Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗缺氧的食品、保健品或药物组合物及其制备方法和用途。该组合物是由如下重量配比的原料制备而成的食品、保健品或药物制剂:黄精80~120份、人参24~36份、蛹虫草16~24份、极大螺旋藻16~24份、奇亚籽16~24份、枸杞子16~24份、白蛋白肽16~24份、牡蛎肽16~24份、沙棘16~24份、松花粉12~18份、维生素C 0.1~1份。本发明组合物配伍合理,对于抗疲劳、抗氧化发挥了协同增效作用;还可以用于缓解高原反应,预防急慢性高原缺氧疾病。同时,本发明组合物使用的原料安全无毒副作用,可提供安全高效的能量补给,增强机体对缺氧环境的耐受能力,有效缓解机体缺氧反应等症状,具有良好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗缺氧的食品、保健品或药物组合物及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
高原系指海拔在3000m以上的地区,包括高山和高原。高原空气稀薄,大气压低,氧分分压低,易使人缺氧。在高原旅游和工作的人,由于对高原缺氧环境不适应,体能消耗快,容易出现缺氧、疲劳、高原反应等症状。
同时,竞技体育领域,成绩的提高以及体能的提高离不开训练,而大强度、大运动量的体育训练和体能训练导致的一个主要问题就是机体供氧不足,氧的利用率不高,细胞以及组织的缺氧导致机体乳酸水平升高,导致肌体的运动能力下降,进而影响运动训练的展开,严重的导致肌体疲劳积累,影响身体健康。提高肌体的抗缺氧能力也是十分关键。
对于这些人员提供安全高效的能力补给,快速补充体能,增强机体对缺氧环境的耐受能力具有重要意义。
目前,存在的提高肌体抗疲劳抗缺氧的药物较多,如黄精、人参、蛹虫草等等,但是单味药的抗疲劳、抗缺氧效果不理想。专利CN109550040A公开了一种由蚕蛹培育虫草、蚕蛹冲草菌丝体、肉苁蓉、黑玛卡、黑桑葚、黑枸杞、人参、松茸、黄秋葵、黄精、覆盆子、益智仁、茯苓、大豆肽、枸杞肽、蚕蛹蛋白肽组成的抗疲劳、抗缺氧的多肽组合物。
但是,目前尚未见本发明组合物用于抗疲劳、抗缺氧。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗缺氧的食品、保健品或药物组合物及其制备方法和用途。
本发明提供了一种抗缺氧的食品、保健品或药物组合物,它是由如下重量配比的原料制备而成的食品、保健品或药物制剂:黄精80~120份、人参24~36份、蛹虫草16~24份、极大螺旋藻16~24份、奇亚籽16~24份、枸杞子16~24份、白蛋白肽16~24份、牡蛎肽16~24份、沙棘16~24份、松花粉12~18份、维生素C 0.1~1份。
进一步地,前述的食品、保健品或药物组合物是由如下重量配比的原料制备而成的食品、保健品或药物制剂:黄精100份、人参30份、蛹虫草20份、极大螺旋藻20份、奇亚籽20份、枸杞子20份、白蛋白肽20份、牡蛎肽20份、沙棘20份、松花粉15份、维生素C 0.5份。
进一步地,前述的食品、保健品或药物组合物是由各重量配比原料的粉末、或水或有机溶剂提取物,加入食品、保健品或药学上可接受的辅料或者辅助性成分制备而成的食品、保健品或药物制剂;
优选地,所述辅料包括葡萄糖、木糖醇、葡萄糖酸亚铁和山梨酸钾;
更优选地,所述辅料的重量配比如下:葡萄糖16~24份、木糖醇12~18份、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.01~0.05份、山梨酸钾0.1~0.5份;
进一步优选地,所述辅料的重量配比如下:葡萄糖20份、木糖醇15份、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.02份、山梨酸钾0.3份。
进一步地,所述药物制剂为口服制剂;

本发明还提供了一种制备前述的食品、保健品或药物组合物的方法,它包括如下步骤:取各重量配比的原料,直接打粉,或者加入水或有机溶剂提取,再加入食品、保健品或药物上可接受的辅料或者辅助性成分,即得。
