When the paint bottle is used, the support rod 303 and the first connecting rod 302 are driven by the rotating shaft 301 to rotate, and the second scraping part 313 and the first scraping part 312 are respectively driven by the first connecting rod 302 and the support rod 303 to rotate, so that the bottom of the bottle body 100 and the side wall of the bottle body 100 are scraped, and the paint is prevented from being adhered to the inner wall of the bottle body 100 to influence mixing.
With the structure, the pigment on the inner wall of the bottle body 100 can be scraped off for mixing, and the mixing effect is further improved.
In one embodiment, the shake-up base 004 includes the housing 400, the clamping mechanism, and the motor 600.
The housing 400 has a hollow mounting cavity, and the top of the mounting cavity is open for inserting the bottle 100. The clamping mechanism is fixedly installed in the installation cavity and is used for clamping and fixing the bottle body 100. Motor 600 fixed mounting is in the installation cavity, and the last coaxial integral key shaft that is provided with of the power output shaft of motor 600, and the bottom of axis of rotation 301 is provided with the spline groove with integral key shaft matched with.
When the pigment bottle is used, the pigment bottle 003 is inserted into the shaking base 004, the spline shaft is inserted into the spline groove, and the spline shaft is clamped by the clamping mechanism 500. The motor 600 is activated to thereby drive the rotation shaft 301 to rotate.
Preferably, the motor is a differential motor or a servo motor for controlling the rotation speed.
The shaking-up base 004 with the structure has a simple structure.
In one embodiment, the clamping mechanism includes four clamping units 510, and the four clamping units 510 are evenly distributed around the axis of the power output shaft of the motor 600. The clamping unit 510 includes a base plate 511, a stopper holder 512, a clamping block 513, and a clamping spring 514.
The bottom plate 511 is fixedly connected to the housing 400. The limit seat 512 is fixedly installed on the top of one end of the bottom plate 511 far away from the motor 600. The clamping block 513 is slidably mounted on the top of the bottom plate 511 and is connected to a side of the stopper base 512 facing the motor 600. A guide rod is arranged on one side, facing the limiting seat 512, of the clamping block 513, a sliding hole matched with the guide rod is formed in the limiting seat 512, the guide rod is inserted in the sliding hole in a sliding mode, the clamping spring 514 is sleeved on the guide rod, and two ends of the clamping spring are abutted to the clamping block 513 and the limiting seat 512 respectively.
In use, the paint bottle 003 is inserted between the four clamp units, and the paint bottle 003 is clamped and fixed by the clamp spring 514. Preferably, the top of the gripping block 513 is beveled or curved to facilitate insertion of the paint bottle 003.
In one embodiment, the top of the bottom plate 511 is opened with a stepped sliding groove, the bottom of the sliding groove is a larger side, and the bottom of the clamping block 513 is arranged with a sliding connection portion engaged with the sliding groove.
When the pigment bottle clamping device is used, the clamping blocks 513 cannot turn over under the action of the sliding grooves and the sliding connection parts, so that the pigment bottles 003 can be effectively clamped, and the clamping effect is enhanced.
With the structure, the clamping block 513 can be well limited, so that the clamping effect is improved.

Claims (7)

1. A make-up spray gun, includes spray gun body, feed bucket and pigment bottle, its characterized in that: the paint bottle includes:
the bottle body is provided with a hollow inner cavity, and the top of the inner cavity is opened;
the bottle cap is in threaded connection with the bottle body; and
set up the agitating unit in the bottle, agitating unit includes:
the rotating shaft is coaxially arranged at the bottom of the bottle body and is rotationally connected with the bottle body;
the four first connecting rods are arranged at the top of the rotating shaft and are uniformly distributed around the axis of the rotating shaft, the first ends of the four first connecting rods are fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and the second ends of the four first connecting rods extend in the direction far away from the rotating shaft;
the first ends of the four supporting rods are respectively fixedly connected with the four first connecting rods, and the second ends of the four supporting rods extend upwards; and
the stirring rods are arranged in four groups, each group of stirring rods is provided with a plurality of stirring rods, the first ends of the four groups of stirring rods are respectively connected with the four supporting rods, the second ends of the four groups of stirring rods extend towards the direction close to the rotating shaft, and the plurality of stirring rods in each group are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the supporting rods;
the makeup spray gun also comprises a shaking base, and the shaking base is used for driving the stirring device to rotate;
the stirring device further includes:
the first permanent magnet is in a cuboid shape, and is coaxially arranged at the top of the rotating shaft and is rotationally connected with the rotating shaft;
the number of the second permanent magnets is equal to that of the stirring rods, the second permanent magnets correspond to the stirring rods one by one, the second permanent magnets are coaxially sleeved on the stirring rods and are in sliding connection with the stirring rods, and the magnetism of one end, facing the first permanent magnets, of any two longitudinally adjacent second permanent magnets is opposite;
the bottom of any one of the second permanent magnets is sequentially provided with a plurality of first elastic balls at intervals, and the first elastic balls are fixedly connected with the second permanent magnets through ropes; and
the top of any one second permanent magnet is sequentially provided with a plurality of first elastic columns at intervals, and the plurality of first elastic columns and the plurality of first elastic balls are sequentially and alternately arranged;
the first permanent magnet is provided with a limit hole in a polygonal shape along the length direction of the first permanent magnet, and the bottom of the bottle cap is provided with a limit column which is matched with the limit hole in the direction;
or
The stirring device further includes:
the number of the sliding blocks is equal to that of the stirring rods and corresponds to that of the stirring rods one by one, and the sliding blocks are coaxially sleeved on the stirring rods and are in sliding connection with the stirring rods;
the number of the reset springs is equal to that of the stirring rods and corresponds to that of the stirring rods one by one, the reset springs are sleeved on the stirring rods, and any two adjacent reset springs in the longitudinal direction are respectively positioned at the first end and the second end of the sliding block;
the bottom of any one of the sliding blocks is sequentially provided with a plurality of second elastic balls at intervals, and the second elastic balls are fixedly connected with the sliding blocks through ropes; and
the top of any one of the sliding blocks is provided with a plurality of second elastic columns at intervals in sequence, and the plurality of second elastic columns and the plurality of second elastic balls are alternately arranged in sequence.

A cosmetic spray gun as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the stirring device further comprises third elastic balls, the number of the third elastic balls is equal to that of the first elastic columns, the third elastic balls correspond to the first elastic columns one by one, and the third elastic balls are fixedly arranged at the tops of the first elastic columns or the tops of the second elastic columns.
