the automatic seeding device comprises a cam mechanism 5, a seed box 4, a steering rod 3, a return spring 6, a side baffle 10 and a spring 9; the vehicle body is provided with a through hole, two sides of the through hole are respectively provided with a guide hole, the steering rod 3 is arranged in the guide holes, the steering rod 3 can move up and down along the guide holes and can realize locking and positioning; a horizontal baffle is arranged between the two direction rods 3, a through hole is arranged on the horizontal baffle, the seed box 4 sequentially passes through the horizontal baffle and the through hole of the vehicle body, and the top end of the seed box 4 is fixed on the horizontal baffle; the return spring 6 is sleeved on the steering rod 3, the bottom end of the return spring is fixed on the upper surface of the vehicle body, and the top end of the return spring is fixed with the lower surface of the horizontal baffle; the number of the side baffles 10 is two, the side baffles are symmetrically arranged at the lower part of the seed box 4, one end of each side baffle 10 is hinged to the lower surface of the vehicle body, and the side baffles 10 can swing; the spring 9 is positioned between the two side baffles 10, two ends of the spring 9 are respectively and fixedly connected with the side baffles 10, when the spring 9 is in a compressed state, the bottoms of the two side baffles 10 are involutory and positioned below the outlet of the seed box 4 so as to block the outlet; cam mechanism 5 include cam driving motor, cam and follower lever, the cam is connected with cam driving motor's output shaft, the follower lever is connected with horizontal baffle, the edge of cam and the pulley contact on follower lever top, the bottom and the horizontal baffle contact of follower lever are fixed, cam driving motor drives the cam and revolves, the cam drives from the driving wheel and reciprocates, it reciprocates to drive the horizontal plate from the driving wheel, the horizontal plate drives seed case 4 and reciprocates, make two side shield 10 bottoms open or closed, and adjust the distance between each side shield 10 of chain through spring 9, realize periodic, intermittent type nature seeding.

The ditching device comprises a ditcher 13 which is positioned below the middle part of the vehicle body and in front of the fertilizing device.
The tail end of the vehicle body is provided with a handrail 7.
The crawler driving motor and the cam driving motor are speed-adjustable motors, so that the seeding speed and the seeding density can be adjusted according to seeding requirements.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the crawler device is designed to be driven in front, so that labor is saved, and the machine is more stable and is not easy to turn on one side.
(2) The motor is used for driving the cam mechanism to be matched with the spring to enable the seeding box to be intermittently opened, so that intermittent seeding is realized, and seeds are saved.
(3) The soil covered by the pressing wheel is pressed by the pressing wheel added behind the covering device, so that the soil is more compact and the corn is convenient to grow.
(4) The invention has small integral size, light weight, convenient carrying and simple structure; the structure is compact, and the rings are buckled with each other, so that the space is saved; the manufacturing cost is low, and the method is suitable for batch production. Effectively solves the problems of time and labor waste in corn seeding in small land, and has great market prospect.

As shown in figure 1, the automatic corn seeding device mainly comprises a crawler 1, a fertilizer box 2, a guide rod 3, a seed box 4, a cam mechanism 5, a return spring 6, a handrail 7, a press wheel 8, a spring 9, a side baffle 10, a soil covering device 11, a fertilizer conveying pipe 12 and a furrow opener 13.
The fertilizer box 2 and the fertilizer pipe 12 form a fertilizer device. The cam mechanism 5, the seed box 4, the return spring 3, the side baffle 10 and the spring 9 form an automatic seeding device. The covering device 11 and the press wheel 8 form a covering and pressing device.
As shown in fig. 5, the crawler driving device comprises two groups of crawlers 1, crawler wheels and crawler driving motors, and is driven by double crawlers, the adhesive force is strong, the crawler wheels are symmetrically arranged at the front end of the vehicle body, and the crawler wheels can rotate up and down; as shown in fig. 4(a) and 4(b), the ditching device is a ditcher 13 which is formed by modifying a sharpened metal pipe and can dig soil easily; the fertilizer applying device consists of a fertilizer box 2 and a fertilizer applying pipe 12, the fertilizer applying pipe 12 is connected with the fertilizer box 2 to guide fertilizer into the excavated groove, and the fertilizer applying amount can be controlled by controlling the caliber of the inlet of the guide pipe. The automatic seeding device consists of a cam mechanism 5, a steering rod 3, a seed box 4, a return spring 6, a side baffle 10 and a spring 9, wherein the cam mechanism 5 is used for enabling the seed box 4 to move up and down under the action of the spring 9, so that the seeder can perform periodic and intermittent seeding. The soil covering device consists of a soil covering device 11 and a press wheel 8, the soil covering device 11 is used for collecting soil discharged by the furrow opener and filling the soil back into the groove, the structure of the soil covering device 11 is shown in figure 6, and the press wheel 8 is used for compacting the soil after sowing and filling.
The using process is as follows:
after the fertilizer box 2 is filled with fertilizer and the seed box 4 is filled with corn seeds, the sowing operation can be started. The whole device is placed on the land needing seeding, the furrow opener 13 is inserted into the land, the crawler driving device can be started, and the crawler driving device drives the whole mechanism to move forwards. The whole device moves forwards, so that the furrow opener 13 can be driven to be pulled forwards in the soil, and a groove can be cut.
The fertilizer box 2 is then opened and the cam drive motor of the cam mechanism 5 is activated, at the same time as the fertilizer box 2 begins to deliver fertilizer evenly into the trench excavated by the furrow opener 13. The cam starts to rotate, the horizontal baffle and the seed box 4 can be driven to move up and down, when the seed box 4 moves to the lowest point, the side baffle 10 can be jacked open, and the seed box 4 inputs corn seeds into the ditches, as shown in figure 2. With the rotation of the cam, the seed box 4 and the horizontal baffle move upwards due to the action of the return spring 9, the side baffle 10 is closed due to the pulling of the spring 9, and the seeds stop falling, namely, a seed sowing period is completed, as shown in fig. 3.
As the apparatus moves forward, the shroud 11 gathers and pushes the soil excavated by the furrow opener 13 into the excavated furrow, and then the press wheel 8 presses the soil filled in the furrow.
When the sowing operation of one row is completed, the turning operation can be performed. The connection of the vehicle body and the crawler wheel can rotate up and down, so that when the machine works to the end of the land, the whole mechanism except the crawler wheel can be lifted up by utilizing the handrail 7, the furrow opener 13 leaves the land, and the handrail 7 is rotated left and right, so that the crawler wheel can be controlled to turn left and right, and the sowing operation of another row of land can be carried out.
