Abstract
The application relates to a green asparagus post-exercise beverage, which belongs to the technical field of food processing and consists of the following components: 50-80% of purified water, 10-25% of asparagus extract, 5-10% of glucose and an acidity agent. 1 to 0.2 percent of vitamin B, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of taurine, 0.01 to 0.05 percent of lysine, 0.01 to 0.05 percent of vitamin C, 0.001 to 0.01 percent of nicotinamide, 0.001 to 0.005 percent of nicotinic acid, 0. 60.0001 to 0.001 percent of vitamin B, and 0.000002 percent of vitamin B120.000001. The invention has the functions of obviously relieving fatigue, enhancing the immunity of the organism and supplementing various nutrient components required by the body for people after sports, has good taste and harmonious taste, further subdivides the consumption groups and functions of the sports beverage market, and fills the gap of the sports beverage market.

In the invention, the citric acid and the sodium citrate are sour agents and are mainly used for improving the mouthfeel of the product and enabling the flavor to be fresh and pleasant.
The taurine can improve fatigue feeling of human body, enhance exercise energy, prevent myocardial damage and protect liver.
The lysine can help to absorb nutrient substances and resist fatigue.
The inositol can promote nutrition supply, protect liver, and reduce cholesterol.
The vitamin C can relieve body fatigue and muscle soreness, and improve immunity.
The nicotinamide can promote energy metabolism.
The nicotinic acid can promote energy metabolism.
The vitamin B6 can promote human fat and sugar metabolism.
The B12 can promote human body metabolism and maintain nervous system.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the green asparagus sports beverage provided by the invention has the advantages that the added amount of glucose serving as a main functional substance can be quickly absorbed by a human body, the energy consumed in the sports process can be quickly supplemented for the human body, and certain fatigue of the human body can be relieved.

Detailed Description

Example 1:
selecting 10kg of fresh commercially available green asparagus, and preparing the green asparagus juice by natural air drying, wind-heat drying, cutting, cleaning, hot water circulating extraction, filtering, centrifuging and ultrahigh-temperature instantaneous sterilization. Adding purified water to adjust the concentration of the asparagus juice until the content of asparagus saponin is more than or equal to 30mg/100ml, the content of asparagus polysaccharide is more than or equal to 15mg/100ml, and the content of asparagus total flavonoids is more than or equal to 40mg/100 ml.
Weighing 200ml of the green asparagus, and adding 85g of glucose, 0.7g of sour agent, 0.85g of taurine, 0.4g of lysine, 0.25g of vitamin C, 0.05g of nicotinamide, 0.04g of nicotinic acid, 67 mg of vitamin B and 1217 mu g of vitamin B to form concentrated solution A.
Weighing 800ml of purified water, heating to a boiling state, keeping the boiling state for 5 minutes, adding the concentrated solution A while stirring until the concentrated solution A is fully and completely mixed with water, and cooling the mixed solution to normal temperature within 3 minutes to finish the preparation of the green asparagus sports drink.
In actual composition, the sour agent can be citric acid or sodium citrate, but the ingredients of the sour agent are divided into 0.55g of citric acid and 0.15g of sodium citrate under the condition of keeping other ingredients unchanged, which has the best effect on mouthfeel according to the use specification of the food industry and the research result of the people.

The social experimental conditions of participation of the green asparagus sports drink prepared by the embodiment are as follows:
test subjects: selecting 90 sports enthusiasts with the age range of 20-30 years old, and carrying out fixed training for 1 time every day, wherein the training time is not less than 3 hours each time. The subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups of 30 persons each.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test lasted 4 weeks during which all subjects maintained a normal diet and training schedule without other nutritional supplements. Each group was given a drink according to table 1.

Weighing 250ml of the green asparagus, and adding 100g of glucose, 0.7g of sour agent, 0.85g of taurine, 0.4g of lysine, 0.25g of vitamin C, 0.05g of nicotinamide, 0.04g of nicotinic acid, 67 mg of vitamin B and 1217 mu g of vitamin B to form concentrated solution B.
Weighing 750ml of purified water, heating to a boiling state, keeping the boiling state for 5 minutes, adding the concentrated solution B while stirring until the concentrated solution B is fully and completely mixed with water, and cooling the mixed solution to normal temperature within 3min to finish the preparation of the green asparagus sports drink.
In actual composition, the sour agent can be citric acid or sodium citrate, but the ingredients of the sour agent are divided into 0.55g of citric acid and 0.15g of sodium citrate under the condition of keeping other ingredients unchanged, which has the best effect on mouthfeel according to the use specification of the food industry and the research result of the people.
In particular, 0.35g of inositol can be added into the components of the scheme, so that the nutrition supply is better promoted, the liver is protected, and the cholesterol is reduced.
The social experimental conditions of participation of the green asparagus sports drink prepared by the embodiment are as follows:
test subjects: selecting 90 sports enthusiasts with the age range of 20-30 years old, and carrying out fixed training for 1 time every day, wherein the training time is not less than 3 hours each time. The subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups of 30 persons each.

2. The green asparagus sports beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sour agent is one or a combination of citric acid and sodium citrate.
3. The green asparagus sports beverage as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sour agent is citric acid and sodium citrate, and the content of both the citric acid and the sodium citrate is 0.05-0.1%.
4. The green asparagus sports beverage according to claim 3, further comprising inositol, wherein the inositol content is 0.01-0.05%.
5. The asparagus sports beverage as claimed in claim 4, wherein the asparagus extract has asparagus saponin content of not less than 30mg/100ml, asparagus polysaccharide content of not less than 15mg/100ml and asparagus total flavone content of not less than 40mg/100 ml.

The green asparagus sports beverage as claimed in claim 5, wherein the asparagus extract is prepared from fresh and commercially available green asparagus by natural air drying, wind-heat drying, cutting, cleaning, hot water circulation leaching, filtering, centrifuging, ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization and perfusion.
7. A preparation method of a green asparagus sports beverage is characterized in that the components of claims 1-6 are used, purified water is heated to boil and kept for 5 minutes, other components are added while stirring until the components are uniformly mixed, and the green asparagus sports beverage is cooled to normal temperature and sealed for storage.
