背景技术
粉彩瓷,是以粉彩颜料制成的粉彩瓷器,艺术感强,立体感强,色彩明丽,形式风格多样,具有“东方瑰宝”之称。粉彩瓷通常是先在素瓷上勾勒出所需图形(山、鸟、花、虫等),再在图形上填充一层玻璃白,随后以粉彩颜料绘制,再经780~850℃烧制,使得颜色凸于瓷面,呈色晶莹,立体感强。
玻璃白,即为一种瓷器制作溶剂,是在含铅玻璃质中加入乳浊元素而成,烧成为白色玻璃状,具有表面光亮和不透明特点。由于粉彩瓷要以玻璃白为底,使得粉彩陶瓷含有对环境有害的铅、镉等元素,这些有害元素低温煅烧无法排出而易于残留在制品中,而高温煅烧烧成颜料选择范围小,色调范围太窄;从而使残留的有害物质溶出量较高,这样会对环境造成污染,进一步损坏人的身体。

S1.制坯:将所述白云石、方解石、白土、膨润土原料进行粉碎后按上述比例加入球磨机中,再加入混合原料总重量15%~20%的水进行湿磨20~23h,过200目筛,得浆料,将所述浆料倒入模具中制坯后自然晾干,得坯体;
S2.制熔剂:将所述乳白色膨胀蛭石、SiO2、B2O3、Al2O3和ZrO2按上述比例加入球磨机中进行18~23h湿磨后,再过200目筛,得熔剂;
S3.煅烧:将所得坯体放入窑内,以10℃/min升温至400℃保温0.5h后,以15℃/min继续升温至800℃后保温3~4h,随后以15℃/min降至室温,得素抷;
S4.施熔剂:在所述素抷上进行彩绘后放入窑内,以15℃/min升温至880℃~920℃煅烧20~25h,自然冷却后向其表面施所述熔剂,随后于860℃~1000℃下烧制18~22h,再自然冷却至室温,得半成品;
S5.在所述半成品上进行着色,洗染,再在1000℃~1100℃下烧制12~18h,随后自然冷却,即得成品。
优选地,所述S2中所述湿磨时水量为原料总重量40%~50%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过湿磨法进行熔剂制备,所得熔剂稳定性好;并采用多段式煅烧,缓慢温控及高温煅烧相结合的方式制备粉彩釉陶瓷制品,所得粉彩釉陶瓷制品有害重金属溶出低,环保,机械性能强。

S4.施熔剂:在所述素抷上进行彩绘后放入窑内,以15℃/min升温至900℃煅烧22h,自然冷却后向其表面施所述熔剂,随后进行950℃,20h煅烧,再自然冷却至室温,得半成品;

对各实施例所得的产品进行相关性能检测(抗热震性测试标准遵循GB/T3532-2009;抗折强度测试标准遵循GBT6569-2006;铅、镉检测标准遵循GB/T3534-2002),结果如下表1所示。

由于对照组成品中缺少原料乳白色膨胀蛭石和B2O3,所得产品的性能较差,可见本发明的原料配比对产品的性能影响较大,即在本发明所述范围内所得产品的稳定性好,环保。

1.一种环保粉彩釉陶瓷制品,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料:白云石25~40份、方解石15~20份、白土18~22份、乳白色膨胀蛭石6~9份、膨润土13~18份、SiO2 25~40份、B2 O3 10~18份、Al2 O3 10~18份和ZrO2 1~3份;
所述的一种环保粉彩釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
S1. 制坯:将所述白云石、方解石、白土、膨润土原料进行粉碎后按上述比例加入球磨机中,再加入混合原料总重量15%~20%的水进行湿磨20~23h,过200目筛,得浆料,将所述浆料倒入模具中制坯后自然晾干,得坯体;
S2. 制熔剂:将所述乳白色膨胀蛭石、SiO2 、B2 O3 、Al2 O3 和ZrO2 按上述比例加入球磨机中进行18~23h湿磨后,再过200目筛,得熔剂;
S3. 煅烧:将所得坯体放入窑内,以10℃/min升温至400℃保温0.5h后,以15℃/min继续升温至800℃后保温3~4h,随后以15℃/min降至室温,得素抷;
S4. 施熔剂:在所述素抷上进行彩绘后放入窑内,以15℃/min升温至880℃~920℃煅烧20~25h,自然冷却后向其表面施所述熔剂,随后于860℃~1000℃下烧制18~22h,再自然冷却至室温,得半成品;
S5. 在所述半成品上进行着色,洗染,再在1000℃~1100℃下烧制12~18h,随后自然冷却,即得成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保粉彩釉陶瓷制品,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料:白云石25~35份、方解石15~18份、白土18~20份、乳白色膨胀蛭石6~9份、膨润土13~15份、SiO2 25~35份、B2 O3 10~16份、Al2 O3 10~16份和ZrO2 1~3份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种环保粉彩釉陶瓷制品,其特征在于,所述乳白色膨胀蛭石,是将乳白色蛭石原矿经过高温焙烧后膨胀至比重为140~160kg/m3 ,随后自然冷却,再研磨过100目筛所得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保粉彩釉陶瓷制品,其特征在于,S2中所述湿磨时用水量为原料总重量40%~50%。
