Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型铝箔纸及其生产方法,包括复合胶水、再生基纸、铝箔,再生基纸和铝箔通过复合胶水粘合,不但纸张环保,胶水也十分环保,且成品具有复合香味可对包装内的香烟熏染,提升香烟的品质和口感,且能有效的防止香烟发霉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型铝箔纸及其生产方法,属于铝箔纸加工技术领域。
背景技术
铝箔纸是指由铝箔衬纸与铝箔裱糊粘合而成的纸。质软容易变型,如纸一样,而且变形后不反弹。可以定性,保证遮光,不会掉落,不透光,无污染,价钱便宜. 供高级卷烟、糖果等食品防潮和装饰包装用。铝箔纸在香烟上的应用最为广泛,但是传统的铝箔纸功能单一,且使用材料并不环保,不能有效提高香烟的品质。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种环保型铝箔纸及其生产方法。
本发明的方案如下:一种环保型铝箔纸,包括复合胶水、再生基纸、铝箔,所述复合胶水按重量计各组分分别为糯米75~95份、白乳胶3~4份、去离子水30~40份、苯甲酸钠2~3份,单宁酸0 .5~1份、杜松精油0.5~1份、广藿香精油0.2~1份、薄荷精油1~2份,优选的,所述复合胶水按重量计各组分分别为糯米85份、白乳胶3.5份、去离子水35份、苯甲酸钠2.5份,单宁酸0.6份、杜松精油0.7份、广藿香精油0.4份、薄荷精油1.5份,所述复合胶水的生产工艺如下,S1、将糯米洗净,在去离子水中浸泡24h以上;将经过浸泡的糯米在90 ~ 100℃蒸煮10 ~ 20min; S2、将蒸煮后的糯米研磨过滤后,加入苯甲酸钠,单宁酸在90 ~ 95℃进行糊化,糊化成胶状糯米淀粉; S3、向上一步得到的糯米淀粉中加入杜松精油、广藿香精油、薄荷精油充分混合,制得复合胶水,所述再生纸浆的生产工艺如下,收集废弃的纸张通过粉碎机粉碎成废纸粉末,将废纸粉末按照每升5%氢氧化钠溶液配比废纸粉末30-40g,反复搅拌清洗后用清水冲洗至废纸粉末为黄白色,充分洗去废纸中的油墨和酯类,并通入蒸汽,加热至温度为70-100℃后所得纸浆从过氧化氢漂白塔漂白反应结束后,纸浆在塔底加水稀释后排出,并经洗涤后得漂白浆;取上述步骤中所得的漂白浆加入反应釜中,每升白浆加入2g薄荷精油、丁香精油0.7g、连翘精油0.4g,搅拌均匀后升温至60℃得到纸浆,将纸浆制成再生基纸,所述环保型铝箔纸制备方法如下,第一步、将再生基纸和铝箔分别放入放料架上,同时传送至涂覆有复合胶水的胶辊机之间进行粘合;第二步、将粘合的铝箔纸继续传送至贴合辊,另外将再生基纸传送至贴合辊,通过热力作用,将再生基纸复合至铝箔层的表面;第三步、将复合的铝箔纸传送至成型压辊中进行压合,使得再生基纸和铝箔之间贴合的更加牢固;第四步、将成型的铝箔纸放入压花机之间进行压花,铝箔纸各层均附上压花标样进行防伪,最后裁剪包装即得环保型铝箔纸。
本发明的有益效果:本发明不但纸张环保,胶水也十分环保,且成品具有复合香味可对包装内的香烟熏染,提升香烟的品质和口感,且能有效的防止香烟发霉。
具体实施方式
一种环保型铝箔纸,包括复合胶水、再生基纸、铝箔,所述复合胶水按重量计各组分分别为糯米75~95份、白乳胶3~4份、去离子水30~40份、苯甲酸钠2~3份,单宁酸0 .5~1份、杜松精油0.5~1份、广藿香精油0.2~1份、薄荷精油1~2份,优选的,所述复合胶水按重量计各组分分别为糯米85份、白乳胶3.5份、去离子水35份、苯甲酸钠2.5份,单宁酸0.6份、杜松精油0.7份、广藿香精油0.4份、薄荷精油1.5份,所述复合胶水的生产工艺如下,S1、将糯米洗净,在去离子水中浸泡24h以上;将经过浸泡的糯米在90 ~ 100℃蒸煮10 ~ 20min; S2、将蒸煮后的糯米研磨过滤后,加入苯甲酸钠,单宁酸在90 ~ 