Abstract

本发明提供一种足踏式升降的自行车工作架,包括有一个架体及一个升降装置,架体包括有一个固定杆、一个升降杆及至少一个支撑脚,固定杆设置有一个顶端及一个相反于顶端的底端,升降杆能够相对滑移地连接于固定杆,升降杆邻近固定杆的顶端,至少一个支撑脚连接于固定杆,至少一个支撑脚邻近固定杆的底端,升降装置包括有一个气压棒、一个踏板及一个控制线,气压棒的一端连接于固定杆且另一端连接于升降杆,气压棒能够伸缩并控制升降杆相对固定杆移动,控制线的一端连接于气压棒且另一端连接于踏板,工作架通过升降装置可辅助架体高度的升降。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种自行车工作架,尤指足踏式升降的自行车工作架。
背景技术
请参阅中国台湾专利第M525826号的「自行车维修架」专利案,其为一种自行车维修架,包括一展收架组及设置于展收架组中之一支撑柱,支撑柱顶端设置一定位套环,支撑柱中设置一升降柱,升降柱顶端设置一接头,接头前端设置可调整角度的一夹具,展收架组包括套设在支撑柱表面的一滑座,及枢设在滑座上的第一脚及第二脚,支撑柱底端设置一束套,束套与第一脚及第二脚之间分别枢设第一连杆及第二连杆,当自行车维修架展开使用时,滑座移向束套而远离定位套环,第一及第二连杆推动第一脚及第二脚展开后位于第一脚及第二脚侧边下方。
然而,上述自行车维修架在使用时,维修员将自行车固定在夹具上后,必须手动将升降柱抬升到理想的位置并固定自行车的位置后,才能够进行作业,操作上不方便且相当耗力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种足踏式升降的自行车工作架,解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种足踏式升降的自行车工作架,其特征在于,包括有:
一个架体,该架体包括有一个固定杆、一个升降杆及至少一个支撑脚,该固定杆设置有一个顶端及一个相反于该顶端的底端,该升降杆能够相对滑移地连接于该固定杆,该升降杆邻近该固定杆的该顶端,该至少一个支撑脚连接于该固定杆,该至少一个支撑脚邻近该固定杆的该底端;
一个升降装置,该升降装置包括有一个气压棒、一个踏板及一个控制线,该气压棒的一端连接于该固定杆且另一端连接于该升降杆,该气压棒能够伸缩并控制该升降杆相对该固定杆移动,该控制线的一端连接于该气压棒且另一端连接于该踏板。
该固定杆与该升降杆分别呈中空管状,该升降杆的一端能够滑移地由该顶端插设于该固定杆内,该升降杆连接有一个头座,该头座设置于该升降杆相反于该固定杆的一端,该气压棒的一端设置于该固定杆内且另一端设置于该升降杆内并连接于该头座。
该控制线连接于该气压棒的一端设置有一个控制头,该控制头连接于该固定杆的该底端以及该气压棒的一端,该控制头枢设有一个枢件及一个抵顶件,该枢件设置有一个牵引部及一个顶推部,该牵引部与该顶推部之间设置有一个枢接部,该枢接部枢接于该控制头,该控制线连接于该牵引部并能够拉动该枢件枢转,该顶推部抵靠于该抵顶件,该抵顶件相反于该顶推部的一侧抵靠于该气压棒。
该至少一个支撑脚的数量为三个,该固定杆套设有一个滑座,该滑座能够沿该固定杆的轴向在收折位置与展开位置之间滑移,三个该支撑脚的一端分别枢设于该滑座,该三个支撑脚的两端之间分别连接有一个连动件,三个该连动件的一端分别枢设于该三个支撑脚且另一端分别枢设于该固定杆,该滑座在收折位置时,该三个支撑脚沿该固定杆的径向往邻近该固定杆的方向靠近,该滑座在展开位置时,该三个支撑脚沿该固定杆的径向往远离该固定杆的方向展开,该踏板连接于该三个支撑脚的其中之一。
本发明的优点在于,通过该升降装置可辅助该架体高度的升降。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3所示,为本发明足踏式升降的自行车工作架的立体外观图及立体分解图。本发明工作架10包括有一个架体20及一个升降装置30;其中:
参照图4至图6所示,为本发明足踏式升降的自行车工作架的剖面结构图、控制头的局部剖面结构图及踏板的局部剖面结构图。该架体20包括有一个固定杆21、一个升降杆22及至少一个支撑脚23,该固定杆21设置有一个顶端211及一个相反于该顶端211的底端212,该升降杆22能够相对滑移地连接于该固定杆21,该升降杆22邻近该固定杆21的该顶端211,该至少一个支撑脚23连接于该固定杆21,该至少一个支撑脚23邻近该固定杆21的该底端212。
该固定杆21与该升降杆22分别呈中空管状,该升降杆22的一端能够滑移地由该顶端211插设于该固定杆21内,该升降杆22连接有一个头座221,该头座221设置于该升降杆22相反于该固定杆21的一端。
该至少一个支撑脚23在本实施例中的数量为三个,该固定杆21套设有一个滑座213,该滑座213能够沿该固定杆21的轴向在收折位置与展开位置之间滑移,三个该支撑脚23的一端分别枢设于该滑座213,该三个支撑脚23的两端之间分别连接有一个连动件231,三个该连动件231的一端分别枢设于该三个支撑脚23且另一端分别枢设于该固定杆21,该滑座213在收折位置时,该三个支撑脚23沿该固定杆21的径向往邻近该固定杆21的方向靠近,该滑座213在展开位置时,该三个支撑脚23沿该固定杆21的径向往远离该固定杆21的方向展开。
该升降装置30包括有一个气压棒31、一个踏板32及一个控制线33,该气压棒31的一端连接于该固定杆21且另一端连接于该升降杆22,该气压棒31能够伸缩并控制该升降杆22相对该固定杆21移动,该踏板32连接于该三个支撑脚23的其中之一。此外,另一选择地,该踏板32也能够直接置于地面上。该控制线33的一端连接于该气压棒31且另一端连接于该踏板32。
该气压棒31的一端设置于该固定杆21内且另一端设置于该升降杆22内并连接于该头座221。
请继续参照图7至图9所示,为本发明足踏式升降的自行车工作架踏板下压的局部剖面结构图、控制头作动的局部剖面结构图及架体升起的使用状态图。该控制线33连接于该气压棒31的一端设置有一个控制头34,该控制头34连接于该固定杆21的该底端212以及该气压棒31的一端,该控制头34枢设有一个枢件341及一个抵顶件342,该枢件341设置有一个牵引部343及一个顶推部344,该牵引部343与该顶推部344之间设置有一个枢接部345,该枢接部345枢接于该控制头34,该控制线33连接于该牵引部343并能够拉动该枢件341枢转,该顶推部344抵靠于该抵顶件342,该抵顶件342相反于该顶推部344的一侧抵靠于该气压棒31。
该工作架10通过该升降装置30可辅助该架体20高度的升降,作业员不需要耗费力气即可抬升自行车,方便作业员进行自行车维修或调整的作业。且因该踏板32设置于该支撑脚23上,使用者能够在同一时间以踩踏该踏板32的方式控制该升降装置30,并以双手控制该架体20的高度或扶持自行车避免掉落或摇晃。
就以上所述可以归纳出本发明具有以下优点:
1.为本发明足踏式升降的自行车工作架,其中工作架包括有一个架体及一个升降装置,该架体包括有一个固定杆、一个升降杆及至少一个支撑脚,该固定杆设置有一个顶端及一个相反于该顶端的底端,该升降杆能够相对滑移地连接于该固定杆,该升降杆邻近该固定杆的该顶端,该至少一个支撑脚连接于该固定杆,该至少一个支撑脚邻近该固定杆的该底端,该升降装置包括有一个气压棒、一个踏板及一个控制线,该气压棒的一端连接于该固定杆且另一端连接于该升降杆,该气压棒能够伸缩并控制该升降杆相对该固定杆移动,该控制线的一端连接于该气压棒且另一端连接于该踏板,该工作架通过该升降装置可辅助该架体高度的升降。

