技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种滚动轴承,具体涉及带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承。
背景技术
现有带保持架的低摩擦力矩滚动轴承按结构主要分为球轴承和圆柱滚子轴承,其保持架引导方式主要有滚动体引导、外圈引导、内圈引导。外圈引导和内圈引导方式与滚动体引导方式相比,具有更低的摩擦力矩。
现有外圈引导和内圈引导方式的保持架,与套圈引导面做滑动运动,相对滚动运动方式,摩擦力矩更大。随着现代科技的进步,以及传动设备的发展需求,因此轴承的低摩擦力矩不断的进行改进,需要研发低摩擦力矩的滚动轴承。
发明专利内容
本发明专利的目的是根据现有技术传动设备的发展需求,需要研发低摩擦力矩的滚动轴承,进而提供带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承。
本发明专利为解决上述问题而采用的技术方案是:
它包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、保持架和多个滚动体,它还包括滚动摩擦组件;轴承外圈和轴承内圈同心位置,多个滚动体在外圈和内圈之间起到支撑作用,并使外圈和内圈保持同心,,保持架设置在轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间,将多个滚动体等距隔开,多个滚动体通过保持架与轴承外圈和轴承内圈滚动连接,保持架的外圆面与轴承外圈之间通过滚动摩擦组件滚动连接。
发明专利的有益效果是:
1、本申请与现有技术相比,通过在保持架3上保持架滚动兜槽,安装引导面滚动体,使保持架3相对套圈的运动方式由滑动变为滚动,降低轴承的摩擦力矩。
2、本申请将导面滚动体以满球形式装在保持架3上保持架滚动兜槽内,多个引导面滚动体沿圆周方向均布设置,使保持架相对套圈的运动方式由滑动变为滚动。保证滚动轴承的保持架3与轴承外圈1每个位置受力均匀。
3、本申请通过在保持架3外圆面上设置每保持架滚动槽,并安装引导面滚动体,使保持架3相对轴承外圈1的运动方式由滑动变为滚动,降低轴承的摩擦力矩。轴承启动力矩可以降低25%以上,轴承运转力矩可以降低60%以上,轴承振动加速度可以降低35%以上,轴承打滑率可以降低30%以上,轴承寿命可以提升160%以上,轴承维护成本可以减少40%以上。

具体实施方式一:结合图1、图3图10说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,它包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈2、保持架3和多个滚动体4,它还包括滚动摩擦组件5;轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2同心位置,多个滚动体4在外圈1和内圈2之间起到支撑作用,并使外圈1和内圈2保持同心,保持架3设置在轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间,将多个滚动体等距隔开,多个滚动体4通过保持架3与轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2滚动连接,保持架3的外圆面与轴承外圈1之间通过滚动摩擦组件5滚动连接。
多个滚动体4在外圈1和内圈2之间起到支撑作用,并使外圈1和内圈2保持同心,保持架3将多个滚动体等距隔开。
具体实施方式二:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,滚动摩擦组件5包括两排引导面滚动体,两排引导面滚动体设置在滚动体4两侧的保持架3两侧上其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,每排引导面滚动体包括多个引导面滚动体,多个引导面滚动体沿圆周方向均布设置。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式四:结合图7-图10说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,保持架3外圆面上设置每个引导面滚动体处加工有保持架滚动槽,轴承外圈1内侧壁上设置每个引导面滚动体处加工有外圈滚动槽,引导面滚动体设置在保持架滚动槽和外圈滚动槽内。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式五:结合图3-图6说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,滚动体4为圆柱体或圆球体。其它与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式六:结合图1、图3图10说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,轴承外圈1内侧壁上外圈滚动槽的形状与保持架3外圆面上保持架滚动槽结构形状相同,保持架3外圆面上保持架滚动槽为圆形滚道槽或直线滚道槽。其它与具体实施方式一相同。

Claims (6)

1.带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,它包括轴承外圈(1)、轴承内圈(2)、保持架(3)和多个滚动体(4),其特征在于:它还包括滚动摩擦组件(5);轴承外圈(1)套设在轴承内圈(2)上,轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)同轴设置,保持架(3)设置在轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)之间,多个滚动体(4)通过保持架(3)与轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)滚动连接,保持架(3)的外圆面与轴承外圈(1)之间通过滚动摩擦组件(5)滚动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,其特征在于:滚动摩擦组件(5)包括两排引导面滚动体,两排引导面滚动体设置在滚动体(4)两侧的保持架(3)两侧上。
3.根据权利要求2所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,其特征在于:每排引导面滚动体包括多个引导面滚动体,多个引导面滚动体沿圆周方向均布设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,其特征在于:保持架(3)外圆面上设置每个引导面滚动体处加工有保持架滚动槽,轴承外圈(1)内侧壁上设置每个引导面滚动体处加工有外圈滚动槽,引导面滚动体设置在保持架滚动槽和外圈滚动槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,其特征在于:滚动体(4)为圆柱体或圆球体。
6.根据权利要求1所述带有滚动摩擦组件的滚动轴承,其特征在于:轴承外圈(1)内侧壁上外圈滚动槽的形状与保持架(3)外圆面上保持架滚动槽结构形状相同,保持架(3)外圆面上保持架滚动槽为圆形滚道槽或直线滚道槽。
