目前橡塑制品一般使用丁腈橡胶和聚氯乙烯树脂为主体材料,添加其他辅助材料高温共混,然后加入硫化剂和发泡剂经过硫化发泡,最终实现橡塑制品的制备。橡塑材料具有柔软,耐曲绕,耐寒,耐热,阻燃,防水,导热系数低,减震,吸音等优良性能,可广泛应用于中央空调、建筑,化工,车辆,电器等行业。聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC,是氯乙烯单体在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。PVC曾是世界上产量最大的通用塑料,应用非常广泛。在建筑材料、工业制品、日用品、包装膜、瓶、发泡材料、密封材料、纤维等方面均有广泛应用。PVC材料的应用广泛导致其废旧物非常低,PVC材料难以降解,通过自然降解处理的方式非常困难,现有技术中少见对其有效的利用。废旧PVC塑料是环境污染的一大公害,但如果变废为宝,既能改变环境污染问题又促进了塑料工业的健康发展,所以本发明中通过对包装箱的配方设计和工艺的结合,提供了一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,将废旧PVC塑料经再生处理后制得原料,经其加工制成的橡塑制品具有优良的机械性能,满足橡塑制品的使用需求。

步骤1、对PVC废料进行清洗,去除表面的杂质,然后对PVC废料进行晾晒和风干,接着将PVC废料送入破碎机破碎,然后经过分选机筛选收集的粒径为120-150目粉体,然后放入离心机分离水分,再经过热空气干燥,使含水量下降到1%以下,得到PVC废料粉;
步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉180-250份、丁腈橡胶80-120份、聚丙烯40-60份、丙烯酸酯橡胶30-40份、氯磺化聚乙烯10-14份、三甲硅基甲基膦酸二甲酯2-4份、顺丁烯二酸酐2-3份、氧化铝4-8份、三盐基硫酸铅1-4份、苯基三乙氧基硅烷4-5份、磷酸氢二钠3-6份、柠檬酸钠5-7份、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺4-8份、紫外吸收剂2-4份、磷酸三氯乙酯4-10份、硫醇甲基锡5-7份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2-4份、硬脂酸钙2-4份、氮化钛5-9份、氧化镁5-10份、甘油20-30份;按比例加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将酚醛树脂80-100份、粉料120-140份、发泡剂6-12份、乳化剂8-16份和二甲苯磺酸10-16份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;倒入模具中加压成型,加压成型后送入烘箱中进行硫化发泡,烘箱温度为8段递增温度:120℃、125℃、130℃、135℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、178℃,硫化发泡后冷却至室温得到耐老化耐腐橡塑制品。
所述紫外吸收剂为UV-531。
所述混料机中的搅拌速度为250-340转/min,搅拌时间10-20min。
所述的双螺杆挤出机为四段加热,参数设置为:主机转速80-100r/min,喂料速度:20-25r/min,螺杆加热四段参考温度分别为:190℃、200℃、210℃和200℃,挤出压力20-24Mpa。

步骤3、将重量份计,将酚醛树脂80-100份、粉料120-140份、发泡剂6-12份、乳化剂8-16份和二甲苯磺酸10-16份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;倒入模具中加压成型,加压成型后送入烘箱中进行硫化发泡,烘箱温度为8段递增温度:120℃、125℃、130℃、135℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、178℃,硫化发泡后冷却至室温得到耐老化耐腐橡塑制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外吸收剂为UV-531。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混料机中的搅拌速度为250-340转/min,搅拌时间10-20min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的双螺杆挤出机为四段加热,参数设置为:主机转速80-100r/min,喂料速度:20-25r/min,螺杆加热四段参考温度分别为:190℃、200℃、210℃和200℃,挤出压力20-24Mpa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化耐腐橡塑制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述按比例加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于110℃混合13min。
