The roll-over stand of the invention enables the upper part of the paper receiving part to continuously receive paper, the driving part at the lower part of the paper receiving part can intermittently push out the collected paper stack, the upper part of the paper receiving part is in a continuous paper receiving state, the lower part is in a state of pushing out the paper stack at intervals, and the bearing part enables the paper stack to slide left and right and is convenient for a forklift to transfer.
The driving plate of the driving part can guide the rotating frame of the paper collecting part, so that the left overturning plate and the right overturning plate of the overturning frame rotate oppositely when the driving part acts, a platform is formed by the left overturning plate and the right overturning plate after overturning to intercept the falling of paper, paper piles below the left overturning plate and the right overturning plate after overturning can be completely pushed and moved rightwards by the pushing plate, the space at the lower part of the paper collecting part is emptied, and a new paper pile is put down when the left overturning plate and the right overturning plate return to the vertical state without stopping.
The telescopic frame can support the paper stack when being lifted, prevents the paper stack on the platform from scattering due to overlarge falling height when the left turnover plate and the right turnover plate are recovered to be in a vertical state, and can slowly descend, thereby preventing newly-fallen paper from scattering due to overlarge falling height.
