In order to help better understand the technical scheme of the invention, the following provides a test example of rice germination and rice planting for illustrating the application effect of the invention.
The first test example: influence of seed dressing agent on rice seed germination under salt stress
Selecting Changbai No. 9 as a test variety, weighing 144g of seeds, randomly dividing the seeds into 4 groups including 3 test groups and 1 control group, and dressing the rice seeds of the test groups with a seed dressing agent in a specific treatment mode: respectively weighing 0.07g of each of the seed-dressing agent 1-the seed-dressing agent 3, and then respectively adding 3 groups of the seed-dressing agents into clear water for dilution, wherein the seed-dressing agent 1 is diluted by 5 times, the seed-dressing agent 2 is diluted by 7 times, and the seed-dressing agent 3 is diluted by 10 times. Then, the diluted seed dressing agents of the groups are sprayed on the surfaces of the seeds of each test group, and the seeds are uniformly mixed and dried in a shade. The control group replaced the seed dressing agent with an equal amount of clear water and the remaining treatments were identical to the test groups.
300 seeds are randomly selected from each group of treated seeds, are evenly divided into 3 parts and are respectively sowed in 3 germination boxes, and 5ml of NaCl solution with the concentration of 50mmol/L is added into each germination box. The germination test was carried out in a 25 ℃ incubator, and the germination condition and the number of the germinated seeds were observed and recorded every day, and the germination standard was that the bud length was equal to half the seed length or the root length. After 7 days, the germination rate was calculated, and after 10 days, 15 pellets were randomly taken from each treatment, and the root length and number thereof were measured. The average germination percentage, average root length and average number of roots of each group were calculated. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002791205520000061

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the germination rate, root length and root number of the rice seeds of the 3 groups to which the seed dressing agent was applied were significantly higher than those of the control. Therefore, under the condition of salt stress, the prepared seed dressing agent 1-seed dressing agent 3 can obviously improve the germination rate of rice seeds and promote the germination of the rice seeds.

Respectively applying urea once in tillering stage and joint-pulling and booting stage of rice, wherein urea application amount is 150kg/hm2And 50kg/hm2. The specific application mode of the 3 seed dressings is as follows: according to the amount of 1kg of seed-dressing agent used for every 500kg of seeds, firstly diluting the seed-dressing agent by using clear water, then uniformly spraying the diluted seed-dressing agent on the surface of the seeds, then throwing inert porous material on the surface of the seeds, uniformly mixing the seeds and the inert porous material, then exposing and drying the seeds, and sowing the seeds. Wherein the seed dressing agent is diluted by 1 time by 5 times, the ceramic powder is applied according to the amount of 1.0kg of porous material applied to every 500kg of seeds, and the seeds are exposed for 2 hours; 2, diluting the seed dressing agent by 7 times, applying zeolite powder according to the amount of 1.4kg of porous material matched with each 500kg of seeds, and exposing the seeds for 2.5 hours; the seed dressing agent 3 was diluted 10-fold and applied in an amount of 2.0kg of the porous material per 500kg of seedsThe mixture of ceramic powder, zeolite powder and charcoal powder, the weight ratio of the three porous materials is 1:1:1, and the seeds are exposed for 3 hours. The control group was not applied with seed dressing, and the fertilizer was applied in the same manner as the test group.
Selecting Changbai No. 9 as test variety, and measuring the length of the test variety in the middle ten days of 4 months according to 65kg/hm2Sowing the seeds at the sowing rate, performing the same conventional management on each district, and harvesting in the last 9 th of month. The emergence rate of each plot was investigated at 15d of rice seeding. The seedling rate of each cell was investigated at the 3-leaf stage of rice, and at the same time, 10 seedlings were pulled from each cell, and the plant height, root number, and stem base width of the seedlings were investigated. After harvesting the rice, the yield of each cell was counted. And calculating the average rate of emergence, the average seedling rate, the average plant height, the average root number, the average stem base width and the average cell rice yield of each group. The results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the emergence rate, seedling rate, plant height, root number, stem base width and plot rice yield of the 3 groups of rice plants to which the seed dressing agent was applied were significantly higher than the control. Therefore, the prepared seed dressing agent 1-seed dressing agent 3 can obviously promote the germination of rice seeds and the growth of rice plants, and improve the yield of rice.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification, or any other related technical fields directly or indirectly, are included in the scope of the present invention.
