Abstract
本发明提供一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,制备步骤包括,(1)将玻璃纤维加入白水中,添加分散剂;(2)通过循环旋转混合使玻璃纤维混合均匀;(3)通过斜网抽吸成型,形成毡片;(4)通过溢流方式向毡片上施加粘结剂;(5)进行烘干、分切。本发明提供一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,具有不产生烟气、气味并且不燃烧的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃纤维制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法。
背景技术
伴随人民生活水平提升带来的对健康的要求,政府控烟导致的戒烟减烟需求,由产品技术革新衍生而来的体验升级需求以及基于经济角度的价值选择,加热不燃烧式烟产品市场容量扩充无论在国内还是国外都是大势所趋。现有的卷烟用的玻纤加热时会产生烟气和刺鼻气味,影响使用,因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,解决卷烟用玻纤毡燃烧产生烟气和气味的问题。
本发明提供一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,制备步骤包括,(1)将玻璃纤维加入白水中,添加分散剂;(2)通过循环旋转混合使玻璃纤维混合均匀;(3)通过斜网抽吸成型,形成毡片;(4)通过溢流方式向毡片上施加粘结剂;(5)进行烘干、分切。
进一步改进在于:步骤1中玻璃纤维直径为8-10um,长度为6-12mm。
进一步改进在于:步骤1中分散剂采用脂肪酸和聚乙烯、聚酰胺缩聚物的聚氧乙烯化的衍生物中的一种或多种。
进一步改进在于:步骤2中毡片的含湿量为8%-12%。
进一步改进在于:步骤4中述粘结剂为含20%SiO2、0.33%Na20,PH为10-13、平均颗粒为0.1-0.2um的硅溶胶;粘结剂用量为0.5%-1%。
进一步改进在于:所述粘结剂制备方法包括,将硅酸钠溶液用水稀释,将稀释的溶液通过填装阳离子交换树脂的交换柱得到硅酸胶稀液,再把硅酸胶稀液通过弱碱性阴离子树脂交换柱;对得到的溶液进行浓缩,浓缩前快速加入稳定剂;向浓缩的溶液内加入10%NaOH溶液调PH值至7-8;注入减压器中进行真空减压浓缩得到硅溶胶。
本发明的有益效果:通过混合分散玻璃纤维形成纤维毡,施加粘结剂,有效的提高了纤维毡的强度;控制粘结剂用量不仅节约了成本,而且纤维毡表面纤维平整,蓬松,柔软,强度还有了极大的提高;粘结剂采用硅酸的多分支聚合物的胶体溶液,使纤维毡具有较强的强度以及均匀性,同时符合环保要求且低胶量高强度的特点。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
本实施例提供一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,制备步骤包括,(1)将玻璃纤维加入白水中,玻璃纤维直径为8-10um,长度为6-12mm,添加分散剂,分散剂采用脂肪酸和聚乙烯、聚酰胺缩聚物的聚氧乙烯化的衍生物中的一种或多种,分散剂使玻璃纤维在水中均匀分散;
(2)通过循环旋转混合使玻璃纤维混合均匀;
(3)通过斜网抽吸成型,形成毡片,毡片的含湿量为8%-12%,保证纤维毡的强度;
(4)通过溢流方式向毡片上施加粘结剂,粘结剂用量为0.5%-1%,有效的节约了成本,而且使纤维毡表面纤维平整,蓬松,柔软,强度还有了极大的提高;
(5)进行烘干、分切。
粘结剂为含20%SiO2、0.33%Na20,PH为10-13、平均颗粒为0.1-0.2um的硅溶胶;所述粘结剂制备方法包括,将模数为3.5硅酸钠溶液用水稀释,将稀释的溶液通过填装阳离子交换树脂的交换柱得到硅酸胶稀液,把含有Na+的硅酸溶液通过交换树脂时,Na+取代了阳离子交换树脂上的H+,生成具有活性的硅溶胶稀溶液流出;再把硅酸胶稀液通过弱碱性阴离子树脂交换柱,去除液体中的阴离子CL-,以达到更加稳定的状态;对得到的溶液进行浓缩,浓缩前快速加入稳定剂,稳定剂常用为NH4稳定剂;向浓缩的溶液内加入10%NaOH溶液调PH值至7-8;注入减压器中进行真空减压浓缩得到硅溶胶,浓缩温度保持78℃;该硅溶胶属胶体溶液,无臭、无毒,具有粘结力强、耐高温

1.一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤包括,(1)将玻璃纤维加入白水中,添加分散剂;(2)通过循环旋转混合使玻璃纤维混合均匀;(3)通过斜网抽吸成型,形成毡片;(4)通过溢流方式向毡片上施加粘结剂;(5)进行烘干、分切。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中玻璃纤维直径为8-10um,长度为6-12mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中分散剂采用脂肪酸和聚乙烯、聚酰胺缩聚物的聚氧乙烯化的衍生物中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中毡片的含湿量为8%-12%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种卷烟玻纤纤维毡制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中述粘结剂为含20%SiO2、0.33%Na20,PH为10-13、平均颗粒为0.1-0.2um的硅溶胶;粘结剂用量为0.5%-1%。
