步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉180-250份、丁腈橡胶80-120份、聚丙烯40-60份、丙烯酸酯橡胶30-40份、氯磺化聚乙烯10-14份、三甲硅基甲基膦酸二甲酯2-4份、顺丁烯二酸酐2-3份、氧化铝4-8份、三盐基硫酸铅1-4份、苯基三乙氧基硅烷4-5份、磷酸氢二钠3-6份、柠檬酸钠5-7份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺4-8份、紫外吸收剂2-4份、磷酸三氯乙酯4-10份、硫醇甲基锡5-7份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2-4份、硬脂酸钙2-4份、氮化钛5-9份、氧化镁5-10份、甘油20-30份;按比例加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将酚醛树脂80-100份、粉料120-140份、发泡剂6-12份、乳化剂8-16份和二甲苯磺酸10-16份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;倒入模具中加压成型,加压成型后送入烘箱中进行硫化发泡,烘箱温度为8段递增温度:120℃、125℃、130℃、135℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、178℃,硫化发泡后冷却至室温得到耐老化耐腐橡塑制品。
所述紫外吸收剂为UV-531。
所述混料机中的搅拌速度为250-340转/min,搅拌时间10-20min。
所述的双螺杆挤出机为四段加热,参数设置为:主机转速80-100r/min,喂料速度:20-25r/min,螺杆加热四段参考温度分别为:190℃、200℃、210℃和200℃,挤出压力20-24Mpa。
所述按比例加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于110℃混合13min。
有益效果:本发明方法采用回收废旧PVC塑料进行破碎后改性作为生产原料,不仅实现了废旧塑料的无害化和资源化利用,缓解塑料资源紧缺,环保、无污染、无公害、可循环利用,造福社会。同时制备的橡塑制品,耐老化性良好和耐酸、碱、盐等各种腐蚀性介质的侵蚀的优点,使用寿命长,且制备工艺简单、生产过程安全环保,适合大规模的工业化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、对PVC废料进行清洗,去除表面的杂质,然后对PVC废料进行晾晒和风干,接着将PVC废料送入破碎机破碎,然后经过分选机筛选收集的粒径为120-150目粉体,然后放入离心机分离水分,再经过热空气干燥,使含水量下降到1%以下,得到PVC废料粉;
步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉180份、丁腈橡胶80份、聚丙烯40份、丙烯酸酯橡胶30份、氯磺化聚乙烯10份、三甲硅基甲基膦酸二甲酯2份、顺丁烯二酸酐2份、氧化铝4份、三盐基硫酸铅1份、苯基三乙氧基硅烷4份、磷酸氢二钠3份、柠檬酸钠5份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺4份、紫外吸收剂UV-531 2份、磷酸三氯乙酯4份、硫醇甲基锡5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份、硬脂酸钙2份、氮化钛5份、氧化镁5份、甘油20份;按比例加入到混料机中,所述混料机中的搅拌速度为250-340转/min,搅拌时间10-20min,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,所述的双螺杆挤出机为四段加热,参数设置为:主机转速80-100r/min,喂料速度:20-25r/min,螺杆加热四段参考温度分别为:190℃、200℃、210℃和200℃,挤出压力20-24Mpa,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将酚醛树脂80份、粉料120份、发泡剂6份、乳化剂8份和二甲苯磺酸10份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;倒入模具中加压成型,加压成型后送入烘箱中进行硫化发泡,烘箱温度为8段递增温度:120℃、125℃、130℃、135℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、178℃,硫化发泡后冷却至室温得到耐老化耐腐橡塑制品。
实施例2
一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:

