The wall material of the explosion bead for the cigarette comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of rubber powder, 0.1 part of preservative, 1 part of plasticizer, 0.9 part of embrittling agent and 93 parts of water. Wherein the rubber powder comprises 60 parts of agar, 10 parts of carrageenan, 10 parts of Arabic gum, 10 parts of hydroxypropyl starch and 10 parts of konjak gum.

Comparative example 3
The wall material of the explosion bead for the cigarette comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of rubber powder, 0.5 part of preservative, 0.5 part of plasticizer, 1 part of embrittling agent and 88 parts of water. Wherein the rubber powder comprises 40 parts of agar, 20 parts of carrageenan, 20 parts of Arabic gum, 10 parts of hydroxypropyl starch and 10 parts of konjak gum.
The preparation method is the same as that of comparative example 1
The final product and the control group of the explosive beads obtained in each example were stored in an open environment with humidity of 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% for 3 days, and then the moisture content in the explosive bead rubber was tested.

1. The novel cigarette explosion bead wall material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of rubber powder, 0.1-0.3 part of preservative, 5-10 parts of plasticizer, 0.1-0.3 part of pigment and 1150 parts of water;
the rubber powder consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of agar, 10-15 parts of gellan gum,
1-3 parts of carrageenan.
2. The novel cigarette bead wall material according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is glycerin.
3. The novel cigarette bead wall material according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is sodium dehydroacetate.
4. The novel cigarette bead wall material according to claim 1, wherein the water is pure water, and the TDS is less than or equal to 10.

The preparation method of the novel cigarette bead-explosion wall material is characterized by comprising the following steps of: according to the weight portions, 35 to 40 portions of rubber powder, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of preservative, 5 to 10 portions of plasticizer and 0.1 to 0.3 portion of pigment are weighed, 1150 portions of water are added into a liquid preparation tank, the water is heated to 70 to 80 ℃, the plasticizer, the preservative and the pigment are sequentially added under the condition of continuous stirring, the rubber powder is added after stirring for 2 to 5 minutes, the liquid preparation tank is closed after the rubber powder is added, and stirring reaction is carried out for 80 to 100 minutes at 80+/-2 ℃.
6. The method for preparing a novel cigarette bead wall material according to claim 5, wherein the stirring frequency is 50HZ.
7. The preparation method of the novel cigarette bead wall material according to claim 5, wherein the rubber powder comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of agar, 10-15 parts of gellan gum and 1-3 parts of carrageenan.
