本发明的一种新能源汽车热管理系统零部件分层集成结构,包括部件集成支架,包括底板和侧板,所述底板上集成设置有储液干燥器、水冷冷凝器总成、Chiller换热器总成和电动压缩机总成并通过若干管路总成连接;所述侧板外侧集成设置有水暖PTC加热器总成;若干阀体集成支架,设置于部件集成支架的正下方,包括上管路凹槽和下管路凹槽配合形成的管槽;部件集成支架和阀体集成支架之间、相邻阀体集成支架之间均设置有定位连接机构。本发明针对目前新能源汽车热管理系统零部件多而繁杂、难管理、效率低、能耗高的问题。将热管理系统零件尽量多的集成在一起。简化热管理系统零部件,提升热管理系统换热效率,降低热管理系统能耗。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源汽车热管理系统领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车热管理系统零部件分层集成结构。
背景技术
新能源汽车热管理系统日趋复杂,热管理系统的零部件越来越多,整车布置和零部件管理越来越繁琐。热管理系统零部件间的连接越来越多,连接接头失效泄漏的风险增加。因此,新能源汽车热管理系统零件集成设计日趋重要。目前行业内两个或三个功能零部件的集成设计比较多见,但是依然未解决热管理系统复杂繁多不便管理的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术的不足提供了一种新能源汽车热管理系统零部件分层集成结构,本发明针对目前新能源汽车热管理系统零部件多而繁杂、难管理、效率低、能耗高的问题。将热管理系统零件尽量多的集成在一起。简化热管理系统零部件,提升热管理系统换热效率,降低热管理系统能耗。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种新能源汽车热管理系统零部件分层集成结构,包括
部件集成支架,包括底板和侧板,所述底板上集成设置有储液干燥器、水冷冷凝器总成、Chiller换热器总成和电动压缩机总成并通过若干管路总成连接;所述侧板外侧集成设置有水暖PTC加热器总成;
若干阀体集成支架,设置于部件集成支架的正下方,包括上下配合连接的上壳和下壳,所述上壳和下壳的同一位置开设有若干用于安装阀体或者电子水泵的容纳槽,所述上壳从底部向上冲压成型设有上管路凹槽,下壳从上向下冲压成型设有下管路凹槽,所述上管路凹槽和下管路凹槽配合形成管槽,用于安装连接阀体或者电子水泵的管路;
所述部件集成支架和阀体集成支架之间、相邻阀体集成支架之间均设置有定位连接机构。
进一步的,所述阀体集成支架设置有两层。
进一步的,所述定位连接机构为固定连接柱。
进一步的,所述定位连接结构包括定位圆台和与定位圆台插接的定位连接套。
本发明采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:
1.热管理系统零部件集成度高,管路长度减短,压降降低10%,节能降耗10%;
2.热管理系统零部件集成度高,零件数量减少,整车流水线装配的零件数量减少,产率提高5%;
3.热管理系统零部件集成后,零件连接接头数量减少,减少了快速接头和弹簧卡箍,降低整车成本;
4.热管理系统零部件集成度高,管路长度减短,换热循环时间减少,提升电池、电机、电控等零部件的冷却速度5%。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细说明:
一种新能源汽车热管理系统零部件分层集成结构,如图1、2、3和4所示,包括
部件集成支架,包括底板和侧板,所述底板上集成设置有储液干燥器3、水冷冷凝器总成10、Chiller换热器总成11和电动压缩机总成12并通过若干管路总成连接;所述侧板外侧集成设置有水暖PTC加热器总成1。
若干阀体集成支架,设置于部件集成支架的正下方,包括上下配合连接的上壳和下壳,所述上壳和下壳的同一位置开设有若干用于安装阀体或者电子水泵的容纳槽,所述上壳从底部向上冲压成型设有上管路凹槽,下壳从上向下冲压成型设有下管路凹槽,所述上管路凹槽和下管路凹槽配合形成管槽,用于安装连接阀体或者电子水泵的管路。
