The invention relates to a confocal micro-laryngoscope system with a supporting and limiting assembly, which comprises a laryngoscope, an endoscope cold light source host and a camera host which are connected with the laryngoscope, and a camera host monitor which is connected with the camera host, wherein the laryngoscope comprises a hard tube, an instrument channel communicated with the hard tube, a cold light source input end and a data output end; the root of the hard pipe is also rotatably provided with a supporting and limiting assembly, the supporting and limiting assembly comprises a protective sleeve, a supporting sleeve and an L-shaped supporting arm, and the L-shaped supporting arm is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the protective sleeve. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a confocal micro-laryngoscope system with a supporting and limiting assembly.
Background
At present, doctors can acquire high-definition image effect through an electronic microscope laryngoscope and visually identify some pathological changes of the throat, but the identification by naked eyes has certain limitation, namely the ultrastructure of cells cannot be seen. For cases that cannot be diagnosed, the physician often takes a biopsy. Taking biopsy means that an endoscopist observes lesions, a plurality of pieces of lesion tissues are clamped by biopsy forceps and sent to a pathology department, the taken tissues pass through a plurality of processes in the pathology department, and finally the shapes and the structures of cells are observed under a microscope to determine the nature of the lesions. The whole process takes a long time, which is not beneficial to the timely diagnosis and treatment of the patient.
The existing electronic microscope laryngoscope needs to treat the pathological change position after diagnosing the pathological change of the throat, and can directly pass through an instrument channel of the electronic microscope by using a special treatment instrument on the premise of not pulling out the electronic microscope laryngoscope in consideration of the comfort level of a patient to treat the pathological change position. In the treatment process, the electronic microscope laryngoscope and the treatment instrument need to be held by hands, at least two medical staff are needed for operation, and the labor is wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need to provide a confocal micro-laryngoscope system with a supporting and limiting assembly, which is used to solve the problems that the conventional electronic micro-laryngoscope cannot see the ultrastructure of cells, needs to take a biopsy, and requires at least two persons to operate beside when cooperating with an instrument to treat the larynx, thereby wasting time and labor.
The invention provides a confocal micro-laryngoscope system with a supporting and limiting assembly, which has the functions of diagnosing and treating laryngeal lesions, and comprises a laryngoscope, an endoscope cold light source host and a camera host which are connected with the laryngoscope, and a camera host monitor which is connected with the camera host, wherein the laryngoscope comprises a hard tube, an instrument channel communicated with the hard tube, a cold light source input end and a data output end; the laryngoscope is also connected with a confocal micro host and a confocal micro monitor, and the confocal micro host is electrically connected with the confocal micro monitor;

Example one
The invention provides a confocal micro-laryngoscope system with a supporting and limiting assembly, which has the functions of diagnosing and treating throat lesions and has the structure shown in figures 1 and 2, the confocal micro-laryngoscope system comprises a laryngoscope 1, an endoscope cold light source host 2 and a camera host 3 which are connected with the laryngoscope 1, and a camera host monitor 4 connected with the camera host 3, wherein the laryngoscope 1 comprises a hard tube 10, an instrument channel 11 communicated with the hard tube 10, a cold light source input end 12 and a data output end 13; the bottom end of the hard tube 10 is provided with a confocal microscope 14, a confocal laser head 15, a light guide fiber 16 and an instrument channel outlet 17, the laryngoscope 1 is further connected with a confocal microscope host 5 and a confocal microscope monitor 6, and the confocal microscope host 5 is electrically connected with the confocal microscope monitor 6; the confocal microscopy host 5 can provide 1000 times or more of scanning microscopy functions, the confocal microscopy host 5 is connected with a keyboard and used for controlling confocal microscopy, and the functions at least comprise a confocal microscopy starting switch, an image freezing switch, a magnification and reduction factor adjusting switch and the like. The confocal microscopic monitor 6 can feed back all data parameters of confocal microscopic scanning in real time and monitor the working state of the confocal microscopic scanning.
Referring to fig. 3, a supporting and limiting assembly 7 is further rotatably mounted at the root of the hard tube 10, the supporting and limiting assembly 7 includes a protective sleeve 70, a supporting sleeve 71 and an L-shaped supporting arm 72, the L-shaped supporting arm 72 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the protective sleeve 70, and the inner wall of the protective sleeve 70 and the outer wall of the supporting sleeve 71 are respectively provided with an internal thread and an external thread which are matched with each other; the protective sleeve 70 is in threaded connection with the supporting sleeve 71, and the height of the protective sleeve 70 can be adjusted by rotating the supporting sleeve 71, so that the laryngoscope 1 is driven to ascend or descend, the inserting depth of the laryngoscope 1 into the throat is adjusted, the laryngoscope 1 can be supported, medical staff does not need to hold the laryngoscope for fixing, and manpower is saved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, an annular rib (not shown in the figure) is fixedly disposed on an outer wall of the hard tube 10, an annular locking groove 710 is formed on an inner wall of the support sleeve 71, and the rib can be locked into the locking groove 710 and can rotate in the locking groove 710. The laryngoscope 1 can be clamped into the clamping groove 710 through the convex edge, so that the laryngoscope 1 is fixed in the supporting and limiting component 7, and when the larynx is treated, a medical worker does not need to hold the laryngoscope 1, so that the labor is saved.

In the invention, the optical path of the laryngoscope 1 adopts an electronic CCD optical system of an optical lens with the diameter of 1.5-3.0 mm, a CCD chip of the electronic optical system adopts a CCD with at least 48 million effective pixels, the field angle of the lens is 100 degrees or more, and the data output end 13 and the hard tube 10 form an included angle of 45 degrees. The diameter of the instrument channel 11 is not more than 3mm, and a standard surgical instrument can be allowed to enter the throat for operation, so that the confocal micro-laryngoscope system not only has a diagnosis function, but also has a treatment function. The diameter of the hard tube 10 is not more than 10mm, and the length of the hard tube is not more than 200 mm.
Prior to confocal laser microscopy, the patient is injected with a certain amount of fluorescein sodium. In operation, the supporting and limiting component 7 is placed in the oral cavity of a patient, then the laryngoscope 1 is introduced to the throat of the patient, under the action of 488nm blue laser beams emitted by the confocal laser head 15, fluorescein sodium generates special images, the images are input to the confocal microscope host 5 through the confocal microscope 14 to be subjected to image processing and amplified display of 1000 times or more, the dynamic state in cells is recorded at the speed of 30fps or more, the images are shot at the speed of 230fps or more, and the microscopic diagnosis is carried out on mucous membranes or pathological changes of the throat, so that a doctor can accurately judge the pathological changes.
