(6) cooling to 50 deg.C in a vacuum emulsifying pot, adding raw materials (arginine and water, pre-dissolved) into the vacuum emulsifying pot, continuously stirring, cooling to 45 deg.C, adding phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, and essence into the vacuum emulsifying pot one by one, homogenizing at 1800rpm for 1min, and continuously stirring and cooling; cooling to 38 deg.C, and discharging.

test examples
Evaluation of Effect of anti-aging skin-Care products
The test method comprises the following steps: in the same area, 200 female volunteers with aged skin were screened at the same time, aged 35-50 years, and the average age was 43 years.
And (3) inclusion standard: the skin around the eyes has mild or moderate wrinkles, dry skin, reduced elasticity, wrinkles, pigmentation, dull skin color and other skin aging phenomena; and randomly dividing the skin care products into 5 groups, wherein 40 persons in each group and 5 groups of volunteers respectively correspond to the skin care products in the embodiments 1-4 and the comparative example 1, each group of volunteers uses the corresponding test product as a unique eye care product, after cleaning the face in the morning and evening, the corresponding test product is smeared around the eyes and is gently pressed until the eye is absorbed, the test time is 60 days, the volunteers participating in the test feed back the change condition and the use feeling of the eye skin every day, the condition is recorded, the data is summarized, and the effect evaluation is carried out on the test subjects.
Skin aging evaluation: evaluated by observing the subject's test area (crow's feet, glabellar lines, forehead wrinkles).
And (4) judging the standard:
has no wrinkles
Mild: 2-3 wrinkles, length less than 1cm
Medium: 3-6 wrinkles, length less than 2cm
And (3) severe degree: has several wrinkles of length more than 3cm and simultaneously has shallow wrinkles

Therefore, the anti-aging skin care product containing the saussurea involucrate cell water extract can relieve wrinkles around eyes, repair skin barriers and achieve the anti-aging purpose.

Claims (9)
1. An anti-aging skin care product containing a saussurea involucrate cell water extract is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0001 to 1 percent of saussurea involucrate syringin, 0.001 to 1 percent of 1, 5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid of the saussurea involucrate, 0.00005 to 1 percent of adenosin of the saussurea involucrate and 0.001 to 1 percent of chlorogenic acid of the saussurea involucrate.
2. The anti-aging skin care product of claim 1, further comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05-0.3% of carbomer, 2-6% of butanediol, 2-5% of glycerol, 0.05-0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.01-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.03-0.1% of EDTA-2Na, 1-3% of a mixture of PEG-6 stearate, ceteth-20 and steareth-20, 1-4% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2-5% of polydimethylsiloxane, 3-10% of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, 0.05-0.5% of tocopheryl acetate, 0.5-3% of a mixture of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80, sorbitan oleate, water and isohexadecane, 0.04-0.24% of arginine, 0.15-0.2% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1-0.14% of propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.4-0.5% of a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerol, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of essence and the balance of water;
wherein the weight ratio of PEG-6 stearate, cetyl polyether-20 and stearyl polyether-20 is 6.5:2.5: 1; the weight ratio of the sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80, sorbitan oleate, water and isohexadecane is 40:10:2.5:22.5: 25; the weight ratio of the phenoxyethanol to the ethylhexyl glycerin is 9: 1.
3. The anti-aging skin care product according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01 to 0.1 percent of sodium polyglutamate, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 1 to 3 percent of squalane, 0.5 to 2 percent of cetyl stearyl alcohol and 1 to 3 percent of jojoba oil.
4. The anti-aging skin care product as claimed in claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the saussurea involucrate syringin, the saussurea involucrate 1, 5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, the saussurea involucrate adenosine and the saussurea involucrate chlorogenic acid comprises the following steps;
a, washing fresh saussurea involucrate cells by using pure water;
b, putting the cleaned saussurea involucrate cells into a homogenizer, adding pure water, wherein the weight ratio of the saussurea involucrate cells to the water is 1:1-1:10, homogenizing:
and C, filtering the homogenate obtained in the step B by using a filter membrane with the aperture of 0.45um to obtain the product.
5. The anti-aging skin care product as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step A, the washing times are 3 times, and the usage amount of pure water is 5 times of the weight of the saussurea involucrate cells.
6. The anti-aging skin care product according to claim 5, wherein the skin care product is a cream, an eye cream, an emulsion, a essence, a skin lotion, a mask or a face lotion.
7. The method for preparing an anti-aging skin care product according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the steps of;
(1) adding pure water into a water phase pot, stirring, adding carbomer, butanediol, glycerol, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate and sodium polyglutamate, swelling, and adding EDTA-2Na, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and methylparaben;
(2) heating the water phase pot to 80-90 ℃, adding a mixture of PEG-6 stearate, ceteth-20 and steareth-20, and stirring for 10-30 min:
(3) sequentially adding caprylic/capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane, tocopheryl acetate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, squalane, cetyl stearyl alcohol and jojoba oil into an oil pan, heating to 80-90 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 10-30 min;
(4) preheating a vacuum emulsifying pot to 35-45 ℃, pumping the water phase into the vacuum emulsifying pot, starting stirring, starting homogenizing at 1500-2500 rpm for 3-30 min, pumping the oil phase, homogenizing at 2500-3500 rpm for 5-30 min, keeping the temperature, stirring for 10-20 min, and cooling;
(5) cooling the vacuum emulsification pot to 65-75 ℃, adding a mixture of sodium acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80, sorbitan oleate, water, isohexadecane and cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, homogenizing at 2500-3500 rpm for 5-30 min, and stirring at the constant temperature for 10-20 min;
(6) cooling the mixture to 48-52 ℃ in a vacuum emulsifying pot, adding an arginine aqueous solution, stirring and cooling the mixture to 42-45 ℃, adding a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin, essence, saussurea involucrate syringin, saussurea involucrate 1, 5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, saussurea involucrate adenosine and saussurea involucrate chlorogenic acid extract, homogenizing the mixture at 1500-2500 rpm for 1-10 min, stirring and cooling the mixture to below 38 ℃, and discharging the product.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the butylene glycol, glycerin, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate and sodium polyglutamate are premixed in step (1), and then added to the aqueous phase pot.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80, sorbitan oleate, water, isohexadecane and cyclopentadimethylsiloxane are pre-mixed in step (5), and then added to a vacuum emulsification vessel.