Claims (4)

1.一种足踏式升降的自行车工作架,其特征在于,包括有:
一个架体,该架体包括有一个固定杆、一个升降杆及至少一个支撑脚,该固定杆设置有一个顶端及一个相反于该顶端的底端,该升降杆能够相对滑移地连接于该固定杆,该升降杆邻近该固定杆的该顶端,该至少一个支撑脚连接于该固定杆,该至少一个支撑脚邻近该固定杆的该底端;
一个升降装置,该升降装置包括有一个气压棒、一个踏板及一个控制线,该气压棒的一端连接于该固定杆且另一端连接于该升降杆,该气压棒能够伸缩并控制该升降杆相对该固定杆移动,该控制线的一端连接于该气压棒且另一端连接于该踏板。
2.如权利要求1所述的足踏式升降的自行车工作架,其特征在于:该固定杆与该升降杆分别呈中空管状,该升降杆的一端能够滑移地由该顶端插设于该固定杆内,该升降杆连接有一个头座,该头座设置于该升降杆相反于该固定杆的一端,该气压棒的一端设置于该固定杆内且另一端设置于该升降杆内并连接于该头座。
3.如权利要求2所述的足踏式升降的自行车工作架,其特征在于:该控制线连接于该气压棒的一端设置有一个控制头,该控制头连接于该固定杆的该底端以及该气压棒的一端,该控制头枢设有一个枢件及一个抵顶件,该枢件设置有一个牵引部及一个顶推部,该牵引部与该顶推部之间设置有一个枢接部,该枢接部枢接于该控制头,该控制线连接于该牵引部并能够拉动该枢件枢转,该顶推部抵靠于该抵顶件,该抵顶件相反于该顶推部的一侧抵靠于该气压棒。
4.如权利要求3所述的足踏式升降的自行车工作架,其特征在于:该至少一个支撑脚的数量为三个,该固定杆套设有一个滑座,该滑座能够沿该固定杆的轴向在收折位置与展开位置之间滑移,三个该支撑脚的一端分别枢设于该滑座,该三个支撑脚的两端之间分别连接有一个连动件,三个该连动件的一端分别枢设于该三个支撑脚且另一端分别枢设于该固定杆,该滑座在收折位置时,该三个支撑脚沿该固定杆的径向往邻近该固定杆的方向靠近,该滑座在展开位置时,该三个支撑脚沿该固定杆的径向往远离该固定杆的方向展开,该踏板连接于该三个支撑脚的其中之一。
