Abstract
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种立体高清台布及其制备方法。所述立体高清台布包括网格布、贴合于网格布上表面的PVC基层、设置于PVC基层上表面的3D立体印刷图案层以及贴合于3D立体印刷图案层上表面的透明PVC层。本发明的立体高清台布具有良好的机械性能和耐老化性能,外观效果佳,图案清晰、立体效果强;手感舒适、不易撕裂与破损,使用寿命长。该立体高清台布的制备方法操作简便控制,生产效率高,节省人力物力,制得的立体高清台布使用寿命长,对环境友好,产品质量稳定,利于工业化大生产。

本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种立体高清台布及其制备方法。
背景技术
台布,是覆盖于台、桌面上用以防污或增加美观的物品。按生产工艺分类,主要分为塑料类和纺织类两大类,塑料类包括PVC台布、EVA台布、PEVA台布、烫花台布、棉衬底PVC台布、PP台布等聚乙烯台布、流延膜台布等。PVC台布由于具有容易清洗,方便实用等原因而广泛应用于日常生活中。然而,现有的台布产品在使用常出现产品图案不清晰且二次转印不变形,外观效果不佳,且产品耐候性和机械性能不好,易出现撕裂、破损等问题,不能满足需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种立体高清台布,该立体高清台布具有良好的机械性能和耐老化性能,外观效果佳,图案清晰、立体效果强;手感舒适、不易撕裂与破损,使用寿命长。
本发明的另一目的在于本发明的目的在于提供一种立体高清台布的制备方法,该制备方法操作简便控制,生产效率高,制得的立体高清台布使用寿命长,对环境友好,图案清晰,具有良好的立体效果,产品质量稳定,利于工业化大生产。
本发明的目的之一通过下述技术方案实现:一种立体高清台布,包括网格布、贴合于网格布上表面的PVC基层、设置于PVC基层上表面的3D立体印刷图案层以及贴合于3D立体印刷图案层上表面的透明PVC层。所述3D立体印刷图案层采用设置有3D立体图案的PET膜转印至PVC基层。本发明采用PET膜作为印刷载体,将印刷于PET膜的3D立体图案转印至PVC基层,然后将PET膜与PVC基层剥离,使台布的印刷图案更亮更逼真,上色更清晰且二次转印不变形等,形成3D立体高清印刷图案层,具有良好的立体效果。本发明的产品质量稳定、图案清晰、立体效果强,手感舒适,环保无毒,使用寿命长。
进一步的,所述网格布为弹性纱线网格布。所述网格布的克重为18-22g/㎡。
进一步的,所述PET膜的厚度为12-150μm,所述3D立体印刷图案层的厚度为8-10μm。所述透明PVC层的厚度为30-50μm。
进一步的,所述PVC基层包括如下重量份的原料:PVC树脂粉45-55份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯25-35份、填充剂30-40份、颜料粉0.06-0.2份、钛白粉0.01-0.15份、热稳定剂1.5-2.5份、ACR助剂1.5-2.5份、润滑剂0.25-0.4份、发泡助剂5-10份和功能助剂8-15份。
本发明通过将PVC树脂粉、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、填充剂等原料复配,并与其他原料实现良好的配合,各原料相容性好,与网格布具有良好的附着力,制得的PVC基层具有良好的机械性能和耐老化性能,纹理细腻,外观效果佳、手感舒适、不易撕裂与破损,环保无毒、防滑,热稳定性好,阻缓自然降解,使用时间长。进一步的,ACR助剂优选但不限于为苏州安利化工ACR-301。所述PVC树脂粉优选但不限于为SG-5PVC树脂粉。
进一步的,所述热稳定剂为粉体钙锌稳定剂或液体钡锌稳定剂。所述粉体钙锌稳定剂为粉体钙锌稳定剂CZ-78;所述液体钡锌稳定剂为液体钡锌稳定剂BZ-105。
进一步的,每份所述颜料粉为黄色R-101、固红色R-62803和米色R-16135中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述填充剂为改性碳酸钙。所述改性碳酸钙的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A1、按重量份计,取纳米碳酸钙50-60份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份、无水乙醇15-20份,在50-60℃温度下搅拌混合15-25min,然后进行真空干燥,得改性碳酸钙初品;
A2、将步骤A1制得的改性碳酸钙初品与去离子水80-130份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚4-7份、十二烷基磺酸钠3-6份,在50-60℃温度下搅拌混合20-30min,得到混合物A;
