背景技术
近年来,人们对家庭休闲与健康的意识逐渐提升,故消费者对于机能性织物的需求亦随之增加。其中一种广受消费者喜爱的机能性织物是拨水织物,其不但能抵御轻微雨水,又能够兼具透气的效果,从而使得身体能保持干爽,因此如何对于织物进行拨水处理是近年来后整理加工技术最重要的发展之一。然而,传统的拨水涂布处理(例如网版法、辊筒法、压吸法及泡沫法),由于其制程限制,存在药剂利用率较低、无法稳定加工、拨水涂层厚度过高、打样时间冗长、拨水涂层不易均匀分布、及织物品质不稳定等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的种种缺陷,提供一种拨水涂布处理得到改善的可喷涂拨水型墨水。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种经所述墨水喷涂的拨水织物。
本揭示内容的可喷涂拨水型墨水,用于织物的数码印花制程,且包括25重量份至35重量份的拨水剂、15重量份至25重量份的保湿剂、0.5重量份至2重量份的界面活性剂,以及35重量份至60重量份的溶剂,其中拨水剂的pH值介于1.5至6,在20℃至25℃时,比重介于0.8至1.5。

在一些实施方式中,拨水剂可包括氟素树脂型拨水剂、非氟素树脂型拨水剂、或其组合。举例来说,拨水剂包括氟基拨水剂、聚氨酯拨水剂、硅基拨水剂、蜡质类拨水剂或其组合。在一些实施方式中,拨水剂例如是水性氟碳聚合拨水剂,且含量为29重量份至30重量份。在另一些实施方式中,拨水剂例如是烷基聚氨酯拨水剂,且含量为25重量份至30重量份。
在一些实施方式中,可喷涂拨水型墨水的表面张力介于25mN/m至35mN/m。表面张力例如是26、27、28、29、30、31、32、33或34mN/m。在一些实施方式中,可喷涂拨水型墨水的粘度介于1cP至5cP(利用Brookfield DV2T粘度计量测)。粘度例如是2、3或4cP。当可喷涂拨水型墨水的表面张力或粘度在前述范围时,可喷涂拨水型墨水具有良好喷墨性,可顺畅地被喷墨设备喷出,且不易使喷口发生阻塞。
在一些实施方式中,可喷涂拨水型墨水的拨水剂、保湿剂及界面活性剂的粒径(D90)各自可介于0.001μm至1μm。粒径例如是0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8或0.9μm。当前述成分的粒径在前述范围时,可喷涂拨水型墨水具有良好喷墨性,可顺畅地被喷墨设备喷出,且不易使喷口发生阻塞。
在一些实施方式中,保湿剂包括甘油及三甘醇,且甘油的重量及三甘醇的重量的比值为1.8~2.2。比值例如是1.9、2.0或2.1。当甘油的重量及三甘醇的重量的比值在前述范围时,可喷涂拨水型墨水具有较佳的安定性,不易老化熟成。举例来说,本揭示内容的可喷涂拨水型墨水可常温保存达4个月。
在一些实施方式中,界面活性剂包括2,4,7,9-四甲基-5-癸炔-4,7-二醇乙氧基化合物、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷或其组合。可喷涂拨水型墨水的表面张力可藉由界面活性剂来调整。
在一些实施方式中,可喷涂拨水型墨水更包括增稠剂、pH值调整剂、抑菌剂或其组合。
本揭示内容的拨水织物,其包括聚酯基布及拨水层。聚酯基布具有相对的第一表面及第二表面。拨水层配置在第一表面上。拨水层是将前述任一实施方式的可喷涂拨水型墨水藉由数码印花制程喷涂在第一表面上。在一些实施方式中,藉由AATCC 22量测所述第一表面,可得第一表面的拨水度大于或等于85。举例来说,可喷涂拨水型墨水可藉由按需滴液(drop on demand)喷墨机喷涂在聚酯基布上,按需滴液喷墨机的类型例如是压电式、热气泡式、阀门式或静电式。
在一些实施方式中,可喷涂拨水型墨水的喷涂量介于0.5gsm至3.5gsm,但不限于此。喷涂量例如是1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5或3.0gsm。藉由调整喷涂量,可调整拨水织物的拨水度。
在一些实施方式中,拨水层完全覆盖聚酯基布,以使得聚酯基布的第一表面具有全面疏水的效果。在一些实施方式中,以10个像素的标准喷涂墨水于聚酯基布的第一表面上,使拨水层点状分布在聚酯基布的第一表面上,未被拨水层覆盖的第一表面则可经亲水加工处理而具有亲水性。因此,藉由数码印花制程可轻易调整拨水织物的疏水性质,从而使拨水织物具有广泛应用性。在一些实施方式中,聚酯基布的第二表面不喷涂任何可喷涂拨水型墨水,以使得拨水织物的两面可具有不同的拨水度。相较于传统的拨水涂布处理,数码印花制程可轻易形成两面具不同疏水性的拨水织物,故可解决传统上表里异机能织物品质不稳定的问题。
在一些实施方式中,拨水织物可以应用来制成例如衣服、外套、或裤子等服饰。举例来说,可将拨水织物制成能提供适度防水且具有透气功能的纺织品,以使其具有良好的水分传导性能,且纺织品例如是风衣或夹克等产品。
下文将参照实验例1至实验例3,更具体地描述本发明的特征。虽然描述了以下实施例,但是在不逾越本发明范畴的情况下,可适当地改变所用材料、其量及比率、处理细节以及处理流程等等。因此,不应由下文所述的实施例对本发明作出限制性地解释。
在以下实验例中,选用拨水剂1、拨水剂2及拨水剂3调配可喷涂拨水型墨水。
拨水剂1:烷基聚氨酯拨水剂,pH值介于3至6,在20℃时,比重是1.0。
拨水剂2:水性氟碳聚合拨水剂,pH值介于2至5,在25℃时,比重是1.1。
拨水剂3:水性氟碳聚合拨水剂,pH值是2.5,在20℃时,比重介于1.07至1.17。
实验例1:调配可喷涂拨水型墨水并进行评估
调配实施例1、2及3的可喷涂拨水型墨水,成分如以下表一所列,其中界面活性剂465及界面活性剂348购自美国空气产品(Air Products)公司。利用Epson L310印表机喷涂墨水进行测试,实施例1、2及3的可喷涂拨水型墨水的墨水参数落于如以下表二所列范围。

