Abstract
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,尤其是一种5G天线用SPUR胶,包括如下组分:聚醚、丙烯酸树脂、改性石油树脂、结晶聚酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、液态聚酯多元醇、稳定剂、滑爽剂、附着力促进剂、磷酸、偶联剂、MDI100、催化剂;上述份数均为质量份数。还公开了上述SPUR胶的制备方法。本发明所得到的一种5G天线用SPUR胶及其制备方法,其有益效果为:(1)解决了PU胶黏剂不环保,不耐高温,耐候性差,在某些状态下需用底涂剂等问题,符合环境卫生法规,且具有良好的耐候性。(2)提高了胶黏剂的耐候性和耐高温蒸煮性能,也提高了基材附着力。(3)增强了耐水性和耐候性,提高了反应活性,增强了胶黏剂的刚性。(4)提高了的耐候性和耐高温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,尤其是一种5G天线用SPUR胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
进入5G时代,通信频率也将会进入高频领域,高速大容量将成为主调。2020年后,便是毫米波的应用。LCP软板脱颖而出,成为最佳的5G天线材料,将广泛应用于5G手机、笔记本和汽车天线上。
5G主流天线特殊材料:LCP软板(以液晶聚合物为基材,和铜箔压合在一起的柔性电路板)目前苹果手机采用的金属边框+LCP软板实现天线功能,同时LCP兼顾射频传输功能。
所以开发一款适合5G天线LCP材料粘接的电子胶势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种5G天线用SPUR胶及其制备方法,其SPUR胶的耐热性能和粘接性能更好。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,包括如下组分:20-30份聚醚、10-15份丙烯酸树脂、2-8份改性石油树脂、10-15份结晶聚酯多元醇、20-30份聚碳酸酯二醇、5-10份液态聚酯多元醇、0.1-0.5份稳定剂、0.6-1.2份滑爽剂、0.05-0.12份附着力促进剂、0.02-0.05份磷酸、0.25-1.5份偶联剂、10-20份MDI100、0.01-0.09份催化剂;上述份数均为质量份数。
作为优选:
所述聚醚为聚醚PPG1000、聚醚PPG2000、聚醚PPG4000中的一种或多种。
所述丙烯酸树脂为丙烯酸树脂2598、丙烯酸树脂2595中的一种或两种。
所述结晶聚酯多元醇是聚酯多元醇7380、聚酯多元醇7381、聚酯多元醇7390中的一种或多种。
所述偶联剂为偶联剂A1100、偶联剂KH550、偶联剂A171中的一种或多种。
改性石油树脂为TK100、TA100、TN85中的一种或多种。
MDI100是4,4'- 二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
催化剂优选催化剂DMDEE是双(2,2-吗啉乙基)醚;
所述液态聚酯多元醇为PH56、PD56、PN110、PDP70中的一种或多种。
所述聚碳酸酯二醇是P351。
一种上述5G天线用SPUR胶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)在熔料釜罐加入聚醚、丙烯酸树脂、改性石油树脂,升温至120-150℃,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)抽入带有测温装置、抽真空装置和充氮气装置的反应釜中,加入结晶聚酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、液态聚酯多元醇、稳定剂、滑爽剂,持续搅拌并升温,保持温度120-150℃,抽真空1.5-2.5h;
(3)降至105-110℃,再加入磷酸和MDI100,然后控温至118-120℃,保持70-90min;
(4)降温至45-55℃,加入偶联剂A1100,反应20-30min;
(5)加入附着力促进剂和催化剂DMDEE,持续搅拌10-15min后温度升高至110-120℃,关闭搅拌,10-15min后出料即可。
