根据该车辆,由于排气管道被设置在第一侧表面侧上,并且信号线路被设置在第二侧表面侧上,所以能够抑制从排气管道发出的热量到达信号线路。进一步,即使当由噪声产生的电磁波从高压线路发出到周围环境时,也能够抑制电磁波到达信号线路。
高压线路从容纳壳体的前表面朝向车辆的前侧或上侧延伸,并且信号线路被设置成从第二侧表面朝向车辆的后侧或上侧延伸。
根据该车辆,即使当由噪声产生的电磁波从高压线路发射到周围环境时,也抑制电磁波到达信号线路。
该车辆还包括地板面板,该地板面板将车辆的内部和车辆的外部分隔开。车载装置被设置在车辆的内部,并且地板面板设有通孔,信号线路经由该通孔进入车辆的内部。
根据该车辆,在信号线路的位于车辆内部的部分处,抑制了从排气管道发出的热量和来自高压线路的电磁波到达信号线路。

具体实施方式
将参照图1至图10描述根据第一实施例至第三实施例的车辆。在图1至图10中所示的构造中,相同或大致相同的构造被给予相同的附图标记,并且将不再重复描述。应当注意的是,在图2等中,“U”指示向上的方向,“D”指示向下的方向,“L”指示向左的方向,并且“R”指示向右的方向。
(第一实施例)
图1是示意性示出根据第一实施例的车辆1的示意图,蓄电装置被安装在该车辆1上。车辆1包括车辆本体2、蓄电装置3、驱动装置4、燃料箱5和ECU 20。车辆本体2包括形成车辆1的底部表面的地板面板6。发动机舱8和车厢9被形成在车辆本体2中。发动机舱8相对于车厢9被形成在前侧上。
车厢9例如是乘客在车上所要在的空间。在图1中示出的示例中,ECU 20被容纳在车厢9中。
驱动装置4包括发动机10、旋转电机MG1、MG2以及PCU 11。PCU 11包括例如两个逆变器和一个变换器。一个逆变器被电连接到旋转电机MG1,并且另一个逆变器被连接到旋转电机MG2。变换器被电连接到蓄电装置3。旋转电机MG2主要用作用于使驱动轮旋转的电动机,并且旋转电机MG1主要用作发电机。发动机10由从燃料箱5供应的燃料驱动,并且生成用于使驱动轮旋转的驱动力。ECU 20控制PCU 11和发动机10的驱动。
蓄电装置3和燃料箱5被设置在地板面板6的下表面上。燃料箱5相对于蓄电装置3被设置在后侧上。
图2是示出车辆1的底部表面的底视图,并且图3是示意性地示出蓄电装置3及其周围环境的构造的平面视图。
蓄电装置3包括容纳壳体40、蓄电模块41、电池ECU 42和接线盒43。
容纳壳体40包括前端表面50、后端表面51、侧表面52、侧表面53和倾斜的侧表面54。在图3中示出的示例中,侧表面52位于左侧上。侧表面53和倾斜的侧表面54被定位成与侧表面52相反,即位于右侧上。侧表面53和倾斜的侧表面54形成“第一侧表面”,并且侧表面52对应于“第二侧表面”。
应当注意的是,倾斜的侧表面54被连接到侧表面53的末端部,并且以随着倾斜的侧表面54朝向前侧延伸而更靠近侧表面52的方式倾斜。
蓄电模块41包括多个蓄电单元48A1、48A2、48B1、48B2。蓄电单元48A1、48A2、48B1、48B2设有在车辆1的宽度方向上介置于这些蓄电单元之间的空间。蓄电单元48A1、48A2、48B1、48B2彼此串联电连接。
应当注意的是,蓄电单元48A1、48A2、48B1、48B2中的每一个包括多个蓄电单体电池。蓄电单体电池在车辆1的前后方向上布置成排。每一个蓄电单体电池的示例包括:二次电池,诸如锂离子电池;电容器等。
电池ECU 42和接线盒43相对于蓄电模块41被设置在前侧上。
高压线路45A、45B和高压线路46A、46B被连接到接线盒43。高压线路45A、45B将接线盒43电连接到PCU 11。高压线路46A、46B将接线盒43电连接到蓄电模块41。继电器被设置在接线盒43中。接线盒43切换高压线路45A、45B和高压线路46A、46B的电连接。
包括信号线等的信号线路44被连接到电池ECU 42,并且将电池ECU 42电连接到ECU 20。
电池ECU 42接收从均设置在蓄电模块41中的温度传感器、电流传感器和电压传感器发送的信号,并且计算例如蓄电模块41的SOC。电池ECU 42通过信号线路44将信息(诸如计算出的SOC)发送到ECU 20。进一步,电池ECU 42通过信号线路44从ECU 20接收信号。基于从ECU 20接收到的信号,电池ECU 42控制接线盒43的驱动,以切换高压线路45A、45B和高压线路46A、46B的电连接。
电池ECU 42和接线盒43相对于蓄电模块41被设置在车辆1的前侧上。电池ECU 42相对于接线盒43被设置在侧表面52侧上。
