By way of example and not limitation, when the request permission of the user belongs to a regional manager level request permission, the task type corresponding to the task request is a query task, the regional items are all currently administered regions, the date item is the current day, the target item is a daily work report, the target item is other staff hours, and the server queries all qualified daily reports in the database according to the regional items, the date item and the target item; and screening out the daily reports of the employees which are matched with the regional manager level request authority and belong to the regional manager level management from the daily reports as first report information according to the current regional manager level request authority of the user, caching the first report information, and sending the first report information to the client for the user to check.
The user can check the daily report data of the user through the query unit 13, and can query the daily report data of the user by day. It may also support a search of historical data by keyword obfuscation.
An adding unit 14, configured to add, according to the task type and the request permission, first report information that corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission;
in this embodiment, the first report information associated with the task request may be added according to the task type, so as to achieve the purpose of recording the work report.
It should be noted that: the first report information is daily report information.
Specifically, when the task type associated with the task request is an add task, the adding unit 14 is configured to receive report data input by the user, obtain an index entry in the report data, query whether there is a same index entry in an index table according to the index entry, if yes, add the report data to a preset report template, generate the first report information associated with the request permission, and overwrite a storage address corresponding to a corresponding index entry stored in the index table; if not, establishing an index table, adding a new index entry and a corresponding storage address, adding the report data into a preset report template, generating the first report information associated with the request permission, and storing the first report information in the corresponding storage address.
It should be noted that, in order to further ensure the privacy and security of the index table and the first report information, the index table and the first report information may also be stored in a node of a block chain, and may also be applicable to classification of other documents stored in the block chain. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, so as to verify the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generate a next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product service layer, an application service layer, and the like.
According to the embodiment, the daily report information can be added, and the daily work progress and work content of the user can be recorded. The reports entered by the user may include various types, such as: a visit report and a daily job report, wherein the visit report comprises: a new customer visit report and an old customer return visit report. The report data of the user includes report type and report content. Taking the new customer visit report as an example, the report content includes: the name of the visiting object, the area, the detailed address, the telephone of the contact person, the job of the contact person, the type of the client, the type of the visiting (online visiting and offline visiting) and the visiting way (telephone, short message, mail, video, face to face), etc. The adding unit 14 is adopted to not only make more accurate classification for the visit records, but also store the customer information in the server, so as to conveniently extract the financing intention, generate the business opportunity information and mine potential customers.
In this embodiment, the server may select a corresponding preset report template according to the type of the report data, add the report content to the preset report template, and name the report according to the report type, so as to quickly locate the log during consulting.
And the summarizing unit 15 is configured to summarize, according to the task type and the request permission, first report information that corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission, and generate second report information.
It should be noted that: the second report information is report information based on daily report data summarization, such as: weekly report information, quarterly report information, annual report information, and the like.
In this embodiment, the first report information associated with the request permission can be summarized according to the task type to generate the second report information, so that the daily report can be automatically summarized into the weekly report, and the management efficiency of the work report is improved.
Specifically, when the task type associated with the task request is a summary task, the summary unit 15 may query the corresponding report data in the database according to a query term in the task request, where the query term includes a region term, and/or a date term, and/or a keyword term, and/or a target term; extracting first report information associated with the request permission from the report data; extracting data to be summarized in the first report information; and summarizing and summing the data to be summarized of the same type to generate second report information.
Further, the specific process of the summarizing unit 15 extracting the data to be summarized in the first report information is as follows: the task request comprises a summary item parameter, and the summary item parameter corresponds to the data to be summarized in the first report information; the summarizing unit 15 extracts the data to be summarized in the first report information according to the summarizing item parameter in the task request.
Wherein, the summary item parameter may include: and parameters for counting performance, such as the item amount, the item number of the transaction, the transaction rate and the like.
In practical applications, the summarizing unit 15 may also derive the second report information according to the requirements of the user.
In this embodiment, for the user who requests the authority at the regional manager level, the user can know the information such as the weekly performance and the current-year accumulated performance of the whole jurisdiction area of the user, and can also view the information such as the weekly performance and the current-year accumulated performance of each specific employee; for the clerk-level request authority, data such as the number of items, the total amount of items, and the weighted profit rate of the "rented items" of each week, and data such as the number of items, the total amount of items, and the weighted profit rate of the "accumulated items" of the current year may be collected in units of weeks. The system is used for inquiring the summarized data of each week and the current year according to the needs, and leaders can also review the performance condition of the personnel managed by the leaders at any time, so as to realize data overview, analysis and comparison.
In this embodiment, the work report processing apparatus 1 receives a task request of a user through the receiving unit 11 to obtain a task type associated with the task request, and executes a corresponding task according to the task type; the acquisition unit 12 is adopted to confirm the management authority of the user according to the request authority corresponding to the user, so as to extract the report information associated with the management authority of the user and realize hierarchical management; the query unit 13 can be used for querying the first report information associated with the request permission according to the task type to realize the targeted query; the adding unit 14 can be used for adding first report information associated with the task request according to the task type, so that the purpose of recording the work report is achieved; the summarizing unit 15 can summarize the first report information associated with the request authority according to the task type to generate second report information, so that the daily report can be automatically summarized into the weekly report, the management efficiency of the work report is improved, and the operation is simple and convenient.
As a preferred embodiment, the task types further include a comment task, and the work report processing apparatus 1 may further include, with reference to fig. 5: a comment unit 16.