由表二可知,实施例1、2及3的可喷涂拨水型墨水的各项墨水参数,表面张力、pH值、粘度以及墨水所含成分(拨水剂、保湿剂及界面活性剂)的粒径(D90),皆落于适合喷涂的区间。
实验例2:加速老化实验
对实施例1、2及3的可喷涂拨水型墨水进行加速老化实验,在50℃下保存可喷涂拨水型墨水7天,测量实验前后表面张力、粘度及墨水所含成分(拨水剂、保湿剂及界面活性剂)的粒径(D90)的变化,测量结果请参以下表三。

由以上表三可知,实施例1、2及3的可喷涂拨水型墨水经加速老化实验后,表面张力、粘度及墨水所含成分的粒径(D90)的变化不大,墨水仍适于喷涂。由此可知,本实验例的墨水具有良好安定性,不易老化熟成。
实验例3:拨水织物评估
利用Epson L310印表机,将实施例1及3的可喷涂拨水型墨水喷涂于聚酯基布(基重:43.8gsm,纤维规格:20d/24f,经纱密度:226根/英寸,纬纱密度180根/英寸,聚酯基布是高密度织物)的表面上,以制成拨水织物1至拨水织物4,再测试其疏水效果拨水织物1至拨水织物4的喷涂方式及评估方式请参以下表四,其中拨水度的测试方法是AATCC 22。

由表四可知,可透过喷涂方式及次数来调整拨水织物的疏水效果。并且,本实验例的可喷涂拨水型墨水可使拨水织物具良好拨水度。值得注意的是,在拨水织物2中,拨水层会点状分布在聚酯基布的涂布面上,因此,有部分的涂布面未被拨水层覆盖而相对具有亲水效果,且非涂布面亦相对具有亲水效果,因此,拨水织物2可应用于制作需具排汗效果的服饰,使涂布面靠近皮肤,则汗水可透过未被拨水层覆盖的部分所造成的芯吸现象而被传导到非涂布面排出,从而使得皮肤维持干爽。
尽管已经参考某些实施方式相当详细地描述了本发明,但是亦可能有其他实施方式。因此,所附申请专利范围的精神和范围不应限于此处包含的实施方式的描述。
虽然本发明已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定者为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种可喷涂拨水型墨水,其特征在于,用于织物的数码印花制程,包括:
25重量份至35重量份的拨水剂;
15重量份至25重量份的保湿剂;
0.5重量份至2重量份的界面活性剂;以及
35重量份至60重量份的溶剂,
其中所述拨水剂的pH值介于1.5至6,在20℃至25℃时,比重介于0.8至1.5。
2.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,其中所述拨水剂包括氟基拨水剂、聚氨酯拨水剂、硅基拨水剂、蜡质类拨水剂或其组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,其中所述拨水剂是水性氟碳聚合拨水剂,且含量为29重量份至30重量份。
4.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,其中所述拨水剂是烷基聚氨酯拨水剂,且含量为25重量份至30重量份。
5.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,其中所述可喷涂拨水型墨水的表面张力介于25mN/m至35mN/m。
6.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,其中所述可喷涂拨水型墨水的粘度介于1cP至5cP。
7.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,其中所述可喷涂拨水型墨水的所述拨水剂、所述保湿剂及所述界面活性剂的粒径D90各自介于0.001μm至1μm。
8.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,其中所述保湿剂包括甘油及三甘醇,且所述甘油的重量及所述三甘醇的重量的比值为1.8~2.2。
9.如权利要求1所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水,更包括增稠剂、pH值调整剂、抑菌剂或其组合。
10.一种拨水织物,其特征在于,包括:
聚酯基布,具有相对的第一表面及第二表面;以及
拨水层,配置在所述第一表面上,所述拨水层是将如权利要求1至9任一项所述的可喷涂拨水型墨水藉由所述数码印花制程喷涂在所述第一表面上,其中所述第一表面的拨水度大于或等于85。