A3、将混合物A在60-70℃温度下搅拌并通入氮气,加入过硫酸钠0.3-0.6份,待温度升至75-80℃时滴加丙烯酸甲酯5-8份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯3-6份,滴加完毕后,保温90-120min,过滤,丙酮洗涤后烘干,制得改性碳酸钙。
本发明通过采用上述方法将丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯接枝于纳米碳酸钙颗粒表面,制得改性碳酸钙,改性碳酸钙使可均匀地分散于PVC基层体系中,与其他原料PVC树脂粉、具有良好的相容性,有利于提高PVC基层的综合性能,接枝于纳米碳酸钙表面的丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯起到协同增韧的效果,提升了产品的力学性能。
进一步的,每份所述功能助剂包括如下重量份的原料:PDVF树脂12-16份、聚酰胺6-9份、聚乙二醇4-7份、羟乙基纤维素3-6份。本发明通过采用PDVF树脂、聚乙二醇、聚酰胺等原料相配合制得功能助剂,使PVC基层具有良好的力学性能和耐老化性。羟乙基纤维素与PDVF树脂、聚乙二醇、聚酰胺以及其他原料相配合,可改善餐具用材料的加工性能和力学性能,PVC基层不易撕裂与破损,使用寿命长。所述PDVF树脂优选但不限于为Kynar 761EA。所述聚酰胺优选但不限于为PA-66。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸和硬脂酸锌中的至少一种。优选地,所述润滑剂由乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡和硬脂酸按照重量比1-1.5:0.5-1:1组成。本发明通过添加润滑剂,可使PVC基层在制备过程中起到内外润滑的效果,减少物料与机器之间及物料与物料之间的摩擦,防止表面产生缺陷,提高表面光洁度,并能提高热稳定性。
进一步的,每份所述发泡助剂是由偶氮二甲胺和偶氮二异丁腈按照重量比为0.8-1.0:1.0组成的混合物。本发明中采用的由偶氮二甲胺和偶氮二异丁腈按照重量比为0.8-1.0:1.0组成的混合发泡助剂受热时分解平缓,发出热量少,发泡效果明显的优点,同时不影响发泡剂低温下的热稳定性,有利于低温条件下充分的塑炼,使之能够在PVC树脂粉压延过程中平稳较快分解形成泡孔,泡孔结构较为稳定,塌陷情况得到显著改善。
本发明还提供一种上述立体高清台布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将组成PVC基层的各原料按比例搅拌混合,得到混合料;对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型,制得PVC基层;
(2)将PVC基层与网格布进行热压贴合,冷却成型,得到台布初品;
(3)在PVC基层的上表面采用胶辊热压贴合印刷有3D立体图案的PET膜,将3D立体图案转印至PVC基层,然后将PET膜与PVC基层剥离,3D立体印刷图案层表面再贴合透明PVC层,经引出冷却轮进行冷却定型;
(4)采用收卷机进行收卷得到立体高清台布。
进一步的,所述台布初品的克重为305-315g/㎡。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型的步骤为:将混合料在160-170℃温度下进行发泡成型,得到胶粒;将胶粒在175-185℃温度下进行塑化成型,制得PVC基层。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,胶辊张力为3.2-7.2kgf/㎝2,贴合温度为160-170℃,镜面油温为175-195℃,胶辊水温为9-11℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,采用电脑高速自动套位印刷机在PET膜印刷3D立体图案,印刷机速为180-300m/min,印刷烘箱温度为80-130℃。本发明通过高速印刷工艺将3D印刷网版的图案生产的更完美逼真,取代了旧有工艺生产在白膜上有白点,色泽暗淡模糊等缺陷。进一步的,印刷采用的油墨为ZXW系列乙烯基墙纸凹版印刷环保水墨。采用上述工艺和材料,使制得的台布图案清晰,具有良好的立体效果。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)-(4)中,冷却轮水温为4-6℃、主机速度为29-31m/min、脱膜速度为29-31m/min、冷却轮速度为29-31m/min、牵引轮速度为29-31m/min、收卷速度为34-36m/min、气压设定为0.5-1.5kg/cm2。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的立体高清台布具有良好的机械性能和耐老化性能,外观效果佳,图案清晰、立体效果强;手感舒适、不易撕裂与破损,使用寿命长。该立体高清台布的制备方法操作简便控制,生产效率高,节省人力物力,制得的立体高清台布使用寿命长,对环境友好,产品质量稳定,利于工业化大生产。

实施例1
