The invention aims to provide a composition capable of improving immunity and a preparation method thereof, the composition can improve the immunity of organisms and sleep quality, is suitable for being taken before sleep, and is wide in applicable crowd range.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a composition for enhancing immunity comprises, by weight, 1-6 parts of collagen peptide, 1-6 parts of ossein peptide, 0.03-0.25 part of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.0005-0.007 part of walnut peptide and 0.0007-0.004 part of spina date seed extract.
The collagen peptide is selected from one or more of fish collagen peptide and albumin polypeptide.
The beverage also comprises 2 to 5 portions of maltodextrin, 0.05 to 0.55 portion of malic acid, 0.01 to 0.045 portion of sucralose and 0.015 to 0.51 portion of essence according to the weight portion.
Preferably, the composition for enhancing immunity comprises, by weight, 2.3-5.5 parts of collagen peptide, 2.3-5.5 parts of ossein peptide, 0.08-0.16 part of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.0008-0.004 part of walnut peptide, 0.001-0.003 part of spina date seed extract, 2.8-4.2 parts of maltodextrin, 0.1-0.45 part of malic acid, 0.018-0.036 part of sucralose and 0.15-0.35 part of essence.
Preferably, the composition for enhancing immunity comprises, by weight, 2.86 parts of fish collagen peptide, 0.89 part of albumin polypeptide, 2.75 parts of bone collagen peptide, 0.2 part of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001 part of walnut peptide, 0.001 part of spina date seed extract, 2.768 parts of maltodextrin, 0.3 part of malic acid, 0.025 part of sucralose and 0.205 part of essence.
Preferably, the composition for enhancing immunity comprises, by weight, 3.25 parts of fish collagen peptide, 3.25 parts of bone collagen peptide, 0.1 part of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001 part of walnut peptide, 0.001 part of spina date seed extract, 2.868 parts of maltodextrin, 0.3 part of malic acid, 0.025 part of sucralose and 0.205 part of essence.
The essence is red date essence and orange bitter taste masking essence.
A method for preparing the composition for enhancing immunity comprises the step of uniformly mixing the components to obtain the composition.
The mixing method comprises the step of mixing the walnut peptide, the spina date seed extract and the maltodextrin by adopting an equivalent incremental method.
The mixing times in the equivalent incremental method are 2-7 times; the time for each equivalent incremental mixing is 5-10 min.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the composition for enhancing immunity, the collagen peptide, the bone collagen peptide and the walnut peptide are cooperated to improve the immunity of an organism and enhance the immunity of a human body; the gamma-aminobutyric acid and the spina date seed extract prolong the sleep time and improve the sleep quality; the components are cooperated to achieve the optimal effect of enhancing the immunity by improving the proportion of the collagen peptide, the ossein peptide, the gamma-aminobutyric acid and the spina date seed extract. And the content of gamma-aminobutyric acid and wild jujube seed extract is reduced, so that the composition is suitable for daily administration.
2. The composition for enhancing immunity provided by the invention does not contain fungi, does not have allergen, and is wide in applicable population range.
3. According to the composition for enhancing immunity, the malic acid, the sucralose and the essence are added according to a specific proportion, so that the unique fishy smell of the peptide is covered, the product has good taste and flavor, and the composition is easily accepted by the public.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: 5g of fish collagen peptide, 4.5g of bone collagen peptide, 0.16g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.005g of walnut peptide and 0.001g of spina date seed extract are uniformly mixed to obtain the composition 1.
The application and dosage are as follows: is taken once a day, 10g each time, with 200-300ml warm water.

The embodiment provides a composition for enhancing immunity, which comprises 3.25g of fish collagen peptide, 3.25g of ossein peptide, 0.1g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001g of walnut peptide, 0.001g of spina date seed extract, 2.868g of maltodextrin, 0.3g of malic acid, 0.025g of sucralose, 0.2g of red date essence and 0.005g of orange taste bitter taste masking essence.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 3.25g of fish collagen peptide, 3.25g of bone collagen peptide, 0.1g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001g of walnut peptide, 0.001g of spina date seed extract, 2.868g of maltodextrin, 0.3g of malic acid, 0.025g of sucralose, 0.2g of red date essence and 0.005g of orange taste bitter-masking essence for later use;
(2) mixing 0.001g of walnut peptide and 0.001g of maltodextrin for 10min to obtain a premix 1, mixing the premix 1 and 0.002g of maltodextrin for 10min to obtain a premix 2, mixing the premix 2 and 0.004g of maltodextrin for 10min to obtain a premix 3, and mixing the premix 3 and 0.008g of maltodextrin for 10min to obtain a mixture A2;

