Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a feed active humic acid composite microbial inoculum, which comprises the preparation of a feed active humic acid composite microbial inoculum fermentation culture medium, the selection of beneficial composite bacteria, the preparation process of the feed active humic acid composite microbial inoculum and the application of the feed active humic acid composite microbial inoculum to livestock. Wherein the raw materials of the fermentation medium comprise 20-35 parts of mineral humic acid, 10-30 parts of bean pulp, 25-35 parts of Chinese medicinal preparation, 20-35 parts of molasses and 2-6 parts of trace elements. The beneficial bacteria comprise 1-10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 1-10 parts of bacillus coagulans and 1-10 parts of saccharomyces cerevisiae. The active humic acid compound microbial agent can improve daily gain of the young animals in the lactation period, improve average daily gain of organisms after weaning, and reduce diarrhea rate, so that growth performance of the young animals after weaning is improved, and the active humic acid compound microbial agent has high economic value, effective safety and wide prospect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to preparation and application of a feed active humic acid compound microbial agent.
Background
The livestock breeding industry in China is rapidly developed, but the problem of antibiotic and chemical drug residue is still one of important factors influencing the safety of animal-derived food, although the use of antibiotic in the animal growth process can prevent intestinal diseases, promote the growth of animals and improve the economic benefit of the breeding industry, the intestinal flora imbalance can be caused by excessive or illegal use of antibiotic, the intestinal ecological balance is damaged, the organism immunity is reduced, meanwhile, the drug residue of the breeding product can be caused, inevitable harm is caused to human and livestock and even the environment, the digestive tract of the animals after birth is not well developed and the function is incomplete, therefore, the animal cubs are difficult to rapidly adapt to new food structures due to the change of the food structures in the early weaning period, at the moment, the animal cubs in the early stage are severely weaned due to a plurality of factors such as food, environment and the like, the cubs are slowly developed and have low immunity, the existing biological fermentation feed has no obvious effects of promoting beneficial bacteria and antagonizing harmful bacteria on the digestive tract of the young animals at the early weaning stage, and has no obvious effects of enhancing the immunity and disease resistance of the organism, thereby increasing the diarrhea rate and death rate of the animals and bringing great economic loss to farms.
The microbial agent has the advantages of no toxic or side effect, no drug residue, no drug resistance and the like, can effectively supplement beneficial microorganisms in the digestive tract of animals, kill harmful microorganisms, improve the ecological balance of intestinal microorganisms, and improve the metabolic capability and the nutrient absorption capability of organisms, thereby promoting the growth of the organisms. The microbial agent has obvious effect because of the action mode of the microbial agent being the natural composition of the microorganism, and becomes an ideal antibiotic substitute. Beneficial compound bacteria are selected, a small-sized full-automatic fermentation tank is utilized, the traditional Chinese medicine micro powder and the strains are added into the fermentation tank for fermentation, the combined action of the Chinese herbal medicines and the active beneficial bacteria is utilized to prevent the intestinal diseases of animals, and the method has high economic value, and has wide prospects of effectiveness and safety.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of a feeding active humic acid compound microbial agent and application of the feeding active humic acid compound microbial agent to animals. So as to obviously improve the intestinal microbial flora of animals, reduce diarrhea rate and death rate, and improve meat quality and egg yield.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
1) weighing mineral source humic acid, bean pulp, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, molasses and trace elements according to the required content of the raw materials of the feed active humic acid compound microbial agent fermentation medium.
2) And (3) adding the mixed powder of the fermentation medium into a fermentation tank by using process water until the mixed powder is pasty, putting the mixed powder into the fermentation tank, metering the volume, adjusting the pH value, sterilizing, cooling to room temperature, inoculating probiotics, fermenting at 25-35 ℃ for 2-6 days, stopping fermentation, filtering, and adjusting the pH value to obtain fermentation liquor, namely the feed active humic acid compound microbial agent.
Preferably, in the step 1), the addition ratio of the fermentation medium is as follows: 20-35 parts of mineral humic acid, 10-30 parts of bean pulp, 25-35 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, 20-35 parts of molasses and 2-6 parts of trace elements; the probiotic inoculation proportion in the step 2) is as follows: 1-10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 1-10 parts of bacillus coagulans and 1-10 parts of saccharomyces cerevisiae.

The probiotics used in the invention comprise bacillus subtilis, bacillus coagulans and saccharomyces cerevisiae. The bacillus is resistant to acid and high temperature, has high stability in an intestinal acid environment, can promote the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria, antagonize harmful bacteria, enhance the immunity of organisms, improve the disease resistance, can metabolize to generate enzymes such as protease amylase and the like, can obviously improve the growth speed of animals, and promote the digestion of nutrient substances, and currently, more reported strains include beneficial strains such as bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus cereus, clostridium butyricum, bacillus coagulans and the like; the yeast cells are rich in protein, vitamins and various enzymes, can promote digestion and absorption of nutrients by animals, enhance the immunity of the animals, and can be metabolized to generate B vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes, growth promoting factors and the like. Research shows that when the feed added with the compound microbial inoculum is used for feeding animals, the intestinal microbial flora of the animals is obviously improved, the diarrhea rate and the death rate are reduced, and the meat quality, the egg laying rate and the like are obviously improved.
The traditional Chinese medicine is used as a culture substrate, and the microbial fermentation traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages that the traditional Chinese medicine can metabolize or convert some components in the traditional Chinese medicine, the biological activity of the traditional Chinese medicine is changed, and meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine components can induce or inhibit microorganisms to generate new secondary metabolites. Traditional Chinese medicinal materials with homology of medicine and food and probiotics are fermented, and macromolecular substances of the traditional Chinese medicines are converted by microorganisms to finally become a novel microbial agent which can be quickly absorbed by intestinal tracts of people or animals.
