
7. The method for generating a novel nucleic acid detection report according to claim 5, further comprising:
and if the target report does not have the corresponding preset report address, generating second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting that the preset report address is not generated temporarily.
8. A novel system for generating a detection report of coronas, comprising:
an acquisition module: the acquisition module is used for acquiring a pre-configured template identifier and initial report data, and acquiring a corresponding target report template from a plurality of preset initial report templates according to the template identifier;
an extraction module: the extraction module is used for extracting a target data format corresponding to the target report template;
a generation module: the generating module is configured to add the initial report data to the target report template based on the target data format to generate a target report.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor, and,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions for execution by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to implement the novel coronas detection report generation method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when the instructions are executed.