车辆1包括排气管道30和冷却回路31。排气管道30被连接到发动机10。排气管道30被形成为延伸穿过地板面板6的下表面并朝向车辆1的后侧延伸。排气管道30被设置成穿过与倾斜的侧表面54和侧表面53相邻的位置,并且被形成为沿着倾斜的侧表面54和侧表面53延伸。
冷却回路31包括压缩机32、冷凝器33、接收器罐34、膨胀阀36A、36B、冷却管道37A、37B和多个冷却剂管道38A、38B、38C、38E。冷却剂C在冷却回路31中循环。冷却剂在流动方向D1上流动。
冷却剂管道38C和冷却管道37A被连接到膨胀阀36A,并且冷却剂管道38C被连接到接收器罐34。冷却剂管道38C和冷却管道37B被连接到膨胀阀36B。
冷却管道37A、37B被设置在蓄电模块41的下表面上,以冷却蓄电模块41。在流动方向D1上,冷却管道37A、37B的下游端被连接到冷却剂管道38E,并且冷却剂管道38E被连接到设置在蓄电装置3外部的压缩机32。
冷却剂管道38C和冷却剂管道38E从容纳壳体40的内部引出到容纳壳体40的外部,并且冷却剂管道38C、38E从容纳壳体40的前端表面50引出到外部。
信号线路44被连接到电池ECU 42。信号线路44被连接到设置在车辆本体2中的ECU20。
信号线路44被连接到电池ECU 42的位于侧表面52侧上的侧表面。信号线路44经由形成在容纳壳体40的侧表面52中的通孔61引出到容纳壳体40的外部。
图2中示出的通孔65被形成在地板面板6中。通孔65相对于容纳壳体40的后端表面51位于车辆1的前侧上。通孔65被形成在与容纳壳体40的侧表面52相邻的位置处。
经由通孔65引出到容纳壳体40外部的信号线路44被形成为朝向车辆1的后侧延伸。信号线路44经由通孔65进入车辆1的内部,并且被连接到ECU 20。因此,信号线路44被形成为沿着容纳壳体40的侧表面52延伸。
图4是从前端表面50侧观察时的蓄电装置3的前视图。容纳壳体40包括下表面56。信号线路44相对于下表面56位于上侧上。
通孔61在上下方向上相对于侧表面52的中心位于上侧上。应当注意的是,通孔65被形成在地板面板6中,并且因此相对于通孔61位于上侧上。信号线路44被设置成经由通孔61和通孔65延伸。信号线路44也在上下方向上相对于侧表面52的中心位于上侧上。排气管道30相对于下表面56位于上侧上。
在如上所述构造的车辆1中,当发动机10被驱动时,排气在排气管道30中流动。当排气在排气管道30中流动时,排气管道30的温度变高。
排气管道30沿着倾斜的侧表面54和侧表面53设置,该侧表面54和侧表面53中的每一个是容纳壳体40的右侧表面。另一方面,信号线路44沿着被定位成与倾斜的侧表面54和侧表面53相反的侧面52设置。
因此,即使当排气管道30的温度变高时,也能够抑制从排气管道30发出的热量到达信号线路44。特别地,由于信号线路44在上下方向上相对于侧表面52的中心位于上侧上,所以抑制了从排气管道30发出的热量到达信号线路44。
在图3中,当PCU 11被驱动时,设置在PCU 11中的逆变器被驱动。逆变器设有多个切换元件,诸如IGBT,并且当逆变器被驱动时,这些切换元件被驱动。通过驱动切换元件,产生了噪声。由于高压线路45A、45B被电连接到切换元件,所以切换元件中所产生的噪声也传播到高压线路45A、45B。
当噪声在高压线路45A、45B中传播时,由噪声产生的电磁波也被发出到高压线路45A、45B的周围环境。
这里,高压线路45A、45B从容纳壳体40的前端表面50引出到容纳壳体40的外部,而信号线路44被设置在侧表面52侧上。
因此,即使当由噪声产生的电磁波从高压线路45A、45B发出到容纳壳体40外部的周围环境时,也能够抑制电磁波到达信号线路44。
如上所述,在根据本实施例的车辆1中,能够抑制从排气管道30发出的热量对信号线路44的影响,并且能够抑制从高压线路45A、45B发出的电磁波对信号线路44的影响。
进一步,高压线路45A、45B被形成为从前端表面50朝向前侧延伸,并且信号线路44被形成为从形成在侧表面52中的通孔61朝向后侧延伸。因此,即使当电磁波从高压线路45A、45B发出到周围环境时,电磁波也不太可能到达信号线路44。
如图4等中所示,信号线路44经由形成在地板面板6中的通孔65引入到车辆的内部,并且被连接到设置在车辆中的ECU 20。因此,抑制了来自排气管道30的热量和来自高压线路45A、45B的电磁波对信号线路44的位于车辆内部的部分的影响。
这里,在图3中,传送到高压线路45A、45B的噪声可能通过接线盒43而在高压线路46A、46B中传播。当噪声在高压线路46A、46B中传播时,由噪声产生的电磁波从容纳壳体40中的高压线路46A、46B发出。
