Abstract

一种打印传感器的方法,其中,包括如下步骤:步骤S1,在粘合剂喷射成形装置(100)的成型缸(130)中铺入第一粉末,按照传感器模型自下而上进行喷胶打印,形成顶部开口中间具有第一容纳空间的传感器外壳(20)以及设置于所述传感器外壳(20)中的容置腔(22);步骤S2,在粘合剂喷射成形装置(100)的成型缸(130)中铺入第二粉末,按照传感器模型自下而上进行喷胶打印,形成一传感器(24);步骤S3,将所述容置腔(22)从下而上提起,并回收所述容置腔(22)中的第一粉末;步骤S4,将所述传感器(24)放入所述传感器外壳(20)中,去除所述传感器(24)和所述传感器外壳(20)中的胶水;步骤S5,对所述传感器(24)以及所述传感器外壳(20)执行烧结处理,以形成所述传感器元件(200,300)。该打印传感器的方法造价更低,效率更高。