本发明所得到的一种5G天线用SPUR胶及其制备方法,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明解决了PU胶黏剂不环保,不耐高温,耐候性差,在某些状态下需用底涂剂等问题,符合环境卫生法规,且具有良好的耐候性。
(2)本发明所用的多异氰酸酯较其他异氰酸酯,毒性较低。
(3)聚碳酸酯二醇的选用,提高了胶黏剂的耐候性和耐高温蒸煮性能,也提高了基材附着力。
(4)加入了丙烯酸树脂,增强了PU的耐水性和耐候性,提高了反应活性,增强了胶黏剂的刚性。
(5)通过有机硅改性,提高了的耐候性和耐高温性能,也解决了不用底涂剂的问题。
本发明所得到的一种5G天线用SPUR胶是一种高粘接强度的交联型结构胶,可以快速定位、快速固化、初粘力高,而且具有耐高温、耐水、耐热、耐寒、耐蠕变和耐介质等性能。特别是不含有水和溶剂,固含量100%,是一种高性能环保胶黏剂,适应了国内外对环境越来越重视的需要。
与其他电子胶相比,SPUR胶固化后粘接韧性好,更容易控制胶水的粗细度,所粘接的产品更容易拆卸,易返修。
SPUR热熔胶具有耐候性好,强度高,韧性好,初粘高,环保无卤素灯特点满足手机窄边框美观的要求,具有环保,降低成本,节省人工,粘接可靠等优点。
其进一步提高粘接性能和耐热性能,避免固化过程中出现气泡等不良现象,硅烷能替代部分端-NCO基进行湿固化反应。硅烷遇到湿气后水解生成硅醇,硅醇进一步与基材表面的羟基形成氢键或缩合成Si-O-R,致使硅烷在PUR和基材之间形成化学键,从而明显提高粘接效果。同时硅醇又可以相互缩合成立体交联网络结构,而体系交联度越高,越能有效提高胶黏剂的理化性能。如粘接强度和耐热性能等;另外硅烷的湿固化反应不会释放CO2,而-NCO的湿固化反应产生的CO2,使胶液中引入气泡,这也是使胶层产生裂纹,降低胶结强度的重要因素。硅烷改性SPUR对金属,玻璃,塑料等基材均具有良好的粘接效果,在电子产业,建筑业,运输业和汽车制造业等领域都得到广泛应用。特别强调,该发明解决了行业内的两大痛点:①耐高温150℃ 600h②双85可靠性要求500h不脱落,保证其各项性能影响不大。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,包括如下组分(质量份):28份聚醚PPG2000、15份丙烯酸树脂2598、5份改性石油树脂TK100、13份聚酯多元醇7381、24份聚碳酸酯二醇P351、5份聚酯多元醇PH56、0.04份稳定剂、0.7份滑爽剂、0.02份磷酸、14份MDI100、0.4份偶联剂A1100、0.06份附着力促进剂、0.03份催化剂DMDEE。
一种5G天线用SPUR胶的制备方法,在熔料釜罐中加入28份聚醚PPG2000、15份丙烯酸树脂2598 和 5份石油树脂TK100,130℃下搅拌混合均匀,然后抽入到带有测温装置、抽真空装置和充氮气装置的反应釜中,加入13份聚酯7381、24份聚酯P531、5份聚酯PH56、0.7份滑爽剂、0.04份稳定剂,加热搅拌,保持130℃抽真空2h,然后降至105℃,加入0.02份磷酸和14份MDI100,控温118℃ 70min,降至50℃,加入0.4份偶联剂A1100,反应30min,加入0.06份附着力促进剂和0.03份催化剂DMDEE,加热搅拌15min,升温至110℃,关搅拌,15min后出料。
性能检测(双85测试,要求拉伸强度和剪切强度>3.5MPa)
参照恒定湿热试验标准GB/T 2423.3-2006,在85℃/85%RH的条件下对本发明所述的SPUR电子胶进行老化后,材料的力学性能是否产生变化。用本发明所述电子胶进行LCP材料粘接试验,参照GB/T 13936-1992和GB/T 7123,对比常温下(25℃/50%RH)和双85(85℃/85%RH)条件下,剪切强度和拉伸强度的变化。
由上表可知,双85条件下剪切和拉伸强度,相对常温下(25℃/50%RH)的剪切和拉伸强度,略有降低,但降低幅度较小,完全不影响使用性能。因此本发明所述SPUR电子胶达到双85可靠性要求500h不脱落的苛刻要求。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,包括如下组分(质量份):24份聚醚PPG2000、12份丙烯酸树脂2598、4份改性石油树脂TK100、10份聚酯多元醇7381、26份聚碳酸酯二醇P351、8份聚酯多元醇PH56、0.03份稳定剂、1份滑爽剂、0.03份磷酸、16份MDI100、0.8份偶联剂A1100、0.1份附着力促进剂、0.04份催化剂DMDEE。
