the fourth spring (83) is wound on the outer side of the discharging device (82), one end of the fourth spring (83) is connected with the third fixing rod (81), and the other end of the fourth spring (83) is connected with the discharging device (82).

and a fifth spring (103) is wound on the lower part of the sliding rod (102), one end of the fifth spring (103) is connected with the second round block frame (104), and the other end of the fifth spring (103) is connected with the second supporting seat (101).