And the comment unit 16 is configured to, when the task type associated with the task request is a comment task, obtain, according to the task type and the request permission, the first report information that corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission, and add comment information associated with the first report information.
Comments or praise information may be added while the user reviews the first reporting information to increase interaction between the employees. When the monitoring comments on the first report information are yes, the staff for filling the first report information can be notified in the form of PUSH messages and dynamic messages, so that the staff can timely receive the reference condition of the first report information.
EXAMPLE III
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a computer device 2, where the computer device 2 includes a plurality of computer devices 2, components of the work report processing apparatus 1 according to the second embodiment may be distributed in different computer devices 2, and the computer device 2 may be a smartphone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a rack-mounted server, a blade server, a tower server, or a rack-mounted server (including an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers) that executes a program, and the like. In this embodiment, the memory 21 includes at least one type of computer-readable storage medium, which includes a flash memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and the like. In some embodiments, the storage 21 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 2, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 2. In other embodiments, the memory 21 may also be an external storage device of the computer device 2, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), or the like provided on the computer device 2. Of course, the memory 21 may also comprise both an internal storage unit of the computer device 2 and an external storage device thereof. In this embodiment, the memory 21 is generally used for storing an operating system installed in the computer device 2 and various types of application software, such as a program code of the work report processing method according to the first embodiment. Further, the memory 21 may also be used to temporarily store various types of data that have been output or are to be output.
The processor 23 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor, or other data Processing chip in some embodiments. The processor 23 is typically used for controlling the overall operation of the computer device 2, such as performing control and processing related to data interaction or communication with the computer device 2. In this embodiment, the processor 23 is configured to run the program code stored in the memory 21 or process data, for example, run the work report processing apparatus 1.
The network interface 22 may comprise a wireless network interface or a wired network interface, and the network interface 22 is typically used to establish a communication connection between the computer device 2 and other computer devices 2. It is noted that fig. 6 only shows the computer device 2 with components 21-23, but it is to be understood that not all shown components are required to be implemented, and that more or less components may be implemented instead.
In this embodiment, the work report processing apparatus 1 stored in the memory 21 may be further divided into one or more program modules, and the one or more program modules are stored in the memory 21 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the processor 23) to complete the present invention.
Example four
To achieve the above objects, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium including a plurality of storage media such as a flash memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a server, an App application store, etc., on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by the processor 23, implements corresponding functions. Claims (10)

1. A work report processing method, comprising:
receiving a task request of a user, and acquiring a task type associated with the task request, wherein the task type comprises a query task, an addition task and a summary task;
acquiring a request authority corresponding to the user;
inquiring first report information which corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission;
adding first report information which corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission;
and summarizing first report information which corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission to generate second report information.
2. The work report processing method according to claim 1, wherein, when the task type associated with the task request is a query task, the querying, according to the task type and the request permission, first report information corresponding to the task request and associated with the request permission comprises:
inquiring corresponding report data in a database according to the inquiry item in the task request, wherein the inquiry item comprises an area item, and/or a date item, and/or a keyword item, and/or a target item;
and extracting first report information associated with the request authority from the report data.
3. The work report processing method according to claim 1, wherein when a task type associated with the task request is an add task, the adding first report information corresponding to the task request and associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission comprises:
receiving report data input by the user;
acquiring an index item in the report data, inquiring whether the same index item exists in an index table according to the index item, if so, adding the report data into a preset report template, generating the first report information associated with the request permission, and covering and storing the first report information in a storage address corresponding to the corresponding index item in the index table; if not, adding a new index entry and a corresponding storage address in the index table, adding the report data into a preset report template, generating the first report information associated with the request permission, and storing the first report information in the corresponding storage address.
4. The work report processing method according to claim 1, wherein when the task type associated with the task request is a summary task, the generating second report information by summarizing first report information corresponding to the task request and associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission includes:
inquiring corresponding report data in a database according to the inquiry item in the task request, wherein the inquiry item comprises an area item, and/or a date item, and/or a keyword item, and/or a target item;
extracting first report information associated with the request permission from the report data;
extracting data to be summarized in the first report information;
and summarizing and summing the data to be summarized of the same type to generate second report information.
5. The work report processing method according to claim 4, wherein the extracting data to be summarized from the first report information includes:
the task request comprises a summary item parameter, and the summary item parameter corresponds to the data to be summarized in the first report information;
and extracting the data to be summarized in the first report information according to the summary item parameter in the task request.
6. The work report processing method of claim 1, wherein the task type further comprises: commenting on the task;
when the task type associated with the task request is a comment task, acquiring the first report information corresponding to the task request and associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission, and adding comment information associated with the first report information.
7. A job report processing apparatus, comprising:
the task processing device comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a task request of a user and acquiring a task type associated with the task request, and the task type comprises a query task, an adding task and a summary task;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the request permission corresponding to the user;
the query unit is used for querying first report information which corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission;
the adding unit is used for adding first report information which corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission;
and the summarizing unit is used for summarizing the first report information which corresponds to the task request and is associated with the request permission according to the task type and the request permission and generating second report information.
8. The work report processing device according to claim 7, wherein the query unit is configured to query a database for corresponding report data according to a query item in the task request, and extract first report information associated with the request permission from the report data;
wherein, the query term comprises a region term, and/or a date term, and/or a keyword term, and/or a target term.
9. A computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
