Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tobacco production, in particular to a brittle wall material for cigarette bead blasting, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of gel, 0.5-1.0 part of metal chelating agent, 0.1-0.5 part of surfactant, 0.1-0.5 part of preservative and 88-93 parts of water. The brittle wall material produced by using the formula has the advantages of good stability, capability of effectively reducing phenomena of moisture absorption softening, adhesion and the like of the bead blasting for cigarettes, no pungent smell, safety and no toxicity.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco production, in particular to a brittle wall material for a cigarette bead.
Background
The bead is widely applied to the field of tobacco manufacturing, a smoker can break the bead by pinching with hands in the cigarette smoking process to enable essence in the bead to overflow, and the flavor components in the essence are released in the mainstream smoke of the cigarette, so that the effects of increasing flavor and keeping moisture can be achieved, and the taste level of the tobacco is enriched.
The blasting beads in the prior art are mostly made of brittle wall materials and are mainly prepared from raw materials such as gelatin, Arabic gum, vegetable polysaccharide, chitosan and the like according to a certain proportion. The components are mainly hydrophilic glue raw materials, and when the humidity of the preservation environment of the popping beads is higher, the glue skin can absorb moisture in the air, the phenomena of moisture absorption softening, adhesion, permeation and the like are caused, and the brittleness of the popping beads is reduced. Especially, after the tobacco is smoked for a period of time, the mainstream smoke released in the burning process contains certain water vapor, so that the moisture absorption and softening phenomena of the exploded bead are more obvious and sometimes even can not be broken, the use experience of smokers is seriously influenced, and the actual application effect of the exploded bead is reduced.

The technical scheme for realizing the aim of the invention is that the brittle wall material for the cigarette blasting bead is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of gel, 0.5-1.0 part of metal chelating agent, 0.1-0.5 part of surfactant, 0.1-0.5 part of preservative and 88-93 parts of water.
The gel comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10% of carrageenan, 35-40% of gellan gum, 50-55% of agar and 1-5% of modified starch.
And the metal chelating agent is a mixture of one or more salt substances selected from sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride and the like.
And the surfactant is one or more compounds selected from Tween-20, Tween-60 and Tween-80.
And the preservative is one or more selected from sodium dehydroacetate, methyl paraben and potassium sorbate.
The water is pure water, and the resistivity of the water is 10-15 megaohms.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the gel in the formula takes agar as a main raw material and is reasonably compounded with gellan gum, carrageenan and modified starch. Through the synergistic interaction among the four colloids, the wall material has certain brittleness and strength. The gellan gum is prepared from beta-1, 3-D glucose, beta-1, 4-D-gluconic acid and alpha-1, 4-L-rhamnose according to a molar ratio of 2: 1: 1, low temperature exists in a double helix structure, and high temperature exists in a single strand form. After the gellan gum is dissolved in water, an automatic aggregation phenomenon can be generated among molecules to form a double-spiral structure, and a three-dimensional network structure can be formed by further aggregation, so that water molecules are conveniently trapped to generate a gel phenomenon, and therefore the formed bead has good stability and still has good brittleness after moisture absorption.
The invention has the advantages that: 1. the wall material prepared by the formula can not generate the phenomena of moisture absorption, softening, adhesion and the like after being stored for a period of time in a normal temperature environment; when the bead is broken by hand, a crisp sound can be heard. 2. Firstly, weighing 1 g of carrageenan, 3.5 g of gellan gum, 5 g of agar and 5 g of modified starch, and uniformly mixing to obtain a gel; weighing 1 g of sodium chloride, 800.5 g of tween-sodium, 0.5 g of sodium dehydroacetate and 88 g of pure water, uniformly mixing with 10 g of prepared gel, placing in a heating container, continuously stirring, heating to 90 ℃ in the stirring process, continuously keeping the temperature and stirring for 1.5 hours, and obtaining a mixed solution after the materials are fully dissolved; and finally, filtering the mixed solution, removing bubbles through ultrasonic oscillation, and keeping the temperature at 90 ℃ for later use, wherein the obtained liquid substance is the brittle wall material.
Example II,
Firstly, weighing 0.8 g of carrageenan, 3.2 g of gellan gum, 3.6 g of agar and 0.4 g of modified starch, and uniformly mixing to obtain 8 g of gel; weighing 0.8 g of sodium chloride, 0.5 g of tween-800.3 g of potassium sorbate and 90.4 g of pure water, uniformly mixing with 8 g of prepared gel, placing in a heating container, continuously stirring, heating to 85 ℃ in the stirring process, continuously keeping the temperature and stirring for 2 hours, and obtaining a mixed solution after the materials are fully dissolved; and finally, filtering the mixed solution, removing bubbles by ultrasonic oscillation to obtain a liquid substance which is a brittle wall material, and preserving heat at 85 ℃ for later use.

Firstly, weighing 0.25 g of carrageenan, 2 g of gellan gum, 2.65 g of agar and 0.1 g of modified starch, and uniformly mixing to obtain 5 g of gel; weighing 0.5 g of sodium chloride, 800.1 g of tween-1, 0.1 g of methyl paraben and 94.3 g of pure water, uniformly mixing with 5 g of prepared gel, placing in a heating container, continuously stirring, heating to 80 ℃ in the stirring process, continuously preserving heat and stirring for 5 hours, and obtaining a mixed solution after the materials are fully dissolved; and finally, filtering the mixed solution, removing bubbles by ultrasonic oscillation to obtain a liquid substance which is a brittle wall material, and preserving heat at 80 ℃ for later use.
In the above examples, if the amount of the gelling agent is less than 6 parts by weight, the gelling time is long and the rubber is not easily molded, and if the amount is more than 10 parts by weight, the gelling time is too fast and the viscosity is high and the dripping is not easily caused. Therefore, the dosage of the optional gelling agent is 5-10 parts, and more preferably 6-8 parts. The water content of the brittle wall material prepared by the formula in an open environment is obviously lower than that of the product in the prior art, the waterproof effect is good, and the phenomena of moisture absorption, softening, adhesion and the like can not occur by combining with the figure 1.
