技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌汽车消声零件及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车在日常使用中,会滋生许多细菌,随着季节的变换,各种病毒也会存留在车内方向盘、门把手、座位、仪表板、顶棚、空调风道等部位。
目前,市场上汽车使用的消声零件为增加其声学效果会添加一定比例棉纤维,由于天然纤维的引入以及纤维本身的结构特性,使得前围材料更容易滋生细菌、霉菌等多种菌类,同时细菌、霉菌的滋生也会存在异味,影响车内空气质量以及驾乘人员的体验感。
为此,提出一种新的想法,即加入一定比例和材质的抗菌纤维,在保持零件生产工艺和人员不变的条件下实现零件的抗菌性。
发明内容
针对上述想法,本发明提供一种抗菌汽车消声零件,通过优化结构,增强零件的抗菌能力,降低菌类滋生,减少异味产生。
本发明还提供一种抗菌汽车消声零件的制备方法,使得消声零件具备一定抗菌性,减少异味,不影响零件原有生产工艺和外观。
为达上述目的,一方面,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗菌汽车消声零件,其包括上层的隔音层、中间的粘结层和下层的缓释层,隔音层和缓释层中加入有抗菌纤维,抗菌纤维为金属抗菌剂改性纤维。
特别地,隔音层、缓释层均包括低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌纤维,低熔点纤维、棉纤维的材质分别为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺、涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、锦纶纤维、棉纤维中的一种或几种,抗菌纤维的材质包括PP、PET、PAN、PA中的一种或几种。
特别地,低熔点纤维所占质量分数为15%~30%,棉纤维所占质量分数为45%~75%,抗菌纤维所占质量分数为10%~25%。
特别地,隔音层的克重范围为400~1500g/m2,厚度为2~8mm。
特别地,抗菌纤维包含Ag+、Cu2+、Zn2+中一种或几种金属离子。
特别地,缓释层的克重范围为600~2000g/m2,厚度在3~20mm。

基于上述的抗菌汽车消声零件的制备方法,其包括步骤:
1)将PET母粒与金属离子抗菌剂以95:5比例混合均匀,经螺旋挤出机熔融后纺丝制成抗菌PET原丝;
2)将低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌PET原丝按照质量分数20%、70%和10%的比例通过气流成网制备成平板毛毡,作为隔音层和缓释层;
3)将隔音层平板毛毡放入加热好的平板模具中,模具温度为150℃,调整模具压力为6MPa,保压时间为60s,垫片间隙为6mm,合模开始保压,待保压时间结束后拿出置于冷却工装冷却至室温;
4)将粘结层、缓释层和控厚的隔音层按照相应的顺序放入蒸汽平板模中,其中粘结层为PE膜,克重为25g/m2,模具温度为180℃,蒸汽温度加热到175℃,保压时间90s,其中真空保持时间为10s,模具压力为10MPa,垫片间隙调整为20mm,合模通入蒸汽开始保压成型,开模后冷却至室温得到零件样件。
基于上述的抗菌汽车消声零件的制备方法,其包括步骤:
1)将PET母粒与金属离子抗菌剂以95:5比例混合均匀,经螺旋挤出机熔融后纺丝制成抗菌PET原丝;
2)将低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌PET原丝按照质量分数20%、70%和10%的比例混合,并通过毛毡吸附工序吸附成半成品;
3)将半成品运输至蒸汽模,模具温度为180℃,蒸汽温度加热到175℃,保压时间90s,其中真空保持时间为10s,模具压力为10MPa,垫片间隙调整为20mm,合模通入蒸汽开始保压成型,开模后冷却至室温得到零件样件。
综上,本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比,所述抗菌汽车消声零件及其制备方法在现有零件的隔音层、缓释层的原料中加入金属离子抗菌剂,使得按原工艺制成的零件具备抗菌性能,从根源处改善车内环境质量,且不影响原有零件加工工艺和产品外观。

隔音层相对为硬质,克重范围为400~1500g/m2,厚度为2~8mm,由低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌纤维组成,低熔点纤维、棉纤维的材质分别为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺、涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、锦纶纤维、棉纤维中的一种或几种,抗菌纤维的材质包括PP、PET、PAN、PA中的一种或几种,且低熔点纤维所占质量分数为15%~30%,棉纤维所占质量分数为45%~75%,抗菌纤维所占质量分数为10%~25%。
缓释层疏松多孔、吸音良好,克重范围为600~2000g/m2,厚度在3~20mm,由低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌纤维组成,低熔点纤维、棉纤维的材质分别为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺、涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、锦纶纤维、棉纤维中的一种或几种,抗菌纤维的材质包括PP、PET、PAN、PA中的一种或几种,且低熔点纤维所占质量分数为15%~30%,棉纤维所占质量分数为45%~75%,抗菌纤维所占质量分数为10%~25%。
粘结层透气性良好,材质为PP、PE、PA、PET、PVC、PP与PE复合材料、PP与PA复合材料中的一种或几种,克重范围在20~100g/m2之间。
实施例2:
针对实施例1的抗菌汽车消声零件结构,本实施例提供一种制备方法,其包括步骤:
1)将PET母粒与金属离子抗菌剂以95:5比例混合均匀,经螺旋挤出机熔融后纺丝制成抗菌PET原丝,即抗菌纤维;
2)将低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌PET原丝按照质量分数20%、70%和10%的比例通过气流成网制备成平板毛毡,作为隔音层和缓释层;
3)将隔音层平板毛毡放入加热好的平板模具中,模具温度为150℃,调整模具压力为6MPa,保压时间为60s,垫片间隙为6mm,合模开始保压,待保压时间结束后拿出置于冷却工装冷却至室温;
4)将粘结层、缓释层和控厚的隔音层按照相应的顺序放入蒸汽平板模中,其中粘结层为PE膜,克重为25g/m2,模具温度为180℃,蒸汽温度加热到175℃,保压时间90s,其中真空保持时间为10s,模具压力为10MPa,垫片间隙调整为20mm,合模通入蒸汽开始保压成型,开模后冷却至室温得到零件样件。
实施例3:
针对实施例1的抗菌汽车消声零件结构,本实施例提供另一种制备方法,其包括步骤:
1)将PET母粒与金属离子抗菌剂以95:5比例混合均匀,经螺旋挤出机熔融后纺丝制成抗菌PET原丝;
2)将低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌PET原丝按照质量分数20%、70%和10%的比例混合,并通过毛毡吸附工序吸附成半成品;
3)将半成品运输至蒸汽模,模具温度为180℃,蒸汽温度加热到175℃,保压时间90s,其中真空保持时间为10s,模具压力为10MPa,垫片间隙调整为20mm,合模通入蒸汽开始保压成型,开模后冷却至室温得到零件样件。
综上,以上抗菌汽车消声零件及其制备方法通过在现有零件的隔音层、缓释层的原料中加入金属离子抗菌剂,使得按原工艺制成的零件具备抗菌性能,从根源处改善车内环境质量,且不影响原有零件加工工艺和产品外观。
以上实施例只是阐述了本发明的基本原理和特性,本发明不受上述事例限制,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还有各种变化和改变,这些变化和改变都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗菌汽车消声零件,其特征在于,包括上层的隔音层、中间的粘结层和下层的缓释层,所述隔音层和所述缓释层中加入有抗菌纤维,所述抗菌纤维为金属抗菌剂改性纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌汽车消声零件,其特征在于:所述隔音层、缓释层均包括低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌纤维,所述低熔点纤维、棉纤维的材质分别为聚酯纤维、聚酰胺、涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、锦纶纤维、棉纤维中的一种或几种,所述抗菌纤维的材质包括PP、PET、PAN、PA中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌汽车消声零件,其特征在于:所述低熔点纤维所占质量分数为15%~30%,所述棉纤维所占质量分数为45%~75%,所述抗菌纤维所占质量分数为10%~25%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌汽车消声零件,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维包含Ag+、Cu2+、Zn2+中一种或几种金属离子。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌汽车消声零件,其特征在于:所述隔音层的克重范围为400~1500g/m2,厚度为2~8mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌汽车消声零件,其特征在于:所述缓释层的克重范围为600~2000g/m2,厚度在3~20mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌汽车消声零件,其特征在于:所述粘结层的材质为PP、PE、PA、PET、PVC、PP与PE复合材料、PP与PA复合材料中的一种或几种,克重范围在20~100g/m2之间。
8.基于权利要求1-7任一项所述的抗菌汽车消声零件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)将PET母粒与金属离子抗菌剂以95:5比例混合均匀,经螺旋挤出机熔融后纺丝制成抗菌PET原丝;
2)将低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌PET原丝按照质量分数20%、70%和10%的比例通过气流成网制备成平板毛毡,作为隔音层和缓释层;
3)将隔音层平板毛毡放入加热好的平板模具中,模具温度为150℃,调整模具压力为6MPa,保压时间为60s,垫片间隙为6mm,合模开始保压,待保压时间结束后拿出置于冷却工装冷却至室温;
4)将粘结层、缓释层和控厚的隔音层按照相应的顺序放入蒸汽平板模中,其中粘结层为PE膜,克重为25g/m2,模具温度为180℃,蒸汽温度加热到175℃,保压时间90s,其中真空保持时间为10s,模具压力为10MPa,垫片间隙调整为20mm,合模通入蒸汽开始保压成型,开模后冷却至室温得到零件样件。
9.基于权利要求1-7任一项所述的抗菌汽车消声零件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)将PET母粒与金属离子抗菌剂以95:5比例混合均匀,经螺旋挤出机熔融后纺丝制成抗菌PET原丝;
2)将低熔点纤维、棉纤维和抗菌PET原丝按照质量分数20%、70%和10%的比例混合,并通过毛毡吸附工序吸附成半成品;
3)将半成品运输至蒸汽模,模具温度为180℃,蒸汽温度加热到175℃,保压时间90s,其中真空保持时间为10s,模具压力为10MPa,垫片间隙调整为20mm,合模通入蒸汽开始保压成型,开模后冷却至室温得到零件样件。