The embodiment provides a composition for enhancing immunity, which comprises 6g of fish collagen peptide, 1g of ossein peptide, 0.08g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.004g of walnut peptide, 0.003g of spina date seed extract, 2.631g of maltodextrin, 0.1g of malic acid, 0.03g of sucralose, 0.15g of red date essence and 0.002g of orange taste bitter masking essence. The preparation was carried out in the same manner as in example 2 to obtain composition 4.
The application and dosage are as follows: is taken once a day, 10g each time, with 200-300ml warm water.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a composition for enhancing immunity, which comprises 2.3g of fish collagen peptide, 5.5g of ossein peptide, 0.16g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.002g of walnut peptide, 0.002g of spina date seed extract, 1.486g of maltodextrin, 0.4g of malic acid, 0.04g of sucralose, 0.1g of red date essence and 0.01g of orange taste bitter masking essence. The preparation was carried out in the same manner as in example 2 to obtain composition 5.
The application and dosage are as follows: is taken once a day, 10g each time, with 200-300ml warm water.
Example 6
The embodiment provides a composition for enhancing immunity, which comprises 1.7g of fish collagen peptide, 4.1g of albumin peptide, 1.37g of bone collagen peptide, 0.16g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.0005g of walnut peptide, 0.004g of spina date seed extract, 1.6685g of maltodextrin, 0.55g of malic acid, 0.04g of sucralose, 0.4g of red date essence and 0.007g of orange taste bitter masking essence. The procedure is as in example 3 to give composition 6.
The application and dosage are as follows: is taken once a day, 10g each time, with 200-300ml warm water.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides a composition for enhancing immunity, which comprises 3g of fish collagen peptide, 3.25g of ossein peptide, 0.3g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001g of walnut peptide, 0.001g of spina date seed extract, 2.918g of maltodextrin, 0.3g of malic acid, 0.025g of sucralose, 0.2g of red date essence and 0.005g of orange taste bitter taste masking essence. The preparation method is the same as that of example 2, and composition 7 is obtained.
The application and dosage are as follows: is taken once a day, 10g each time, with 200-300ml warm water.
The comparative example differs from example 2 in the ratio of fish collagen peptide to gamma-aminobutyric acid.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides a composition for enhancing immunity, which comprises 3.25g of fish collagen peptide, 0.1g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001g of walnut peptide, 0.001g of spina date seed extract, 6.118g of maltodextrin, 0.3g of malic acid, 0.025g of sucralose, 0.2g of red date essence and 0.005g of orange taste bitter masking essence. The preparation method is the same as that of example 2, and composition 8 is obtained.
The application and dosage are as follows: is taken once a day, 10g each time, with 200-300ml warm water.
The comparative example differs from example 2 in that no collagen peptide was added.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides a composition for enhancing immunity, which comprises 3.25g of fish collagen peptide, 3.25g of ossein peptide, 0.1g of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001g of spina date seed extract, 2.869g of maltodextrin, 0.3g of malic acid, 0.025g of sucralose, 0.2g of red date essence and 0.005g of orange taste bitter masking essence. The preparation method is the same as that of example 2, and composition 9 is obtained.
The application and dosage are as follows: is taken once a day, 10g each time, with 200-300ml warm water.
The comparative example differs from example 2 in that no walnut peptide was added.
Experimental example immunoregulation experiment for immune-suppressed mice
110 clean female BLAC/c mice, 18-22g, were fed on a standard diet for one week prior to the experiment, and the 110 week mice were randomly divided into 11 groups of 10 mice each, one week after the pre-feeding, and the groups were listed in Table 1. The mice of the blank control group were intraperitoneally injected with 0.2mL of physiological saline, and the mice of the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with 0.2mL of cyclophosphamide (80mg/kg), once a day for 3 consecutive days, to prepare a mouse immunosuppressive model.
From day 4, the official test period was entered. The recommended dosage for human body is 10g/70kg body weight per day, calculated as mouse dose, and the dosage of the low, medium and high dose groups of composition 2 and composition 3 is 0.75g/kg, 1.5g/kg and 4.5g/kg body weight respectively, and the administration is performed by gavage 1 time per day for 28 days. The blank control group and the model control group are filled with 0.2mL of sterilized normal saline every time.

