Abstract

本发明公开了一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其制作工艺是,将骨料、陶瓷涂层溶剂与无机颜料按照下列重量比例混合:陶瓷涂层熔剂10‑20份,无机颜料0.5‑1.8份,骨料100份,经混合搅拌5分钟,然后加入2份硅酸钾再搅拌5‑8分钟再次加入3分硅酸钠再搅拌5‑8分钟将原料通过粘结剂均分别附于骨料的表层、中层及外层将上述产物在低温下热风干燥,使物料分散成粒状;将物料放入高温窑炉中,窑体温度控制在600°C‑1100°C之间,烧结保温2‑4小时后,经强风冷却至低于180°C时喷入适量附着于表面防护层浆液YS‑1粘接剂涂覆均匀,降温冷却后再经分筛、除尘后即得高温陶瓷彩砂。采用天然无机颜料,经过高温烧结,彩砂的颜色附着稳定,不会造成褪色现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及到建筑材料领域,具体是涉及到一种高温陶瓷彩砂。
背景技术
彩砂是近几年流行起来的建筑材料,为了提升城市形象,现在很多城市的道路都铺设了各种颜色的砂石,而目前彩砂的制作,主要是对普通的砂石进行上色或者染色处理,这种彩砂容易造成褪色,使用寿命不长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是客服上述技术不足,提供一种使用寿命长,经久耐用不褪色的高温陶瓷彩砂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种高温陶瓷彩砂,它包括以下原料,骨料、陶瓷涂层溶剂、无机颜料、硅酸钾、硅酸钠、YS-1粘接剂。
所述的骨料为18-30目辉绿岩。
所述的一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其制作工艺是,将骨料、陶瓷涂层溶剂与无机颜料按照下列重量比例混合:陶瓷涂层熔剂10-20份,无机颜料0.5-1.8份,骨料100 份,经混合搅拌5分钟,然后加入2份硅酸钾再搅拌5-8分钟再次加入3分硅酸钠再搅拌5-8分钟将原料通过粘结剂均分别附于骨料的表层、中层及外层将上述产物在低温下热风干燥,使物料分散成粒状;将物料放入高温窑炉中,,窑体温度控制在 600°C-1100°C之间,烧结保温2-4小时后,经强风冷却至低于 180°C时喷入适量附着于表面防护层浆液YS-1粘接剂涂覆均匀,降温冷却后再经分筛、除尘后即得高温陶瓷彩砂。
所述的无机颜料为氧化铁红、群青、铬绿、氧化铁黄、耐晒黄、氧化铁黑的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果在于,采用天然无机颜料,经过高温烧结,彩砂的颜色附着稳定,不会造成褪色现象。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其制作工艺是,将辉绿岩、陶瓷涂层溶剂与氧化铁红按照下列重量比例混合:陶瓷涂层熔剂10份,氧化铁红1.8份,辉绿岩100 份,经混合搅拌5分钟,然后加入2份硅酸钾再搅拌8分钟再次加入3分硅酸钠再搅拌8分钟将原料通过粘结剂均分别附于骨料的表层、中层及外层将上述产物在低温下热风干燥,使物料分散成粒状;将物料放入高温窑炉中,,窑体温度控制在 600°C,烧结保温2小时后,经强风冷却至低于 180°C时喷入适量附着于表面防护层浆液YS-1粘接剂涂覆均匀,降温冷却后再经分筛、除尘后即得红色高温陶瓷彩砂。
实施例2
一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其制作工艺是,将辉绿岩、陶瓷涂层溶剂与氧化铁黄按照下列重量比例混合:陶瓷涂层熔剂10份,氧化铁黄0.5份,辉绿岩100 份,经混合搅拌5分钟,然后加入2份硅酸钾再搅拌5分钟再次加入3分硅酸钠再搅拌5分钟将原料通过粘结剂均分别附于骨料的表层、中层及外层将上述产物在低温下热风干燥,使物料分散成粒状;将物料放入高温窑炉中,,窑体温度控制在 800°C,烧结保温4小时后,经强风冷却至低于 180°C时喷入适量附着于表面防护层浆液YS-1粘接剂涂覆均匀,降温冷却后再经分筛、除尘后即得黄色高温陶瓷彩砂。
实施例3
一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其制作工艺是,将辉绿岩、陶瓷涂层溶剂与氧化铁黑按照下列重量比例混合:陶瓷涂层熔剂15份,氧化铁黑1份,辉绿岩100 份,经混合搅拌5分钟,然后加入2份硅酸钾再搅拌6分钟再次加入3分硅酸钠再搅拌6分钟将原料通过粘结剂均分别附于骨料的表层、中层及外层将上述产物在低温下热风干燥,使物料分散成粒状;将物料放入高温窑炉中,,窑体温度控制在 100°C,烧结保温3小时后,经强风冷却至低于180°C时喷入适量附着于表面防护层浆液YS-1粘接剂涂覆均匀,降温冷却后再经分筛、除尘后即得黑色高温陶瓷彩砂。

1.一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其特征在于,其制作工艺是,将骨料、陶瓷涂层溶剂与无机颜料按照下列重量比例混合:陶瓷涂层熔剂10-20份,无机颜料0.5-1.8份,骨料100 份,经混合搅拌5分钟,然后加入2份硅酸钾再搅拌5-8分钟再次加入3分硅酸钠再搅拌5-8分钟将原料通过粘结剂均分别附于骨料的表层、中层及外层将上述产物在低温下热风干燥,使物料分散成粒状;将物料放入高温窑炉中,,窑体温度控制在 600°C-1100°C之间,烧结保温2-4小时后,经强风冷却至低于 180°C时喷入适量附着于表面防护层浆液YS-1粘接剂涂覆均匀,降温冷却后再经分筛、除尘后即得高温陶瓷彩砂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其特征在于,所述的无机颜料为氧化铁红、群青、铬绿、氧化铁黄、耐晒黄、氧化铁黑的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温陶瓷彩砂,其特征在于,所述的骨料为18-30目辉绿岩。
