Abstract

本发明提供一种电镀滚桶导电线及其生产工艺,该电镀滚桶导电线包括紫铜棒A和紫铜棒B,紫铜棒A一端设有成螺纹外牙;紫铜棒B设有与紫铜棒A一端外牙配合的内牙;紫铜棒A的另一端头车空,并与电缆线端子相连;紫铜棒A外侧压注成型有一圈塑胶套。通过用直径0.15‑0.20mm的铜导线将紫铜棒A一端头车成螺纹外牙,另一端头车空;再将紫铜棒B车出与将紫铜棒A上螺纹外牙配合的内牙;紫铜棒A带螺纹外牙的一端头与油压机压紧连接,车空的另一端头与电缆线端子组装,一同吊装在成型模具中,加入聚胺脂及配料压注成型;在紫铜棒B一端头上连接增加密封圈。本发明工艺简单,方便更换导点头,导电线一次成型。制备的导电线耐磨性好,柔韧性高,使用寿命长。

一种电镀滚桶导电线及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于电力设备技术领域,具体涉及一种电镀滚桶导电线及其生产工艺。
背景技术
电镀滚桶是滚镀工艺设备的核心部件,滚桶内工件的电镀主要靠阴极的电流作用,使金属离子聚集在工件表面并形成镀层。现有技术的电镀滚桶导电线其结构一般包括导电头、连接片和设置在导电头和连接片之间的导电线,使用时导电线受力容易变形,变形后较难还原,导电线变形时会导致导电头翘起,导电头容易烧焦,不但会影响电镀质量,而且会降低整个电镀滚桶导电线的使用寿命。而且普通导电线生产工艺简单,实用性差,成本高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种电镀滚桶导电线及其生产工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种电镀滚桶导电线,包括紫铜棒A和紫铜棒B,所述紫铜棒A一端设有成螺纹外牙;所述紫铜棒B设有与紫铜棒A一端外牙配合的内牙;所述紫铜棒A的另一端头车空,并与电缆线端子相连;所述紫铜棒A外侧压注成型有一圈塑胶套。
进一步的,所述紫铜棒A的长度可两端无限延长。
进一步的,所述紫铜棒B一端头上可加设密封圈。
进一步的,所述紫铜棒A的直径为18mm。
进一步的,所述紫铜棒B的直径为40mm,高度为60mm。
进一步的,所述外牙和内牙为m16。
进一步的,所述电缆线端子的规格有 35、50、70、95、120。
本发明还提供了一种电镀滚桶导电线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)用直径0.15-0.20mm的铜导线将紫铜棒A一端头车成螺纹外牙,另一端头车空;
(2)再将紫铜棒B车出与将紫铜棒A上螺纹外牙配合的内牙;
(3)紫铜棒A带螺纹外牙的一端头与油压机压紧连接,车空的另一端头与电缆线端子组装,一同吊装在成型模具中,加入聚胺脂及配料压注成型;即得电镀滚桶导电线。
进一步的,所述配料包括抗磨剂和稀释剂。
有益效果:本发明工艺简单,方便更换导点头,导电线一次成型。制备的导电线耐磨性好,柔韧性高,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
以下参照具体的实施例来说明本发明。本领域技术人员能够理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,其不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
一种电镀滚桶导电线,如图1和图2所示,包括紫铜棒A(1)和紫铜棒B(2),紫铜棒A(1)一端设有成螺纹外牙(3);紫铜棒B设有与紫铜棒A(1)一端外牙(3)配合的内牙(4);紫铜棒A(1)的另一端头车空,并与电缆线端子(6)相连;紫铜棒A(1)外侧压注成型有一圈塑胶套(5)。其中,紫铜棒A(1)的长度可两端无限延长;紫铜棒A(1)的直径为18mm,紫铜棒B(2)的直径为40mm,高度为60mm;外牙(3)和内牙(4)为m16。
其中,电缆线端子的规格有 35、50、70、95、120。
上述电镀滚桶导电线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用直径18mm紫铜棒A,用直径0.15-0.20mm的铜导线将紫铜棒A一端头车成螺纹外牙,另一端头车空;
(2)再选用40mm的紫铜棒B,紫铜棒B车出与将紫铜棒A上螺纹外牙配合的m16的内牙;
(3)紫铜棒A带螺纹外牙的一端头与油压机压紧连接,车空的另一端头与电缆线端子组装,一同吊装在成型模具中,加入聚胺脂及配料压注成型;
(4)在直径40mm的紫铜棒B一端头上连接增加密封圈,即得电镀滚桶导电线。
其中,步骤(3)中配料包括抗磨剂和稀释剂。

1.一种电镀滚桶导电线,其特征在于:包括紫铜棒A和紫铜棒B,所述紫铜棒A一端设有成螺纹外牙;所述紫铜棒B设有与紫铜棒A一端外牙配合的内牙;所述紫铜棒A的另一端头车空,并与电缆线端子相连;所述紫铜棒A外侧压注成型有一圈塑胶套。
2.如权利要求1所述的电镀滚桶导电线,其特征在于:所述紫铜棒A的长度可两端无限延长。
3.如权利要求1所述的电镀滚桶导电线,其特征在于:所述紫铜棒B一端头上可加设密封圈。
4. 如权利要求1所述的电镀滚桶导电线,其特征在于: 所述紫铜棒A的直径为18mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的电镀滚桶导电线,其特征在于:所述紫铜棒B的直径为40mm,高度为60mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的电镀滚桶导电线,其特征在于:所述外牙和内牙为m16。
7. 如权利要求1所述的电镀滚桶导电线,其特征在于:所述电缆线端子的规格有 35、50、70、95、120。
8.一种如权利要求1至7任一所述的电镀滚桶导电线的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
用直径0.15-0.20mm的铜导线将紫铜棒A一端头车成螺纹外牙,另一端头车空;
再将紫铜棒B车出与将紫铜棒A上螺纹外牙配合的内牙;
紫铜棒A带螺纹外牙的一端头与油压机压紧连接,车空的另一端头与电缆线端子组装,一同吊装在成型模具中,加入聚胺脂及配料压注成型;即得电镀滚桶导电线。
9.如权利要求8所述的电镀滚桶导电线的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述配料包括抗磨剂和稀释剂。