一种立体高清台布,包括网格布、贴合于网格布上表面的PVC基层、设置于PVC基层上表面的3D立体印刷图案层以及贴合于3D立体印刷图案层上表面的透明PVC层。本发明采用PET膜作为印刷载体,使印刷图案更亮更逼真,上色更清晰且二次转印不变形等,具有良好的立体效果。本发明的产品质量稳定、图案清晰、立体效果强,手感舒适,环保无毒,使用寿命长。
进一步的,所述网格布为弹性纱线网格布。所述网格布的克重为20g/㎡。
进一步的,所述PET膜的厚度为80μm,所述3D立体印刷图案层的厚度为10μm。所述透明PVC层的厚度为40μm。
进一步的,所述PVC基层包括如下重量份的原料:PVC树脂粉50份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯30份、填充剂34份、颜料粉0.2份、钛白粉0.12份、热稳定剂2份、ACR助剂2份、润滑剂0.3份、发泡助剂7份和功能助剂11份。
进一步的,所述PVC树脂粉为PVC树脂粉。所述PVC树脂粉优选但不限于为SG-5PVC树脂粉。所述热稳定剂为粉体钙锌稳定剂。所述粉体钙锌稳定剂优选但不限于为粉体钙锌稳定剂CZ-78;所述液体钡锌稳定剂优选但不限于为液体钡锌稳定剂:BZ-105。所述颜料粉为黄色R-101。
进一步的,所述填充剂为改性碳酸钙。
进一步的,所述改性碳酸钙的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A1、按重量份计,取纳米碳酸钙55份、硅烷偶联剂4份、无水乙醇18份,在55℃温度下搅拌混合20min,然后进行真空干燥,得改性碳酸钙初品;
A2、将步骤A1制得的改性碳酸钙初品与去离子水100份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚6份、十二烷基磺酸钠4份,在55℃温度下搅拌混合25min,得到混合物A;
A3、将混合物A在65℃温度下搅拌并通入氮气,加入过硫酸钠0.4份,待温度升至78℃时滴加丙烯酸甲酯6份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯4份,滴加完毕后,保温100min,过滤,丙酮洗涤后烘干,制得改性碳酸钙。
进一步的,每份所述功能助剂包括如下重量份的原料:PDVF树脂14份、聚酰胺7份、聚乙二醇5份、羟乙基纤维素4份。所述PDVF树脂为Kynar 761EA。所述聚酰胺为PA-66。所述粉体钙锌稳定剂优选为粉体钙锌稳定剂CZ-78;所述液体钡锌稳定剂为液体钡锌稳定剂BZ-105。
进一步的,所述润滑剂由乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡和硬脂酸按照重量比1.2:0.8:1组成。
进一步的,每份所述发泡助剂是由偶氮二甲胺和偶氮二异丁腈按照重量比为1:1.组成的混合物。
本发明还提供一种上述立体高清台布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将组成PVC基层的各原料按比例搅拌混合,得到混合料;对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型,制得PVC基层;
(2)将PVC基层与网格布进行热压贴合,冷却成型,得到台布初品;
(3)在PVC基层的上表面采用胶辊热压贴合印刷有3D立体图案的PET膜,将3D立体图案转印至PVC基层,然后将PET膜与PVC基层剥离,3D立体印刷图案层表面再贴合透明PVC层,经引出冷却轮进行冷却定型;
(4)采用收卷机进行收卷得到立体高清台布。
进一步的,所述台布初品的克重为312g/㎡。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型的步骤为:将混合料在165℃温度下进行发泡成型,得到胶粒;将胶粒在180℃温度下进行塑化成型,制得PVC基层。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,胶辊张力为5.2kgf/㎝2,贴合温度为165℃,镜面油温为190℃,胶辊水温为10℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,采用电脑高速自动套位印刷机在PET膜印刷3D立体图案,印刷机速为240m/min,印刷烘箱温度为110℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)-(4)中,冷却轮水温为5℃、主机速度为30m/min、脱膜速度为30m/min、冷却轮速度为30m/min、牵引轮速度为30m/min、收卷速度为35m/min、气压设定为1kg/cm2。
实施例2
一种立体高清台布,包括网格布、贴合于网格布上表面的PVC基层、设置于PVC基层上表面的3D立体印刷图案层以及贴合于3D立体印刷图案层上表面的透明PVC层。本发明采用PET膜作为印刷载体,使印刷图案更亮更逼真,上色更清晰且二次转印不变形等,具有良好的立体效果。本发明的产品质量稳定、图案清晰、立体效果强,手感舒适,环保无毒,使用寿命长。
