本发明公开了一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂及其合成方法和应用,以结构为如II所示的氨基改性硅油和CS2、NaOH反应,合成结构为I所示的新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂。本发明使用大分子螯合剂,可以进一步防止浸出和流失。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螯合剂,具体是一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂及其合成方法和应用。
背景技术
生活垃圾焚烧飞灰成分复杂,主要污染物质为具有高浸出毒性的重金属,对环境有着严重的危害。重金属在环境中不断迁移、转化、被污染的土壤和水环境无法通过自身的净化作用实现消除,且不能被微生物分解,并会通过生物链富集,因此飞灰处理不当而导致其中的污染物重金属流失到环境中,会对人体健康和自然环境产生严重的危害。常用的焚烧飞灰处理技术有两种:水泥固化和化学药剂稳定化。化学药剂稳定化是用化学药剂通过化学反应将飞灰中的重金属变成不溶于水的无机矿物质或高分子螯合物,使它们成为难溶、难迁移的物质。飞灰螯合剂的使用种类、配方、添加比例均直接影响飞灰稳定化效果。现行的重金属螯合剂主要是福美钠或福美钾,属于小分子化合物,容易浸出和流失。因此,本发明提供了一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂及其合成方法和应用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂及其合成方法和应用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂,以结构为如II所示的氨基改性硅油和CS2、NaOH反应,合成结构为I所示的新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂,

作为本发明进一步的方案:所述重金属螯合剂应用于垃圾飞灰中重金属的浸出。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述垃圾飞灰中重金属浸出的浸出液按照HJ/T 300进行重金属含量的分析。
一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂的合成方法,合成过程具体如下:以氨基值为0.5~1mmol/g的氨基硅油为原料,以氨基硅油中的氨基含量为基准,加入1~1.5当量的0.1mol/LNaOH水溶液、0.001~0.01当量的四丁基氯化铵,将上述原料进行搅拌,搅拌过程中加入0.8~1当量的CS2,室温下搅拌反应6~10h,既得新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂溶液。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:氨基硅油的氨基值为0.7mmol/g。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:0.1mol/LNaOH水溶液当量为1.2。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:四丁基氯化铵当量为0.005。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用大分子螯合剂,可以进一步防止浸出和流失。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂,以结构为如II所示的氨基改性硅油和CS2、NaOH反应,合成结构为I所示的新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂。

合成方法:氨基值为0.5mmol/g的氨基硅油为原料,以氨基硅油中的氨基含量为基准,加入1当量的0.1mol/LNaOH水溶液,0.001当量的四丁基氯化铵,将上述原料进行搅拌,搅拌过程中加入0.8当量的CS2,室温下搅拌反应6h,既得新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂溶液。
实施例2
一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂,以结构为如II所示的氨基改性硅油和CS2、NaOH反应,合成结构为I所示的新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂。

合成方法:氨基值为0.6mmol/g的氨基硅油为原料,以氨基硅油中的氨基含量为基准,加入1.2当量的0.1mol/LNaOH水溶液,0.002当量的四丁基氯化铵,将上述原料进行搅拌,搅拌过程中加入0.9当量的CS2,室温下搅拌反应8h,既得新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂溶液。
实施例3
一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂,以结构为如II所示的氨基改性硅油和CS2、NaOH反应,合成结构为I所示的新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂。

合成方法:氨基值为1mmol/g的氨基硅油为原料,以氨基硅油中的氨基含量为基准,加入1.5当量的0.1mol/LNaOH水溶液,0.01当量的四丁基氯化铵,将上述原料进行搅拌,搅拌过程中加入1当量的CS2,室温下搅拌反应10h,既得新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂溶液。
上述一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂的应用实例:
取上述垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂溶液10g,加60g水稀释,混合均匀。然后把稀释后溶液与300g垃圾飞灰混合搅拌10min,放置12h后取样,按照HJ/T 300进行浸出液中重金属含量的分析,测得数据为:汞0.02mg/L、铜32mg/L、铅0.12mg/L、钡21mg/L、镍0.3mg/L 和砷0.2mg/L。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂,其特征在于,所述重金属螯合剂应用于垃圾飞灰中重金属的浸出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂,其特征在于,所述垃圾飞灰中重金属浸出的浸出液按照HJ/T 300进行重金属含量的分析。
4.一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂的合成方法,用于合成权利要求1所述的重金属螯合剂,其特征在于,合成过程具体如下:以氨基值为0.5~1mmol/g的氨基硅油为原料,以氨基硅油中的氨基含量为基准,加入1~1.5当量的0.1mol/LNaOH水溶液、0.001~0.01当量的四丁基氯化铵,将上述原料进行搅拌,搅拌过程中加入0.8~1当量的CS2,室温下搅拌反应6~10h,既得新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂溶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂的合成方法,其特征在于,氨基硅油的氨基值为0.7mmol/g。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂的合成方法,其特征在于,0.1mol/LNaOH水溶液当量为1.2。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型垃圾飞灰重金属螯合剂的合成方法,其特征在于,四丁基氯化铵当量为0.005。