进一步地,前述的方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取黄精、人参、蛹虫草、极大螺旋藻、奇亚籽、枸杞子、沙棘,加入纯化水煎煮,得提取滤液;
(2)将白蛋白肽、牡蛎肽、葡萄糖、松花粉、木糖醇、维生素C和葡萄糖酸亚铁溶于纯化水中,溶解后过滤,得提取滤液;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的滤液合并,加入山梨酸钾,即得;

步骤(1)中,所述煎煮为煎煮两次,第一次加入5倍量(v/w)的纯化水浸泡2小时,80℃煎煮2小时;第二次加入3倍量(v/w)的纯化水,80℃煎煮1小时。
进一步地,前述的方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照重量配比称取黄精、人参、蛹虫草、极大螺旋藻、奇亚籽、枸杞子、沙棘,粉碎,超声提取,过滤,将滤液浓缩,得提取液;
2)在提取液中加入纯化水,混匀,静置后取上清液;
3)在上清液中加入白蛋白肽、牡蛎肽、葡萄糖、松花粉、木糖醇、维生素C和葡萄糖酸亚铁,溶解后加入山梨酸钾,即得;

步骤1)中,所述超声提取使用10倍量(v/w)50%乙醇;

本发明中,v/w是指mL/g。
本发明中,蛹虫草为子囊菌门,肉座目,麦角菌科、虫草属的模式种。学名为Cordyceps militaris(L.ex Fr.)Link.蛹虫草,又叫北冬虫夏草,北虫草,简称蛹草。
极大螺旋藻是一类低等值物,属于蓝藻门,颤藻科,螺旋藻属,是螺旋藻的一种。
奇亚籽是薄荷类植物芡欧鼠尾草(Salvia Hispanica L.)的种子。
白蛋白肽又叫白蛋白多肽。
牡蛎肽是将肽分子生物技术运用于牡蛎加工过程,经酶解制成牡蛎肽。
松花粉,为松科植物马尾松Pinus massoniana Lamb.、油松Pinus tabuli formisCarr.或同属数种植物的干燥花粉。
本发明组合物配伍合理,对于抗疲劳、抗氧化发挥了协同增效作用,可显著清除乳酸堆积,提高耐氧力。此外,本发明组合物不仅可以提高机体能源物质储备、减少代谢产物的累积从而起到抗缺氧、抗疲劳作用;还可以用于缓解高原反应,预防急慢性高原缺氧疾病,尤其是对低氧最为敏感的大脑中枢统和心血管系统的缺氧疾病。同时,本发明组合物使用的原料均可以药食同源,安全无毒副作用。因此,本发明组合可提供安全高效的能量补给,快速补充体能,增强机体对缺氧环境的耐受能力,有效缓解机体缺氧反应等症状。适宜于所有人群,尤其是高原缺氧低气压特殊环境下工作者、旅游者、高强度运动员、体力劳动者、无氧运动爱好者、免疫力较弱者。具有良好的应用前景。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。

具体实施方式
本发明具体实施方式中使用的原料、设备均为已知产品,通过购买市售产品获得。
实施例1、本发明组合物的制备
1、原料
黄精100g、人参(人工种植)30g、蛹虫草20g、极大螺旋藻20g、奇亚籽20g、枸杞子20g、蛋清肽(白蛋白肽)20g、牡蛎肽20g、沙棘20g、松花粉15g、维生素C 0.5g。
2、制备方法
制备方法流程图如图1所示。
(1)分别取得黄精、人参、蛹虫草、极大螺旋藻、奇亚籽、枸杞子和沙棘,筛选干净置入容器内,加上述药物总药量(230g)5倍量(v/w)纯化水浸泡2小时,之后80℃煎煮2小时,过滤得提取液1;再在药渣中加入总药量3倍量(v/w)的纯化水,80℃进行第二次煎煮1小时,过滤得提取液2;合并2次提取液,过滤,得滤液;
(2)取蛋清肽、牡蛎肽、松花粉、维生素C以及辅料食用葡萄糖20g、木糖醇15g、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.02g与总量2倍量(v/w)的纯化水,混合后在60℃下溶解,过滤,得滤液;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得的滤液混合后,加入辅料山梨酸钾0.3g,加热搅拌使其溶解,再加入山梨醇进行调味,充分搅拌均匀,经罐装、灭菌、包装、检验,即得。也可不加山梨醇进行调味,加入山梨酸钾溶解混合均匀后罐装、灭菌、包装、检验,即可。
得到棕褐色澄明液体。该产品保质期24个月,贮藏为避免阳光直射,置于5-25℃干燥避风处。