一种5G天线用SPUR胶的制备方法,在熔料釜罐中加入24份聚醚2000、12份丙烯酸树脂2598 和 4份 石油树脂TK100,130℃下搅拌混合均匀,然后抽入到带有测温装置、抽真空装置和充氮气装置的反应釜中,加入10份聚酯7381、26份聚酯P531、8份聚酯PH56、1份滑爽剂、0.03份稳定剂,加热搅拌,保持130℃抽真空2h,然后降至110℃,加入0.03份磷酸和16份MDI100,控温120℃ 70min,降至50℃,加入0.8份偶联剂A1100,反应半小时,加入0.1份附着力促进剂和0.04份催化剂DMDEE,加热搅拌15min,升温至110℃,关搅拌,15min后出料。
性能检测(耐高温测试,要求拉伸强度和剪切强度>3.5MPa)
参 照 美 国 工 程 学 会 ASTM D2295-72(1983)胶黏剂耐高温测试标准,将本发明所述的SPUR电子胶置于150℃的烘箱中600 h,观察前后外观变化,进行LCP材料粘接测试,观察拉伸剪切强度变化。
由表可知,耐高温600h后,内聚强度和粘接强度都有小幅度的降低,但皆不影响使用性能。实施例2对比实施例1,物料添加量的变化,对胶本身拉伸强度和粘接强度有所影响。

1.一种5G天线用SPUR胶,其特征是:包括如下组分:20-30份聚醚、10-15份丙烯酸树脂、2-8份改性石油树脂、10-15份结晶聚酯多元醇、20-30份聚碳酸酯二醇、5-10份液态聚酯多元醇、0.1-0.5份稳定剂、0.6-1.2份滑爽剂、0.05-0.12份附着力促进剂、0.02-0.05份磷酸、0.25-1.5份偶联剂、10-20份MDI100、0.01-0.09份催化剂;上述份数均为质量份数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,其特征是:所述聚醚为聚醚PPG1000、聚醚PPG2000、聚醚PPG4000中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,其特征是:所述丙烯酸树脂为丙烯酸树脂2598、丙烯酸树脂2595中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,其特征是:所述结晶聚酯多元醇是聚酯多元醇7380、聚酯多元醇7381、聚酯多元醇7390中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,其特征是:所述偶联剂为偶联剂A1100、偶联剂KH550、偶联剂A171中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,其特征是:改性石油树脂为TK100、TA100、TN85中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种5G天线用SPUR胶,其特征是:所述液态聚酯多元醇为PH56、PD56、PN110、PDP70中的一种或多种。

9.一种如权利要求1所述5G天线用SPUR胶的制备方法,其特征是:具体包括如下步骤:
(1)在熔料釜罐加入聚醚、丙烯酸树脂、改性石油树脂,升温至120-150℃,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)抽入带有测温装置、抽真空装置和充氮气装置的反应釜中,加入结晶聚酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、液态聚酯多元醇、稳定剂、滑爽剂,持续搅拌并升温,保持温度120-150℃,抽真空1.5-2.5h;
(3)降至105-110℃,再加入磷酸和MDI100,然后控温至118-120℃,保持70-90min;
(4)降温至45-55℃,加入偶联剂A1100,反应20-30min;
(5)加入附着力促进剂和催化剂DMDEE,持续搅拌10-15min后温度升高至110-120℃,关闭搅拌,10-15min后出料即可。
