本发明公开了一种强韧耐磨橡塑制品的制备方法,该方法按比例将各原料加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中混合反应,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成粉料;然后将聚氨酯、粉料、发泡剂、乳化剂混合,投入搅拌机中搅匀后进行加热发泡、固化3‑12h得到强韧耐磨橡塑制品。本发明方法采用回收废旧PVC塑料进行破碎后改性作为生产原料,不仅实现了废旧塑料的无害化和资源化利用,缓解塑料资源紧缺,环保、无污染、无公害、可循环利用,造福社会。同时制备的橡塑制品,阻燃性、耐冲击、耐磨性良好。

本发明涉及一种强韧耐磨橡塑制品的制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶行业是我国化学工业的重要组成部分,橡胶行业的基本原材料就是天然橡胶和合成橡胶,为了制造出符合实际使用性能要求的橡胶制品,改善加工工艺性能,必须加入各种化学加工助剂。目前一般生产橡塑制品使用丁腈橡胶和聚氯乙烯树脂为主体材料,添加其他辅助材料高温共混,然后加入硫化剂和发泡剂经过硫化发泡,最终实现橡塑制品的制备。橡塑材料具有柔软,耐曲绕,耐寒,耐热,阻燃,防水,导热系数低,减震,吸音等优良性能,可广泛应用于中央空调、建筑,化工,车辆,电器等行业。聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC,是氯乙烯单体在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。PVC曾是世界上产量最大的通用塑料,应用非常广泛。在建筑材料、工业制品、日用品、包装膜、瓶、发泡材料、密封材料、纤维等方面均有广泛应用。PVC材料的应用广泛导致其废旧物非常低,PVC材料难以降解,通过自然降解处理的方式非常困难,现有技术中少见对其有效的利用。废旧PVC塑料是环境污染的一大公害,但如果变废为宝,既能改变环境污染问题又促进了塑料工业的健康发展,所以本发明中通过对包装箱的配方设计和工艺的结合,提供了一种强韧耐磨橡塑制品的制备方法,将废旧PVC塑料经再生处理后制得原料,经其加工制成的橡塑制品具有优良的机械性能,满足橡塑制品的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种强韧耐磨橡塑制品的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种强韧耐磨橡塑制品的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、对PVC废料进行清洗,去除表面的杂质,然后对PVC废料进行晾晒和风干,接着将PVC废料送入破碎机破碎,然后经过分选机筛选收集粉体,然后放入离心机分离水分,再经过热空气干燥,使含水量下降到1%以下,得到PVC废料粉;
步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉200-300份、聚氯乙烯100-150份、聚己内酯20-30份、丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯2-8份、杨梅蜡2-3份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物4-7份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酐6-9份、三盐基硫酸铅1-4份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠4-5份、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯3-8份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶20-25份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2-4份、聚丙烯酸12-14份、碳酸氢铵5-10份、过氧化二异丙苯10-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐2-6份、过氧化新庚酸叔丁酯4-6份和过硫酸钾1-4份;按比例加入到混料机中,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将丁腈橡胶70-80份、粉料60-70份、发泡剂5-10份和乳化剂5-10份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;然后进行加热发泡、固化3-12h得到强韧耐磨橡塑制品。
所述步骤3中,将重量份计,将丁腈橡胶75份、粉料65份、发泡剂8份和乳化剂8份混合投入搅拌机搅拌20-30min。
所述在双螺杆挤出机温度190-210℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为60转/min条件下熔融挤出。
所述混料机中搅拌温度为30-40℃,搅拌转速120-150转/min。
所述加热发泡温度为110-130℃、压力为0.01-0.5MPa,时间为10-600s。
有益效果:本发明方法采用回收废旧PVC塑料进行破碎后改性作为生产原料,不仅实现了废旧塑料的无害化和资源化利用,缓解塑料资源紧缺,环保、无污染、无公害、可循环利用,造福社会。同时制备的橡塑制品,阻燃性、耐冲击、耐磨性良好。

步骤2、按重量份计,称取如下原料:PVC废料粉200份、聚氯乙烯100份、聚己内酯20份、丙烯酸甲酯10份、三烯丙基异氰酸酯2份、杨梅蜡2份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物4份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酐6份、三盐基硫酸铅1份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠4份、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯3份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2份、聚丙烯酸12份、碳酸氢铵5份、过氧化二异丙苯10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐2份、过氧化新庚酸叔丁酯4份和过硫酸钾1份;按比例加入到混料机中,所述混料机中搅拌温度为30-40℃,搅拌转速120-150转/min,搅拌均匀得到混合料;将混合料加入反应釜中于100-120℃混合10-15min,然后用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机温度190-210℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为60转/min条件下熔融挤出改性粒料,然后改性粒料研磨成200-300目的粉料;
步骤3、将重量份计,将丁腈橡胶70份、粉料60份、发泡剂5份和乳化剂5份混合,投入搅拌机中搅拌20-30min;然后进行加热发泡、固化3-12h得到强韧耐磨橡塑制品,所述加热发泡温度为110-130℃、压力为0.01-0.5MPa,时间为10-600s。
