Description

Mite killing composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a mite removing composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Human Demodex mites are conditionally pathogenic small parasitic mites, namely common Demodex folliculorum and Demodex sebaceus, are mainly parasitic in hair follicles and sebaceous glands, have weak resistance to high temperature, dry and alkaline environments, and can cause various common skin diseases under certain conditions, and possible mechanisms of causing skin damage comprise mechanical blockage of the hair follicles, expansion of the hair follicles and hyperkeratosis; resistance is reduced, and bacterial and fungal infection is easy to cause; the chitin exoskeleton of mites contributes to the formation of granulomas; the excretion of demodex mites can activate the immune system to cause delayed hypersensitivity and the like, which seriously affects the health and beauty of people.
At present, most of products for mildly removing mites with plant preparations on the market are added with plant extracts with the effects of sterilizing and removing mites, for example, patent CN111789786A discloses a mite removing plant composition, the mite removing effect is realized through the synergistic effect among rosewood seed extracts, pricklyash peel extracts, bitter ginseng root extracts, radix stemonae petiolatae extracts and phellodendron amurense bark extracts, generally, the active ingredients of the preparations playing the main role are not high, and the mite removing effect can be really realized by large addition amount, and the extracts related to the herbal medicines also contain more other complex ingredients and extraction solvents, and the large amount of the extracts added into the products have other potential risks and can also influence the stability, appearance, smell and the like of the system. In addition, some manufacturers choose to add or compound a certain amount of chemical mite removing agents in the formula to achieve a good mite removing effect, but the chemical mite removing agents often have certain irritation to the skin, and some chemical mite removing agents also have certain toxicity.
In general, there is currently a lack of technical applications related to natural actives that are able to achieve highly effective mite removal, and that are mild and non-irritating.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the prior art has poor mite killing effect or has certain irritation to skin, and provides a mite killing composition. The mite removing composition provided by the invention is compounded by using various plant extracts, contains natural plant components, is mild and non-irritant, has the synergistic effect of various active components, can achieve a good sterilization and mite removing effect under the condition of a low usage amount, and can reduce the usage amount of a preservative in cosmetics and reduce irritation to skin.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the mite removing composition.
The invention also aims to provide application of the mite removing composition in preparation of cosmetics.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the mite removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.01-0.3 parts of magnolol;
0.01-0.3 parts of totarol;
0.1-2 parts of nano sulfur.
Honokiol, commonly found in magnolia officinalis of magnolia of magnoliaceae, is 3, 5-di-2-propenyl-1, 1-biphenyl-2, 4-diol, is a fine powder of brown to white, is dissolved in ethanol, propylene glycol, hexanediol or other alkaline media, has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, has strong antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, is stable in antibacterial property, is not easily damaged by heat, acid and alkali, and has the strongest inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus; the inventor finds that the mite killing composition also has better mite killing and synergistic mite killing effects.
The totarol is commonly found in the podocarpus macrophyllus, is rich in aromatic diterpene, can inhibit the peroxidation of grease, is a high-efficiency antibacterial agent, has good antibacterial effect on gram-positive bacteria including streptococcus, bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, propionibacterium acnes and the like, and has no irritation and anaphylactic reaction to human skin. The inventor finds that the mite killing composition also has certain mite killing and synergistic mite killing effects.
The nanometer sulfur has effects of killing sarcoptic mite, bacteria and fungi, removing oil and fat, softening epidermis, and dissolving cutin, and its action mechanism is that sulfur contacts skin and tissue secretion to generate hydrogen sulfide and pentasulfuric acid.
Repeated experiments show that the magnolol, totarol and nano sulfur are specifically compounded, so that the composition has a good synergistic effect on mite removal, the composition obtained by compounding the magnolol, totarol and nano sulfur contains natural plant components, is mild and non-irritant, and multiple active components have synergistic effect, so that a good sterilizing and mite removing effect can be achieved under the condition of low using amount, meanwhile, the using amount of a preservative in cosmetics can be reduced, and the irritation to the skin is reduced. The reason is probably that the nano sulfur can soften, remove redundant cutin of the skin and dredge pores, and the totarol can regulate grease secretion and has synergistic effect with honokiol to achieve the effects of inhibiting bacteria and removing mites.
Preferably, the mite removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.015-0.15 parts of honokiol;
0.015-0.15 part of totarol;
0.3-1.0 part of nano sulfur.
Further preferably, the mite removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.03 part of honokiol;
0.08 part of totarol;
0.5 part of nano sulfur.
Preferably, the honokiol and the totarol are commercially available raw materials, and the purity is more than 98%.
Preferably, the nano sulfur is nano biological sulfur.
Preferably, the nano biological sulfur is coated in a nano carrier.
Preferably, the nano-carrier is one or a combination of lipoic acid, phospholipid and caprylic/capric triglyceride.
The nanometer sulfur can be suspended in the colloidal solution, has better diffusion and higher skin activity, and has no irritation to the skin. The interaction effect of the nano sulfur and the skin depends on the particle size, and the larger the effective area of the interaction between the sulfur and the skin, the greater the effect.
Preferably, the particle size of the nano sulfur is 1-100 μm.
The preparation method of the mite removing composition comprises the following steps: mixing the honokiol, the totarol, the nano sulfur and water to obtain the mite removing composition.
Preferably, the temperature of the mixing is 40-45 ℃.
Preferably, the mixing time is 30-40 min.
The mite removing composition (or a diluent thereof (the mass fraction of the mite removing composition is 0.2-3.0 wt%)) can be directly sprayed on the skin.
The mite-killing composition can also be added to mite-killing products (such as cosmetics) as an effective component.
The application of the mite removing composition in preparing mite removing products is also within the protection scope of the invention.
Preferably, in the mite removing product, the addition amount of the mite removing composition is 0.2-3.0 wt%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the mite removing composition provided by the invention is compounded by using various plant extracts, contains natural plant components, is mild and non-irritating, can play a good role in sterilizing and removing mites under the condition of low usage amount through the synergistic effect of magnolol, totarol and nano sulfur, and can also reduce the usage amount of preservatives in cosmetics and reduce irritation to skin.