1. Delayed allergic reaction test

As can be seen from table 2, the weight difference between compositions 2 and 6 was significantly higher than that of the blank control group and that of compositions 7 to 9, indicating that the test results of compositions 2 and 6 were positive, and the test results of composition 3 were positive in the low dose group, the medium dose group and the high dose group.
ConA-induced splenic lymphocyte transformation experiments in mice
28 days after administration, each group of mice was aseptically splenized to prepare spleen cell suspensions, and the spleen cell concentrations were adjusted to 3X 10 by using RPMI1640 culture medium6The lymphocyte proliferation reaction was carried out according to the MTT method in the program, and the OD value was finally measured at a wavelength of 570mm on a 721 spectrophotometer. The results of the experiment are shown in FIG. 3.

As can be seen from table 3, the OD values of compositions 2 to 6 were significantly higher than those of the blank control group and higher than those of compositions 7 to 9, indicating that the experimental results of compositions 2 to 6 were positive, and the assay results of composition 3 were positive in the low dose group, the medium dose group and the high dose group.
3. Carbon clearance test of mice
On day 28, each group of mice was injected with 0.1mL/10g of India ink (4-fold dilution) into the tail vein sequentially, and 20. mu.L of the ink was collected from the inner border after the injection of the ink for 2 and 10min, and rapidly added to 2mL of 0.1% sodium carbonate solution and shaken, and the absorbance value was measured at 600mmc using 752-C UV-visible spectrophotometer, and the mice livers and spleens were weighed at the same time, and the phagocytosis index (a) was calculated according to the formula, and the experimental results are shown in Table 4

As can be seen from table 3, the phagocytic indexes of the compositions 2 to 6 were significantly higher than those of the blank control group and higher than those of the compositions 7 to 9, indicating that the experimental results of the compositions 2 to 6 were positive, and the assay results of the low dose group, the medium dose group and the high dose group of the composition 3 were positive.
Judging the immunity enhancing function according to the detection and evaluation technical specification of the health food: the composition has positive results in any two aspects of cellular immune function, humoral immune function, monocyte-macrophage function and NK cell activity, the tested sample can be judged to have the effect of enhancing the immune function, and the experimental results show that the composition has the effect of enhancing the immune function.

The composition for enhancing immunity is characterized by comprising 1-6 parts by weight of collagen peptide, 1-6 parts by weight of ossein peptide, 0.03-0.25 part by weight of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.0005-0.007 part by weight of walnut peptide and 0.0007-0.004 part by weight of spina date seed extract.
2. The composition for enhancing immunity according to claim 1, wherein the collagen peptide is selected from one or more of fish collagen peptide and albumin polypeptide.
3. The composition for enhancing immunity according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 2 to 5 parts by weight of maltodextrin, 0.05 to 0.55 part by weight of malic acid, 0.01 to 0.045 part by weight of sucralose and 0.015 to 0.51 part by weight of essence.

The composition for enhancing immunity according to claim 3, which comprises 2.3-5.5 parts by weight of collagen peptide, 2.3-5.5 parts by weight of ossein peptide, 0.08-0.16 part by weight of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.0008-0.004 part by weight of walnut peptide, 0.001-0.003 part by weight of spina date seed extract, 2.8-4.2 parts by weight of maltodextrin, 0.1-0.45 part by weight of malic acid, 0.018-0.036 part by weight of sucralose and 0.15-0.35 part by weight of essence.

The composition for enhancing immunity according to claim 3, which comprises 3.25 parts by weight of fish collagen peptide, 3.25 parts by weight of bone collagen peptide, 0.1 part by weight of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.001 part by weight of walnut peptide, 0.001 part by weight of spina date seed extract, 2.868 parts by weight of maltodextrin, 0.3 part by weight of malic acid, 0.025 part by weight of sucralose and 0.205 part by weight of essence.
7. The composition for enhancing immunity according to claim 1, wherein the flavors are red date flavor and orange taste bitter taste masking flavor.
8. A method of preparing the composition for enhancing immunity according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising mixing the components to obtain the composition.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the mixing step comprises mixing the walnut peptide and the spine date seed extract with maltodextrin using an equal increment method.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the number of mixing in the equivalent incremental method is 2 to 7; the time for each equivalent incremental mixing is 5-10 min.