95℃进行糊化,糊化成胶状糯米淀粉; S3、向上一步得到的糯米淀粉中加入杜松精油、广藿香精油、薄荷精油充分混合,制得复合胶水,所述再生纸浆的生产工艺如下,收集废弃的纸张通过粉碎机粉碎成废纸粉末,将废纸粉末按照每升5%氢氧化钠溶液配比废纸粉末30-40g,反复搅拌清洗后用清水冲洗至废纸粉末为黄白色,充分洗去废纸中的油墨和酯类,并通入蒸汽,加热至温度为70-100℃后所得纸浆从过氧化氢漂白塔漂白反应结束后,纸浆在塔底加水稀释后排出,并经洗涤后得漂白浆;取上述步骤中所得的漂白浆加入反应釜中,每升白浆加入2g薄荷精油、丁香精油0.7g、连翘精油0.4g,搅拌均匀后升温至60℃得到纸浆,将纸浆制成再生基纸,所述环保型铝箔纸制备方法如下,第一步、将再生基纸和铝箔分别放入放料架上,同时传送至涂覆有复合胶水的胶辊机之间进行粘合;第二步、将粘合的铝箔纸继续传送至贴合辊,另外将再生基纸传送至贴合辊,通过热力作用,将再生基纸复合至铝箔层的表面;第三步、将复合的铝箔纸传送至成型压辊中进行压合,使得再生基纸和铝箔之间贴合的更加牢固;第四步、将成型的铝箔纸放入压花机之间进行压花,铝箔纸各层均附上压花标样进行防伪,最后裁剪包装即得环保型铝箔纸。

1.一种环保型铝箔纸,包括复合胶水、再生基纸、铝箔,其特征在于:所述复合胶水按重量计各组分分别为糯米75~95份、白乳胶3~4份、去离子水30~40份、苯甲酸钠2~3份,单宁酸0.5~1份、杜松精油0.5~1份、广藿香精油0.2~1份、薄荷精油1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保型铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述复合胶水按重量计各组分分别为糯米85份、白乳胶3.5份、去离子水35份、苯甲酸钠2.5份,单宁酸0.6份、杜松精油0.7份、广藿香精油0.4份、薄荷精油1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种环保型铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述复合胶水的生产工艺如下,
S1、将糯米洗净,在去离子水中浸泡24h以上;将经过浸泡的糯米在90 ~ 100℃蒸煮10~ 20min;
S2、将蒸煮后的糯米研磨过滤后,加入苯甲酸钠,单宁酸在90 ~ 95℃进行糊化,糊化成胶状糯米淀粉;
S3、向上一步得到的糯米淀粉中加入杜松精油、广藿香精油、薄荷精油充分混合,制得复合胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种环保型铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述再生纸浆的生产工艺如下,收集废弃的纸张通过粉碎机粉碎成废纸粉末,将废纸粉末按照每升5%氢氧化钠溶液配比废纸粉末30-40g,反复搅拌清洗后用清水冲洗至废纸粉末为黄白色,充分洗去废纸中的油墨和酯类,并通入蒸汽,加热至温度为70-100℃后所得纸浆从过氧化氢漂白塔漂白反应结束后,纸浆在塔底加水稀释后排出,并经洗涤后得漂白浆;取上述步骤中所得的漂白浆加入反应釜中,每升白浆加入2g薄荷精油、丁香精油0.7g、连翘精油0.4g,搅拌均匀后升温至60℃得到纸浆,将纸浆制成再生基纸。
5.根据1-4任意一项权利要求所述一种环保型铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述环保型铝箔纸制备方法如下,
第一步、将再生基纸和铝箔分别放入放料架上,同时传送至涂覆有复合胶水的胶辊机之间进行粘合;
第二步、将粘合的铝箔纸继续传送至贴合辊,另外将再生基纸传送至贴合辊,通过热力作用,将再生基纸复合至铝箔层的表面;
第三步、将复合的铝箔纸传送至成型压辊中进行压合,使得再生基纸和铝箔之间贴合的更加牢固;
第四步、将成型的铝箔纸放入压花机之间进行压花,铝箔纸各层均附上压花标样进行防伪,最后裁剪包装即得环保型铝箔纸。
