Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a high-vitamin C content cosmetic composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Vitamin C is called Vc for short, also called ascorbic acid, is a natural antioxidant, has the effects of inhibiting melanin generation, scavenging free radicals and promoting collagen synthesis, has stronger physiological functions in skin, such as whitening, anti-aging and acne removal, but has unstable structure, easy color change and limited water solubility, and limits the application of Vc in cosmetics.
The common high-content vitamin C product generally uses water as a solvent thereof, but the vitamin C can be remained on the skin surface when the water volatilizes after the product is used, and the product is in a whitening phenomenon, which is caused by the fact that the vitamin C is separated out after the water volatilizes and cannot permeate into the skin; the alcohol is used as the solvent alone, so that the alcohol has low dissolving capacity, high concentration is difficult to achieve, and meanwhile, the alcohol has high skin irritation and poor skin feel; or more vitamin C derivatives are added to increase the concentration of vitamin C, but vitamin C derivatives are more costly.
Chinese patent CN 101584647B discloses a polyol-in-oil composition for delivering and stabilizing vitamin C comprising 0.5-5wt% of an emulsifier, 0.1-5wt% of a stabilizer, 0.01-20wt% of vitamin C,10-40wt% of an oil phase component, 40-80wt% of a polyol component, based on the total weight of the composition; wherein the proportion of water in the total weight of the composition is less than 1wt%; and wherein vitamin C is dispersed in the polyol component in dissolved form; the emulsifier is cetyl polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol-10/1 dimethyl siloxane or a mixture of polyglycerol fatty acid esters. The invention provides a novel emulsifying system, namely an anhydrous polyol-in-oil system, and can be prepared into a stable cosmetic formula, but the formula is finally prepared into a cream-shaped composition, wherein vitamin C is difficult to permeate into skin to play a role, and the formulation is fixed, so that the development of the cream-shaped composition in the field of cosmetics is limited.
Based on the above, there is a need for developing a liquid cosmetic composition with good stability, high vitamin content of Vc, good permeability to meet the increasing market demands.
