Abstract
本发明适用于饲料技术领域,提供了一种猪饲料的制备方法和甜象草在猪饲料中的应用,该猪饲料由青贮甜象草和全价料混合制成,青贮甜象草由甜象草、玉米粉、油糠和发酵粉混合发酵制成。本发明采用甜象草、玉米粉、油糠和发酵粉混合制得青贮甜象草,其纤维素、维生素和蛋白质含量高,添加到全价料中对于猪具有防病止泻、增食欲、足生长、降料耗和除臭的作用,青贮甜象草保存时不易变质,且价格低,容易获得,从而降低养猪成本,进而提高养猪的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种猪饲料的制备方法和甜象草在猪饲料中的应用。
背景技术
饲料,是所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称,主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物,饲料包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、饲料添加剂等十余个品种的饲料原料。
猪饲料中通常需要添加富含纤维素和维生素的麦麸,纤维素可以帮助猪消化,促进食欲,从而加快猪生长,维生素可以帮助猪提高抵抗疾病的能力,但是麦麸在保存过程中容易发霉变质,猪食用后反而容易生病,影响生长,人食用病猪也会导致一系列健康问题,因此需要提出一种可以替代麦麸的、添加在猪饲料中的组分。
发明内容
本发明提供一种猪饲料的制备方法和甜象草在猪饲料中的应用,旨在解决上述技术问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种猪饲料的制备方法,按重量百分比计,所述猪饲料由青贮甜象草1%~5%和全价料95%~99%组成;
所述青贮甜象草由以下原料混合青贮制成:
所述方法包括以下步骤:
将所述甜象草、玉米粉、油糠和发酵粉按照配比称取后捣碎混合,得到颗粒混合物;
将所述颗粒混合物放入一封闭容器中密封发酵3天~5天,保持发酵温度为40℃~50℃,发酵后得到所述青贮甜象草;
将所述青贮甜象草与全价料按照配比称取后混合,得到所述猪饲料。
进一步地,按重量百分比计,所述猪饲料由青贮甜象草2%~4%和全价料96%~98%组成;
所述青贮甜象草由以下原料混合青贮制成:

本发明实施例提供一种猪饲料的制备方法,该猪饲料由青贮甜象草和全价料组成;青贮甜象草由以下原料混合青贮制成:甜象草87.2千克、玉米粉1.7千克、油糠10.9千克、发酵粉0.2千克。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将甜象草、玉米粉、油糠和发酵粉按照配比称取后捣碎混合,得到颗粒混合物。
将颗粒混合物放入一封闭容器中密封发酵4天,保持发酵温度为45℃,发酵后得到青贮甜象草。
称取1千克青贮甜象草与49千克全价料混合,得到50千克猪饲料。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供一种猪饲料的制备方法,该猪饲料由青贮甜象草和全价料组成;青贮甜象草由以下原料混合青贮制成:甜象草86千克、玉米粉2千克、油糠11.8千克、发酵粉0.2千克。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将甜象草、玉米粉、油糠和发酵粉按照配比称取后捣碎混合,得到颗粒混合物。
将颗粒混合物放入一封闭容器中密封发酵3天,保持发酵温度为50℃,发酵后得到青贮甜象草。
称取0.5千克青贮甜象草与49.5千克全价料混合,得到50千克猪饲料。

本发明实施例提供一种猪饲料的制备方法,该猪饲料由青贮甜象草和全价料组成;青贮甜象草由以下原料混合青贮制成:甜象草90千克、玉米粉1千克、油糠8.5千克、发酵粉0.5千克。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
将甜象草、玉米粉、油糠和发酵粉按照配比称取后捣碎混合,得到颗粒混合物。
将颗粒混合物放入一封闭容器中密封发酵5天,保持发酵温度为40℃,发酵后得到青贮甜象草。
称取2千克青贮甜象草与48千克全价料混合,得到50千克猪饲料。

本发明实施例提供一种猪饲料的制备方法,该猪饲料由青贮甜象草和全价料组成;青贮甜象草由以下原料混合青贮制成:甜象草85千克、玉米粉3千克、油糠11.9千克、发酵粉0.1千克。

称取2.5千克青贮甜象草与47.5千克全价料混合,得到50千克猪饲料。
上述实施例1~5中,发酵粉为强微99生酵菌剂,内含乳酸片球菌、酿酒酵母、纤维素酶和木聚糖酶,由宜春强微生物科技有限公司提供。
养分测定
实施例1~5制备的青贮甜象草中的养分分批测定结果如下:
干物质30%-35%,粗蛋白1.5%-2.1%,粗灰分4.0%-4.5%,酸性不容灰分2.5%-3.0%,钙0.05%-0.10%,磷0.18%-0.40%。
喂养试验
按上述比例将青贮甜象草配入全价料,妊娠料成本节省45-50元/吨,妊娠期便秘减少3-5%;哺乳料成本节省30-35元/吨,哺乳期便秘减少4-6%;生长育肥期成本节省40-45元/吨,猪肉风味更佳。