所述部件集成支架和阀体集成支架之间、相邻阀体集成支架之间均设置有定位连接机构。
本实施例中,所述阀体集成支架设置有两层。在部件集成支架和阀体集成支架之间的定位连接机构为固定连接柱。在相邻的阀体集成支架之间的定位连接结构包括定位圆台和与定位圆台插接的定位连接套。
具体实施说明:
1.本发明将热泵系统的压缩机、水冷冷凝器、储液干燥器、Chiller换热器、水暖PTC加热器、水泵、电子三通换向阀、电子四通换向阀、冷却液管路和冷媒管路分层集成为热能收集与分配总成,极大的简化了热泵系统。
2.热能收集与分配总成共分为三层:第一层包括电动压缩机总成、Chiller换热器总成、水冷冷凝器总成、水暖PTC加热器总成、储液干燥器总成、压缩机进气管路总成、压缩机排气管路总成、水冷冷凝器至储液干燥器管路总成、储液干燥器至Chiller管路总成、安装支架总成。第二层包括7个电子三通换向阀、3个电子四通换向阀、1个电子水泵。第三层包括1个电子三通换向阀和4个电子水泵。
3.第二层上壳、第二层下壳、7个电子三通换向阀和3个电子四通换向阀焊接在一起,1个水泵安装在焊接后的第二层上壳上。第二层上壳和第二层下壳上半圆形截面凹槽在焊接后形成连接7个电子三通换向阀和3个电子四通换向阀的管路。
4.第三层上壳、第三层下壳、1个电子三通换向阀焊接在一起,5个电子水泵安装在焊接后的第三层上壳上。第三层上壳和第三层下壳上半圆形截面凹槽在焊接后形成连接1个电子三通换向阀和5个水泵的管路。
本发明的安装步骤如下:
步骤1:采用4个六角法兰面螺栓一4将水暖PTC总成1安装在第一层支架2上。采用2个六角法兰面螺栓一4将储液干燥器3安装在第一层支架2上。采用5个六角法兰面螺栓一4将水冷冷凝器总成10安装在第一层支架2上。采用4个六角法兰面螺栓一4将Chiller换热器总成11安装在第一层支架2上。采用3个六角法兰面螺栓-313将电动压缩机总成12安装到水冷冷凝器总成10上。采用2个六角法兰面螺栓二将水冷冷凝器至储液干燥器管路总成6两端分别连接到储液干燥器3和水冷冷凝器总成10上。采用2个六角法兰面螺栓二将储液干燥器至Chiller管路总成7两端分别安装在储液干燥器3和Chiller换热器总成11上。采用2个六角法兰面螺栓二将压缩机进气管路总成两端分别安装在Chiller换热器总成11和电动压缩机总成12上。采用2个六角法兰面螺栓二将压缩机排气管路总成9分别安装在水冷冷凝器总成10和电动压缩机总成12上,形成第一层制冷循环回路及相关零部件的集成安装。
步骤2:将3个电子四通换向阀14和7个电子三通换向阀15放在第二层下壳17的对应安装位置上,将第二层上壳16盖在第二层下壳17上,并压住3个电子四通换向阀14和7个电子三通换向阀15,通过焊接将电子四通换向阀14、电子三通换向阀15、第二层上壳16和第二层下壳17连接在一起,第二层上壳16和第二层下壳17上半圆形截面凹槽在焊接后形成连接3个电子四通换向阀14和7个电子三通换向阀15管路。采用6个螺钉19将1个电子水泵18安装到第二层上壳16上,由此形成第二层冷却液回路及相关零部件的集成安装。
步骤3:将1个电子三通换向阀15放在第三层下壳21上的对应位置上,将第三层上壳20盖在第三层下壳21上,并压住1个电子三通换向阀15;通过焊接将电子三通换向阀15、第三层上壳20和第三层下壳21连接在一起。采用30个螺钉19将5个电子水泵18安装在第三层上壳20上。第三层上壳20和第三层下壳21上半圆形截面凹槽在焊接后形成连接1个电子三通换向阀15和5个电子水泵18管路,由此形成第三层冷却液回路及相关零部件的集成安装。
步骤4:采用10个六角法兰面螺栓四22将第一层制冷循环回路和第二层冷却液回路连接在一起,采用4个六角法兰面螺栓四22第二层冷却液回路和第三层冷却液回路连接在一起,形成热能收集与分配总成。

若干阀体集成支架,设置于部件集成支架的正下方,包括上下配合连接的上壳和下壳,所述上壳和下壳的同一位置开设有若干用于安装阀体或者电子水泵的容纳槽,所述上壳从底部向上冲压成型设有上管路凹槽,下壳从上向下冲压成型设有下管路凹槽,所述上管路凹槽和下管路凹槽配合形成管槽,用于安装连接阀体或者电子水泵的管路;
所述部件集成支架和阀体集成支架之间、相邻阀体集成支架之间均设置有定位连接机构。
