Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to an antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In daily life, the mobile phone is very frequently used and is often contacted with various articles in life inadvertently, so that a plurality of viruses and bacteria are hidden on the outer surface of the mobile phone, and if the viruses and bacteria are not removed in time, the health of people can be possibly influenced. Meanwhile, a large amount of virus bacteria can be hidden on the surfaces of articles used by many people such as elevator buttons, bus handrails, gate pull rods, door handles, faucet switches and closestool buttons in public places such as hospitals, schools, shops, public toilets and public bathrooms, and if disinfection measures are not made, many people can be infected with virus bacteria, disinfection of shared articles and personal articles in public environments is made, and the method is an effective measure for cutting off the transmission path of various infectious diseases.
However, at present, the disinfection of common goods and personal goods in public environment is carried out by using 75% alcohol, and the disinfection of places or areas with larger consumption is carried out by using bus disinfectant. However, these disinfection methods require repeated disinfection at certain time intervals, which increases various labor costs for repeated disinfection in public environments, and simultaneously, the antiviral and antibacterial effects are gradually weakened with time, and the duration of antiviral and antibacterial is short.
The adhesive film is a common adhesive film in our lives, but the common adhesive film has simple functions and only can play the roles of beautifying, preventing abrasion, preventing dust, sweat stain and other common dirt. Therefore, if an adhesive film with antiviral and antibacterial effects can be developed, the risks of personal diseases and cross-infection in public environments can be greatly reduced.

On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of an antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film, which comprises the following steps: mixing the wormwood extract, the sweet wormwood extract, the isatis root extract and the allicin to obtain an antibacterial substance, melting a wear-resistant high polymer material, adding the antibacterial substance, uniformly mixing and solidifying to obtain the antibacterial wear-resistant base material, plating nano silver ions on the antibacterial layer to obtain the antibacterial wear-resistant base material containing the nano silver ion layer, and attaching the antibacterial wear-resistant base material and hydrosol to obtain the antiviral antibacterial adhesive film containing the hydrosol layer, the antibacterial wear-resistant base material and the nano silver ion layer.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film provided by the invention has the advantages that the antibacterial layer containing various traditional Chinese medicine components and the nano silver ion layer capable of continuously releasing nano silver ions are prepared, so that virus and germs infected on the surface can be killed in a short time, the antiviral and antibacterial effect of the antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film can be kept for a long time, and meanwhile, the nano silver ions and various traditional Chinese medicine components have synergistic effects, so that the antibacterial capability of the antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film is favorably improved, the spread of germs between people can be effectively avoided, and the antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film plays a positive promoting role in preventing disease infection. In addition, the preparation method of the antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film provided by the invention is characterized in that the antibacterial wear-resistant base material is soaked in various traditional Chinese medicine components in advance, and then the nano silver ions are plated on the antibacterial wear-resistant base material, so that the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial components and the nano silver ions can stably exist on the antibacterial wear-resistant base material, and a foundation is provided for long-acting antiviral and antibacterial effects of the antiviral and antibacterial adhesive film.
