then when the photovoltaic panel 8 cannot be used normally in rainy days for a long time, the external circuit is connected by the charging wire 6, so that the electric energy in the external circuit is transmitted to the inside of the storage battery 5 from the charging wire 6, the storage battery 5 can be charged by the external circuit, the soil loosening and fertilizing device is convenient to supply power, and the sufficient electric energy in the storage battery 5 is ensured, when the circuit of the first conducting wire is disconnected, the electromagnet 19 loses magnetic force due to power failure, at the moment, the electromagnet 19 and the push rod 16 are loosened, the push rod 16 moves under the elastic force of the adjusting spring 17, the height of the push rod 16 is convenient to adjust according to the height proportion of a user, the soil loosening and fertilizing device can be suitable for people with different high proportions, the practicability of the soil loosening and fertilizing device is improved, if the height of the push rod 16 is adjusted, the circuit of the first conducting wire is switched on, so that the electromagnet 19 generates magnetic force due to electrification, and at the moment, the electromagnet 19 and the push rod 16 are mutually attracted, so that the push rod 16 is conveniently fixed;