步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉200份、丁腈橡胶100份、聚丙烯50份、丙烯酸酯橡胶35份、氯磺化聚乙烯12份、三甲硅基甲基膦酸二甲酯3份、顺丁烯二酸酐2.5份、氧化铝6份、三盐基硫酸铅3份、苯基三乙氧基硅烷4.5份、磷酸氢二钠4份、柠檬酸钠6份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺6份、紫外吸收剂UV-531 3份、磷酸三氯乙酯7份、硫醇甲基锡6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚3份、硬脂酸钙3份、氮化钛7份、氧化镁7份、甘油25份;按比例加入到混料机中,所述混料机中的搅拌速度为250-340转/min,搅拌时间10-20min,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,所述的双螺杆挤出机为四段加热,参数设置为:主机转速80-100r/min,喂料速度:20-25r/min,螺杆加热四段参考温度分别为:190℃、200℃、210℃和200℃,挤出压力20-24Mpa,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将酚醛树脂90份、粉料130份、发泡剂9份、乳化剂12份和二甲苯磺酸13份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;倒入模具中加压成型,加压成型后送入烘箱中进行硫化发泡,烘箱温度为8段递增温度:120℃、125℃、130℃、135℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、178℃,硫化发泡后冷却至室温得到耐老化耐腐橡塑制品。
实施例3
一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:

步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉250份、丁腈橡胶120份、聚丙烯60份、丙烯酸酯橡胶40份、氯磺化聚乙烯14份、三甲硅基甲基膦酸二甲酯4份、顺丁烯二酸酐3份、氧化铝8份、三盐基硫酸铅4份、苯基三乙氧基硅烷5份、磷酸氢二钠6份、柠檬酸钠7份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺8份、紫外吸收剂UV-531 4份、磷酸三氯乙酯10份、硫醇甲基锡7份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚4份、硬脂酸钙4份、氮化钛9份、氧化镁10份、甘油30份;按比例加入到混料机中,所述混料机中的搅拌速度为250-340转/min,搅拌时间10-20min,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,所述的双螺杆挤出机为四段加热,参数设置为:主机转速80-100r/min,喂料速度:20-25r/min,螺杆加热四段参考温度分别为:190℃、200℃、210℃和200℃,挤出压力20-24Mpa,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将酚醛树脂100份、粉料140份、发泡剂12份、乳化剂16份和二甲苯磺酸16份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;倒入模具中加压成型,加压成型后送入烘箱中进行硫化发泡,烘箱温度为8段递增温度:120℃、125℃、130℃、135℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、178℃,硫化发泡后冷却至室温得到耐老化耐腐橡塑制品。

1.一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、对PVC废料进行清洗,去除表面的杂质,然后对PVC废料进行晾晒和风干,接着将PVC废料送入破碎机破碎,然后经过分选机筛选收集的粒径为120-150目粉体,然后放入离心机分离水分,再经过热空气干燥,使含水量下降到1%以下,得到PVC废料粉;
步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉180-250份、丁腈橡胶80-120份、聚丙烯40-60份、丙烯酸酯橡胶30-40份、氯磺化聚乙烯10-14份、三甲硅基甲基膦酸二甲酯2-4份、顺丁烯二酸酐2-3份、氧化铝4-8份、三盐基硫酸铅1-4份、苯基三乙氧基硅烷4-5份、磷酸氢二钠3-6份、柠檬酸钠5-7份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺4-8份、紫外吸收剂2-4份、磷酸三氯乙酯4-10份、硫醇甲基锡5-7份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2-4份、硬脂酸钙2-4份、氮化钛5-9份、氧化镁5-10份、甘油20-30份;按比例加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将酚醛树脂80-100份、粉料120-140份、发泡剂6-12份、乳化剂8-16份和二甲苯磺酸10-16份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;倒入模具中加压成型,加压成型后送入烘箱中进行硫化发泡,烘箱温度为8段递增温度:120℃、125℃、130℃、135℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、178℃,硫化发泡后冷却至室温得到耐老化耐腐橡塑制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外吸收剂为UV-531。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混料机中的搅拌速度为250-340转/min,搅拌时间10-20min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的双螺杆挤出机为四段加热,参数设置为:主机转速80-100r/min,喂料速度:20-25r/min,螺杆加热四段参考温度分别为:190℃、200℃、210℃和200℃,挤出压力20-24Mpa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述按比例加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于110℃混合13min。