进一步的,所述网格布为弹性纱线网格布。所述网格布的克重为18g/㎡。

(4)采用收卷机进行收卷得到立体高清台布。

进一步的,所述PET膜的厚度为120μm,所述3D立体印刷图案层的厚度为9μm。所述透明PVC层的厚度为40μm。
进一步的,所述PVC基层包括如下重量份的原料:PVC树脂粉55份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯35份、填充剂40份、颜料粉0.2份、钛白粉0.15份、热稳定剂2.5份、ACR助剂2.5份、润滑剂0.4份、发泡助剂10份和功能助剂15份。所述颜料粉为黄色R-101。
进一步的,所述填充剂为改性碳酸钙。所述改性碳酸钙的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A1、按重量份计,取纳米碳酸钙60份、硅烷偶联剂5份、无水乙醇20份,在60℃温度下搅拌混合15min,然后进行真空干燥,得改性碳酸钙初品;
A2、将步骤A1制得的改性碳酸钙初品与去离子水130份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚7份、十二烷基磺酸钠6份,在60℃温度下搅拌混合20min,得到混合物A;
A3、将混合物A在70℃温度下搅拌并通入氮气,加入过硫酸钠0.6份,待温度升至80℃时滴加丙烯酸甲酯8份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯6份,滴加完毕后,保温90min,过滤,丙酮洗涤后烘干,制得改性碳酸钙。

本发明还提供一种上述立体高清台布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将组成PVC基层的各原料按比例搅拌混合,得到混合料;对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型,制得PVC基层;
(2)将PVC基层与网格布进行热压贴合,冷却成型,得到台布初品;
(3)在PVC基层的上表面采用胶辊热压贴合印刷有3D立体图案的PET膜,将3D立体图案转印至PVC基层,然后将PET膜与PVC基层剥离,3D立体印刷图案层表面再贴合透明PVC层,经引出冷却轮进行冷却定型;
(4)采用收卷机进行收卷得到立体高清台布。
进一步的,所述台布初品的克重为314g/㎡。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型的步骤为:将混合料在170℃温度下进行发泡成型,得到胶粒;将胶粒在185℃温度下进行塑化成型,制得PVC基层。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,胶辊张力为7.2kgf/㎝2,贴合温度为170℃,镜面油温为195℃,胶辊水温为11℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,采用电脑高速自动套位印刷机在PET膜印刷3D立体图案,印刷机速为300m/min,印刷烘箱温度为8130℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)-(4)中,冷却轮水温为6℃、主机速度为31m/min、脱膜速度为31m/min、冷却轮速度为31m/min、牵引轮速度为31m/min、收卷速度为36m/min、气压设定为1.5kg/cm2。

实施例4
本发明还提供一种上述立体高清台布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将组成PVC基层的各原料按比例搅拌混合,得到混合料;对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型,制得PVC基层;
(2)将PVC基层与网格布进行热压贴合,冷却成型,得到台布初品;
(3)在PVC基层的上表面采用胶辊热压贴合印刷有3D立体图案的PET膜,将3D立体图案转印至PVC基层,然后将PET膜与PVC基层剥离,3D立体印刷图案层表面再贴合透明PVC层,经引出冷却轮进行冷却定型;
(4)采用收卷机进行收卷得到立体高清台布。
进一步的,所述台布初品的克重为315g/㎡。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型的步骤为:将混合料在168℃温度下进行发泡成型,得到胶粒;将胶粒在178℃温度下进行塑化成型,制得PVC基层。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,胶辊张力为4kgf/㎝2,贴合温度为165℃,镜面油温为185℃,胶辊水温为10℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,采用电脑高速自动套位印刷机在PET膜印刷3D立体图案,印刷机速为220m/min,印刷烘箱温度为100℃。
