5. The elastin peptide component of claim 2 and method of making the same, comprising: the proportion of the caprylyl glycol composition (0.4%) comprises caprylyl glycol (50%) and 1, 2-hexanediol (50%).

The elastin peptide component of claim 2 and method of making the same, comprising: the glycerol composition (0.001%) comprises water (50%), glycerol (46%), wild soybean protein (1%), superoxide dismutase (SOD) (1%), dextran sulfate sodium (1%), phenoxyethanol (0.7%), ethylhexyl glycerol (0.1%), sodium benzoate (0.1%), potassium sorbate (0.1%), and the hexyldecanol composition (0.001%) comprises hexyldecanol (84%), bisabolol (5%), N-palmitoyl hydroxyproline cetyl ester (5%), stearic acid (5%) and brassinols (1%).
