As can be seen from the data in tables 5 and 6, the samples of examples 1 to 8 were not significantly changed in color and were moisturized in skin feel at room temperature compared with those of comparative examples 1 to 4, and the vitamin C content remained at 94% or more after three weeks, and it was found that examples 1 to 8 had good stability at room temperature, and that the products of comparative examples 1 to 4 were observed to have darkened in color, poor in skin feel, precipitation and the like in appearance, and the decrease in vitamin C content retention was more remarkable, and particularly comparative examples 3 and 4, after precipitation, the vitamin C content retention of the samples was reduced to 80% or less. It can be seen that at the specific formulation ratios of the present invention, the cosmetic compositions provided are stable in product properties.

1. A cosmetic composition with high vitamin C content is characterized in that,
the high-vitamin C content cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-25 parts of vitamin C, 0.5-4 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.5-4 parts of oily component, 0.01-4 parts of water-soluble polymer, 50-80 parts of water phase component and 0.01-5 parts of other active substances;
the nonionic surfactant consists of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and sorbitan oleate, wherein the mass ratio of the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil to the sorbitan oleate is 10:3, a step of;
the oily component comprises grease and an antioxidant; the oil comprises at least one of caprylic/capric triglyceride, olive oil, squalane, lavender essential oil, rose essential oil and phytosterol ester; the antioxidant comprises at least one of tocopherol and tocopherol ethyl ester;
the water phase component comprises 45-55 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 0.5-4 parts of skin conditioning agent, 4-5 parts of penetration enhancer and 10-15 parts of water, wherein the polyhydric alcohol comprises at least one of glycerol, ethoxydiglycol, sorbitol, propylene glycol, butanediol and dipropylene glycol, the skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of xylitol, mannose, erythritol, betaine, trehalose, allantoin, rhamnose, maltose and ferulic acid, and the penetration enhancer comprises at least one of laurocapram and diethoxydiglycol cyclohexylamine 1, 4-oxalate;
the water-soluble polymer consists of sodium hyaluronate and sclerotium rolfsii;
the other active substances comprise at least one of nicotinamide, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, beta-glucan, arbutin, tranexamic acid, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, magnesium ascorbate, bisabolol, ascorbyl palmitate, chamomile extract, purslane extract, centella asiatica extract, raspberry fruit extract, saffron extract, glabridin extract, dendrobium nobile extract, dendrobium officinale extract, chamomile extract and aloe extract.
2. The method for preparing a high vitamin C content cosmetic composition according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) Mixing vitamin C, water-soluble polymer and water phase component in proportion, and heating to dissolve to obtain mixed liquid A;
(2) Uniformly mixing an oily component and a nonionic surfactant, adding the mixture into the mixed liquid A, and stirring to obtain mixed liquid B;
(3) And adding other active substances into the mixed liquid B, and uniformly mixing to obtain the cosmetic composition with high vitamin C content.
