The invention relates to the field of fermentation of sugarcane filter mud, in particular to a sugarcane filter mud fermentation microbial inoculum and a sugarcane filter mud fermentation method.
Background
In the process of producing cane sugar, the cane sugar factory can produce some waste materials, such as bagasse, waste molasses, filter mud, leftover materials and the like, besides main products such as white granulated sugar, brown granulated sugar and the like, wherein the filter mud accounts for 2 percent of the total amount of squeezing. The filter mud is difficult to dry naturally due to the characteristics of high water content, difficult ventilation and the like, and is very easy to be polluted by mixed bacteria, and the polluted filter mud enters the soil and further influences the growth of crops; the filter mud is randomly stacked, dumped and buried, land resources are occupied, air is polluted, underground water sources are polluted, the filter mud becomes wastes which are 'placed in a sink and cannot be used', a sugar refinery pays a great deal of filter mud transportation cost and land occupation cost every year, and the filter mud becomes an environmental protection problem which needs to be solved by the sugar refinery and an environmental protection department. At present, the sugarcane filter mud can be quickly decomposed by adding the compound biological agent containing the trichoderma longibrachiatum, so that the sugarcane filter mud can become a biological organic fertilizer absorbed and utilized by crops, and waste is changed into valuable.
The filter mud is generally utilized by a method of adding a zymophyte agent into the filter mud to ferment and decompose the filter mud. However, the common zymophyte agent has slow temperature rise which is generally over three days, the highest temperature is less than 80 ℃, the fermentation period is long, and the decomposition is incomplete.