在这种情况下,在图3中,信号线路44经由通孔61从电池ECU 42的在侧表面52侧上的侧表面立即引出到容纳壳体40的外部。因此,只有非常小部分的信号线路44位于容纳壳体40中。因此,即使当电磁波从驱动装置4中的高压线路46A、46B发出时,也能够抑制电磁波到达容纳壳体40中的信号线路44。
(第二实施例)
将参照图5等描述根据第二实施例的车辆1A。图5是示出安装在车辆1A上的蓄电装置3A及其周围环境的构造的侧视图,图6是示出蓄电装置3A及其周围环境的构造的平面视图。
在车辆1A中,蓄电装置3A被设置成与地板面板6的下表面分离。应当注意的是,蓄电装置3A通过固定构件(未示出)被固定到地板面板6。因此,在蓄电装置3A的上表面57和地板面板6的下表面之间形成有空间。
在图5中示出的示例中,高压线路45A、45B从蓄电装置3的后端表面51引出到外部。高压线路45A、45B被弯曲成朝向上侧延伸,并且被设置在上表面57的上方。高压线路45A、45B被形成为朝向车辆1A的前侧延伸。
另一方面,信号线路44被形成为从蓄电装置3A的侧表面52引出,然后朝向车辆1A的后侧延伸。
进一步,信号线路44被形成为朝向上侧延伸,并且经由形成在地板面板6中的通孔65被连接到ECU 20。
图7是示意性示出蓄电装置3A及其内部构造的平面视图。在蓄电装置3A中,接线盒43相对于蓄电模块41被设置在后侧上。高压线路46A被连接到蓄电单元48B1的后端,并且高压线路46B被连接到蓄电单元48A2的后端。
高压线路45A、45B被连接到接线盒43,并且从后端表面51引出到外部。
应当注意的是,也在车辆1A中,排气管道30被设置成沿着蓄电装置3的倾斜的侧表面54和侧表面53延伸。
在如此构造的车辆1A中,排气管道30被设置在倾斜的侧表面54和侧表面53侧上,而信号线路44被设置在侧表面52侧上。因此,即使当排气管道30的温度变高时,也抑制来自排气管道30的热量到达信号线路44。
另外,由于信号线路44被设置在侧表面52侧上,并且高压线路45A、45B被设置在上表面57侧上,所以抑制了从高压线路45A、45B发出的噪声到达信号线路44。
(第三实施例)
将参照图8等描述根据第三实施例的车辆1B。图8是示意性示出根据第三实施例的车辆1B的侧视图,并且图9是示意性示出车辆1B的平面视图。
车辆1B包括蓄电装置3B。在蓄电装置3B中,高压线路45A、45B被形成为从蓄电装置3B的前端表面50引出到外部,并且然后朝向上侧延伸。应当注意的是,信号线路44和排气管道30以与第一实施例和第二实施例中相同的方式被设置。
在如此构造的车辆1B中,由于高压线路45A、45B被形成为从前端表面50引出,然后立即朝向上侧延伸,所以高压线路45A、45B在上下方向上与信号线路44分离。因此,即使当噪声从高压线路45A、45B发出时,也抑制噪声到达信号线路44。
图10是示出变型例的侧视图。在图10中示出的车辆1C中,信号线路44被形成为从蓄电装置3C的侧表面52引出到外部,并且然后朝向上侧延伸。通过以这种方式设置信号线路44,信号线路44的位于地板面板6下方的长度能够较短。因此,能够抑制来自高压线路45A、45B的噪声进入信号线路44。

Claims (3)

1.一种车辆,包括:
蓄电装置;
内燃机;
排气管道,所述排气管道被连接到所述内燃机;以及
车载装置,所述车载装置被设置在所述蓄电装置的外部,其中
所述蓄电装置包括:
容纳壳体,所述容纳壳体包括前表面、后表面、第一侧表面和第二侧表面,所述第二侧表面被定位成与所述第一侧表面相反,
蓄电模块,所述蓄电模块被容纳在所述容纳壳体中,
高压线路,所述高压线路被连接到所述蓄电模块并且从所述前表面或所述后表面引出到所述容纳壳体的外部,
电子装置,所述电子装置被容纳在所述容纳壳体中,以及
信号线路,所述信号线路被连接到所述电子装置和所述车载装置,所述信号线路是如下的信号线路:要由所述电子装置或所述车载装置接收或发送的信号在该信号线路中传播,
所述排气管道被设置在与所述第一侧表面相邻的位置处,并且
所述信号线路从所述第二侧表面引出到所述容纳壳体的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中:
所述高压线路从所述容纳壳体的所述前表面朝向所述车辆的前侧或上侧延伸,并且
所述信号线路被设置成从所述第二侧表面朝向所述车辆的后侧或上侧延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,还包括地板面板,所述地板面板将所述车辆的内部和所述车辆的外部分隔开,其中
所述车载装置被设置在所述车辆的内部,并且
所述地板面板设有通孔,所述信号线路经由所述通孔进入所述车辆的内部。
