本发明提供一种鸡用西洋参饲料添加剂及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:生西洋参10‑15份,本发明利用西洋参中含有皂苷类、氨基酸类、糖类、挥发油类和脂肪酸类等活性成分,其中主要活性成分—人参皂苷,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、神经保护等功效,此外,西洋参的功效成分能提高家禽氨基酸和蛋白质含量,进而改变肉、蛋品质,西洋参饲料添加剂,采用药食同源的思想,以西洋参的保护神经、抗应激功效代替抗生素的使用,促生长、增强鸡的免疫力,既能提高鸡肉品质,又能提高鸡的生产性能,增加经济效益。

本发明属于养殖饲料技术领域,涉及一种鸡用西洋参饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
饲料添加剂是指在饲料生产加工、使用过程中添加的少量或微量物质,在饲料中用量很少但作用显著。饲料添加剂是现代饲料工业必然使用的原料,对强化基础饲料营养价值,提高动物生产性能,保证动物健康,节省饲料成本,改善畜产品品质等方面有明显的效果。
随着农业农村部提出自2020年1月1日起退出除中药外的所有促生长类药物饲料添加剂品种,标志着我国开始进入“禁抗、限抗、无抗”时代。因此,将中草药应用在畜禽养殖业饲料添加剂中,正是响应国家政策,促进养殖动物绿色健康,确保食品安全的重要表现。
目前国内以中草药为主的饲料添加剂产品种类繁多,但主要关注于促生长、体重增加、疾病防治等方面,忽略了畜禽类肉质和营养物质的变化,从而在使用上,会降低饲料添加剂的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种鸡用西洋参饲料添加剂及其制备方法。

实验分析:
将实施例1、2、3中草药配方制备的中草药饲料添加剂应用于实验组。
实验选取160只45日龄龙凤土鸡,随机分为4个处理,每组40只,分别为对照组(不加中草药饲料添加剂),试验组Ⅰ(西洋参饲料添加量为0.4%)、试验组Ⅱ(西洋参饲料添加量为0.2%)、试验组Ⅲ(西洋参饲料添加量为0.1%)以及对照组只饲喂基础日粮。采用散养方式饲养,各组处于相同的环境下,自由采食和饮水。每天观察试验鸡生长健康状况,并记录每天鸡的采食量。统计各组的日采食量、日增重、料肉比。
实验结果:
各组肉鸡的日增重、日采食、料肉比,如表1所示。

由表1可知,平均日采食量试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组都高于对照组,且与对照组相比提高了5.86%、4.95%,试验Ⅰ组由于剂量高,适口性不好,导致采食量偏低。料肉比试验Ⅱ组较之对照组减少了17.87%,试验Ⅱ组较之对照组减少了17.87%,试验Ⅲ组较之对照组减少了23.42%。
由此可见,在日粮中添加本发明实施例2-实施例3的西洋参饲料添加剂,均能明显提高鸡平均日增重,其中实施例3的西洋参饲料添加剂提高效果更明显,还能明显降低料肉比,能有效提高鸡的生产性能。
