1. An intestinal lymphocyte culture apparatus, comprising:
the bottom of the barrel body is provided with a rotating groove, and a cavity is arranged at the bottom of the barrel body and is communicated with the rotating groove;
the covering mechanism is detachably sleeved on the top of the barrel body in a sealing manner;
the stirring mechanism comprises a rotating part and a stirring rod, the rotating part is rotatably and hermetically arranged in the rotating groove, the stirring rod is positioned in the barrel, and the bottom of the stirring rod is fixedly arranged at the top of the rotating part; and
and the driving mechanism is arranged in the cavity, one end part of the driving mechanism is fixedly sleeved on the rotating part, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the rotating part to rotate.
2. The intestinal lymphocyte culture apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the closure mechanism comprises a lid and a handle, the lid is rotatably screwed and sealed on the top of the barrel, and the handle is fixedly mounted on the top of the lid.

the limiting rod is slidably inserted in the stepped hole in a sealing manner, the limiting rod can slide into or slide out of the limiting groove, the limiting spring is located in the flaring of the stepped hole, the limiting spring is sleeved on the limiting rod, and two ends of the limiting spring are fixedly connected with the limiting rod and the hole wall of the stepped hole respectively.