实施例2、本发明组合物的制备
1、原料
黄精100g、人参(人工种植)30g、蛹虫草20g、极大螺旋藻20g、奇亚籽20g、枸杞子20g、蛋清肽(白蛋白肽)20g、牡蛎肽20g、沙棘20g、松花粉15g、维生素C 0.5g。
2、制备方法
(1)将黄精、人参、蛹虫草、极大螺旋藻、奇亚籽、枸杞子和沙棘进行清洗、晾晒;
(2)将黄精、人参、蛹虫草、极大螺旋藻、奇亚籽、枸杞子和沙棘依次粉碎,过20目筛,得原料药材粉末;将上述药材粉末依次放入超声提取罐中,混合后加入10倍量(v/w)50%乙醇进行超声振荡提取,时间为30分钟,频率为100kHz,控制温度为室温,提取后进行过滤,合并滤液,65℃以下减压回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度为1.25(50℃)的混合提取液;
(3)在所得的混合提取液中,加入10倍量(v/w)纯化水,搅匀,静置72小时,滤过取上清液;
(4)在上清液中加入蛋清肽、牡蛎肽、松花粉、维生素C以及辅料食用葡萄糖20g、木糖醇15g、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.02g,加热搅拌使溶解,过滤,在所得的滤液中加入山梨酸钾0.3g,并进行浓缩,最后加入山梨醇调味,经罐装、灭菌、包装、检验,即得。也可不加山梨醇进行调味,加入山梨酸钾溶解混合均匀后罐装、灭菌、包装、检验,即可。
实施例3、本发明组合物的制备
1、原料
黄精80g、人参(人工种植)24g、蛹虫草16g、极大螺旋藻16g、奇亚籽16g、枸杞子16g、蛋清肽(白蛋白肽)16g、牡蛎肽16g、沙棘16g、松花粉12g、维生素C 0.1g。
2、制备方法
同实施例1或实施例2。
实施例4、本发明组合物的制备
1、原料
黄精120g、人参(人工种植)36g、蛹虫草24g、极大螺旋藻24g、奇亚籽24g、枸杞子24g、蛋清肽(白蛋白肽)24g、牡蛎肽24g、沙棘24g、松花粉18g、维生素C1g。
2、制备方法
同实施例1或实施例2。
以下通过具体的试验例证明本发明的有益效果。
试验例1、本发明组合物对大鼠模拟活动后抗缺氧作用的影响
一、实验方法
1.动物来源:人工培育
材料:成年SD大鼠30只,6-8周龄,雌雄各半,体重100~150g,随机分为3组,即常氧对照组、模拟高原缺氧组(缺氧组)、本发明组合物(实施例1)预防加缺氧组(实验组),每组10只。
2.动物处理:(1)给药方法:实验组按0.5ml/l00g体重剂量每天灌胃给1次,连续7天;其余两组给予等体积的生理盐水,连续7天。7天后将缺氧组及实验组同时置于实验室采用小型减压舱模拟海拔8000m高原的低氧环境中,造成大鼠缺氧环境。对照组断头处死,缺氧组和实验组缺氧致死,大鼠死后即刻取血,血液离心取血清化验。
3.选取指标:血清乳酸含量
4.检测:大鼠死后即可取血,血液离心取血清化验。
5.统计学处理:每组实验结果用X±s表示,用方差分析和t检验比较三组均数之间的差异显著性。
二、实验结果
各组大鼠血清乳酸的含量及存活时间的比较见表1。由表1可知:缺氧组血清乳酸含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而利用本发明组合物(实验组)预处理后可显著降低血清乳酸含量(P<0.01),显著延长存活时间(P<0.01)。

由上述实验结果可知:本发明组合物可显著清除乳酸堆积,具有抗疲劳作用;同时,本发明组合物显著提高耐氧力,延长存活时间。本发明组合物配伍使用后,对于抗疲劳、抗氧化发挥了协同增效作用,效果优于相同剂量下单独使用各原料。本发明组合物不仅可以提高机体能源物质储备、减少代谢产物的累积从而起到抗缺氧、抗疲劳作用;还可以用于缓解高原反应,预防急慢性高原缺氧疾病,尤其是对低氧最为敏感的大脑中枢统和心血管系统的缺氧疾病。