本实施例的其余内容与实施例1相同,这里不再赘述。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述PET膜的厚度为12μm,所述3D立体印刷图案层的厚度为8μm。
对比例1
本对比例与上述实施例1的区别在于:本对比例的PVC基层中,采用未改性的碳酸钙替代实施例1中的碳酸钙,本对比例中的功能助剂不含有PVDF树脂和羟乙基纤维素,采用等量的PVC树脂粉取代。本对比例的其余内容与实施例1相同,这里不再赘述。
对实施例1-4和对比例1制得的台布初品进行性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:
耐氧化测试:取上述实施例1和对比例1制备得到的样品按照GB/T5454进行氧指数为56,而对比例1制备得到的样品氧指数为45。
耐寒性检测:取上述实施例1-4制备得到的样品,放置-30℃的环境中24小时,取出后无断裂和破损现象,证明其最低耐寒温度为-30℃或者低于-30℃,而对比例1的样品的PVC基层出现部分断裂和破损。
本发明的立体高清台布,该立体高清台布具有良好的机械性能和耐老化性能,耐寒性好,外观效果佳、手感舒适、不易撕裂与破损,使用寿命长。该立体高清台布的制备方法操作简便控制,生产效率高,节省人力物力,制得的立体高清台布使用寿命长,对环境友好,产品质量稳定,利于工业化大生产。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种立体高清台布,其特征在于:所述立体高清台布包括网格布、贴合于网格布上表面的PVC基层、设置于PVC基层上表面的3D立体印刷图案层以及贴合于3D立体印刷图案层上表面的透明PVC层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体高清台布,其特征在于:所述网格布为弹性纱线网格布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立体高清台布,其特征在于:所述PVC基层包括如下重量份的原料:PVC树脂粉45-55份、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯25-35份、填充剂30-40份、颜料粉0.06-0.2份、钛白粉0.01-0.15份、热稳定剂1.5-2.5份、ACR助剂1.5-2.5份、润滑剂0.25-0.4份、发泡助剂5-10份和功能助剂8-15份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的立体高清台布,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂为粉体钙锌稳定剂或液体钡锌稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种立体高清台布,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸和硬脂酸锌中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种立体高清台布,其特征在于:每份所述发泡助剂是由偶氮二甲胺和偶氮二异丁腈按照重量比为0.8-1.0:1.0组成的混合物。
7.一种权利要求1-6任意一项所述立体高清台布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将组成PVC基层的各原料按比例搅拌混合,得到混合料;对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型,制得PVC基层;
(2)将PVC基层与网格布进行热压贴合,冷却成型,得到台布初品;
(3)在PVC基层的上表面采用胶辊热压贴合印刷有3D立体图案的PET膜,将3D立体图案转印至PVC基层,形成3D立体印刷图案层,然后将PET膜与PVC基层剥离,3D立体印刷图案层表面再贴合透明PVC层,经引出冷却轮进行冷却定型;
(4)采用收卷机进行收卷得到立体高清台布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的所述立体高清台布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,对混合料进行发泡、塑化成型的步骤为:将混合料在160-170℃温度下进行发泡成型,得到胶粒;将胶粒在175-185℃温度下进行塑化成型,制得PVC基层。
9.根据权利要求7所述的所述立体高清台布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,胶辊张力为3.2-7.2kgf/㎝2,贴合温度为160-170℃,镜面油温为175-195℃,胶辊水温为9-11℃。
10.根据权利要求7所述的所述立体高清台布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,采用电脑高速自动套位印刷机在PET膜印刷3D立体图案,印刷机速为180-300m/min,印刷烘箱温度为80-130℃。