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗缺氧的食品、保健品或药物组合物,其特征在于:它是由如下重量配比的原料制备而成的食品、保健品或药物制剂:黄精80~120份、人参24~36份、蛹虫草16~24份、极大螺旋藻16~24份、奇亚籽16~24份、枸杞子16~24份、白蛋白肽16~24份、牡蛎肽16~24份、沙棘16~24份、松花粉12~18份、维生素C 0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品、保健品或药物组合物,其特征在于:它是由如下重量配比的原料制备而成的食品、保健品或药物制剂:黄精100份、人参30份、蛹虫草20份、极大螺旋藻20份、奇亚籽20份、枸杞子20份、白蛋白肽20份、牡蛎肽20份、沙棘20份、松花粉15份、维生素C 0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的食品、保健品或药物组合物,其特征在于:它是由各重量配比原料的粉末、或水或有机溶剂提取物,加入食品、保健品或药学上可接受的辅料或者辅助性成分制备而成的食品、保健品或药物制剂;
优选地,所述辅料包括葡萄糖、木糖醇、葡萄糖酸亚铁和山梨酸钾;
更优选地,所述辅料的重量配比如下:葡萄糖16~24份、木糖醇12~18份、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.01~0.05份、山梨酸钾0.1~0.5份;
进一步优选地,所述辅料的重量配比如下:葡萄糖20份、木糖醇15份、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.02份、山梨酸钾0.3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的食品、保健品或药物组合物,其特征在于:所述药物制剂为口服制剂;
优选地,所述药物制剂为浓缩型植物饮品。
5.根据权利要求3所述的食品、保健品或药物组合物,其特征在于:所述食品或保健品为饮品;
优选地,所述食品或保健品为浓缩型植物饮品。
6.一种制备权利要求1~5任一项所述的食品、保健品或药物组合物的方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:取各重量配比的原料,直接打粉,或者加入水或有机溶剂提取,再加入食品、保健品或药物上可接受的辅料或者辅助性成分,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取黄精、人参、蛹虫草、极大螺旋藻、奇亚籽、枸杞子、沙棘,加入纯化水煎煮,得提取滤液;
(2)将白蛋白肽、牡蛎肽、葡萄糖、松花粉、木糖醇、维生素C和葡萄糖酸亚铁溶于纯化水中,溶解后过滤,得提取滤液;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的滤液合并,加入山梨酸钾,即得;
优选地,
步骤(1)中,所述煎煮为煎煮两次,第一次加入5倍量(v/w)的纯化水浸泡2小时,80℃煎煮2小时;第二次加入3倍量(v/w)的纯化水,80℃煎煮1小时。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:
1)按照重量配比称取黄精、人参、蛹虫草、极大螺旋藻、奇亚籽、枸杞子、沙棘,粉碎,超声提取,过滤,将滤液浓缩,得提取液;
2)在提取液中加入纯化水,混匀,静置后取上清液;
3)在上清液中加入白蛋白肽、牡蛎肽、葡萄糖、松花粉、木糖醇、维生素C和葡萄糖酸亚铁,溶解后加入山梨酸钾,即得;
优选地,
步骤1)中,所述超声提取使用10倍量(v/w)50%乙醇;
和/或,步骤1)中,所述超声提取两次,每次频率为100kHz,温度为室温;
和/或,步骤1)中,所述浓缩至50℃时相对密度为1.25;
和/或,步骤2)中,所述纯化水是提取液的10倍量(v/w)。
9.权利要求1~5任一项所述的食品、保健品或药物组合物在制备抗疲劳、提高缺氧耐受力的食品、保健品或药物制剂的用途;
优选地,
所述食品、保健品或药物制剂为能缓解高原反应症状的食品、保健品或药物制剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用途,其特征在于:所述食品、保健品或药物制剂为预防急慢性高原缺氧疾病的食品、保健品或药物制剂;
优选地,所述食品、保健品或药物制剂为预防大脑中枢统和心血管系统的缺氧疾病的食品、保健品或药物制剂。
