Abstract
本发明提供了一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,所述真空绝热板具有容置腔及连通容置腔的开口;所述真空绝热板具体包括内阻隔层、中间芯材和外阻隔层;所述内阻隔层在开口位置沿着开口的径向向外延伸后再沿着开口的轴向向下翻折形成卷边;所述外阻隔层靠近开口的一侧沿着开口的轴向向上延伸在开口方向朝向内阻隔层延伸后沿着开口的轴向向上延伸形成延伸面,所述延伸面的外侧面中至少有一部分被所述卷边包裹;所述卷边与延伸面的之间设置有密封材料。上述的真空绝热板,没有边际效应和冷桥,极大增强保温性能,提高保温时长,从而提高VIP应用的性价比,更加节能环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料领域,具体是指一种3D的真空绝热板。
背景技术
目前真空绝热板多为二维平板型,也有将平板卷成环形的VIP板,但其工艺复杂,对本身VIP的阻隔膜亦有损伤,影响VIP性能及寿命。目前的桶型保温,箱型保温,常用的为平板VIP板多面拼接保温;此结构VIP板的边际效应明显且VIP板拼接处的冷桥严重影响了整体的绝热性能。因此尽管VIP导热系数为2.5mW/m·k,绝热性能约比纯PU好7~9倍,但在实际箱体中的绝热性能表现仅比纯PU好2~3倍。保温VIP使用提升的性能不明显,带来的性价比略有不足,限制了VIP的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决平板VIP在实际应用上的性能不足,提供一种3D真空绝热板,应用在箱体保温上,没有边际效应和冷桥,极大增强保温性能,提高保温时长,从而提高VIP应用的性价比,更加节能环保。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,所述真空绝热板具有容置腔及连通容置腔的开口;所述真空绝热板具体包括内阻隔层、中间芯材和外阻隔层;
所述内阻隔层在开口位置沿着开口的径向向外延伸后再沿着开口的轴向向下翻折形成卷边;所述外阻隔层靠近开口的一侧沿着开口的轴向向上延伸在开口方向朝向内阻隔层延伸后沿着开口的轴向向上延伸形成延伸面,所述延伸面的外侧面中至少有一部分被所述卷边包裹;
所述卷边与延伸面的之间设置有密封材料。
在一较佳实施例中:所述内阻隔层为金属材质冲压拉伸成型或焊接成型;所述卷边为机械加工成型。
在一较佳实施例中:所述中间芯材为气硅芯材一体成型。
在一较佳实施例中:所述中间芯材包括侧壁玻璃纤维芯材和底面玻璃纤维芯材,在侧壁芯材和底面芯材内有用于吸附空气、水分的吸附剂。
在一较佳实施例中:所述外阻隔层为多层复合铝塑膜,由环形侧膜和底膜复合组成,所述延伸面为环形侧膜冲压或充气拉伸成形。
在一较佳实施例中:所述外阻隔层为金属材质冲压拉伸成型或焊接成型。
在一较佳实施例中:所述密封材料为密封胶黏剂或密封圈或密封圈和胶黏剂组合。
在一较佳实施例中:所述外阻隔层和内阻隔层之间形成一个封闭的空间,中间芯材填充此空间且并抽真空。
本发明还提供了一种保温容器,使用如上所述的开口卷边3D真空绝热板。
相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
1.通过将VIP板制成3D结构,可直接将所需保温的物品完全包裹,避免的单片VIP板的边际效应和VIP拼接缝隙的冷桥,从而大大提高VIP实际保温效果,从而提高保温时长。
2.内阻隔层为金属材质,可直接应用于高温绝热领域如热水器储水桶,解决了VIP不能直接接触高温物体的问题。
3.内阻隔层为金属材质,可采用食品级金属,直接接触食品、生鲜及药品。相当于直接用保温材料将物品包裹,大大提高绝热性能及应用场景。
4.内阻隔层为金属材质,由于金属材质良好的导热性能,容置腔内空间温度更加均匀,可以采用更少的冷源达到更好的保温效果。

本实施例提供了一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,如图1所示,包括内阻隔层1、中间芯材2、外阻隔层3;所述真空绝热板具有容置腔及开口;所述内阻隔层1在开口位置沿着开口的径向向外延伸后再沿着开口的轴向向下翻折形成卷边11;所述外阻隔层3的上端沿着开口的径向向内延伸形成第一延伸面311,并在第一延伸面311的延伸边缘沿着开口的轴向向上延伸形成第二延伸面312,所述第二延伸面312的外侧面至少有一部分被所述卷边11包裹。在卷边11与第二延伸面312之间有密封材料4。
所述内阻隔层1为金属材质冲压拉伸成型或焊接成型,卷边11为机械加工成型。所述中间芯材2为气硅芯材一体成型,或者所述中间芯材2包括侧壁玻璃纤维芯材21和底面玻璃纤维芯材22,在侧壁芯材21和底面芯材22内有可吸附空气、水分的吸附剂5。
所述外阻隔层3为金属材质或为多层复合铝塑膜,由环形侧膜31和底膜32复合组成,第一延伸面311和第二延伸面312为环形侧膜31冲压或充气拉伸成形。
所述外阻隔层3和内阻隔层1之间形成一个封闭的空间,中间芯材2填充此空间且并抽真空,形成封闭的真空绝热层。
在本实施例中,所述开口卷边3D真空绝热板具体应用为热水杯保温胆;除了为热水杯保温胆,本项设计还适用多种保温装置,例如真空保温桶、真空保温壶、真空保温箱等;属于简单替换,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。

1.一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于:所述真空绝热板具有容置腔及连通容置腔的开口;所述真空绝热板具体包括内阻隔层、中间芯材和外阻隔层;
所述内阻隔层在开口位置沿着开口的径向向外延伸后再沿着开口的轴向向下翻折形成卷边;所述外阻隔层靠近开口的一侧沿着开口的轴向向上延伸在开口方向朝向内阻隔层延伸后沿着开口的轴向向上延伸形成延伸面,所述延伸面的外侧面中至少有一部分被所述卷边包裹;
所述卷边与延伸面的之间设置有密封材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述内阻隔层为金属材质冲压拉伸成型或焊接成型;所述卷边为机械加工成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述中间芯材为气硅芯材一体成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述中间芯材包括侧壁玻璃纤维芯材和底面玻璃纤维芯材,在侧壁芯材和底面芯材内有用于吸附空气、水分的吸附剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述外阻隔层为多层复合铝塑膜,由环形侧膜和底膜复合组成,所述延伸面为环形侧膜冲压或充气拉伸成形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述外阻隔层为金属材质冲压拉伸成型或焊接成型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述密封材料为密封胶黏剂或密封圈或密封圈和胶黏剂组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种开口卷边3D真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述外阻隔层和内阻隔层之间形成一个封闭的空间,中间芯材填充此空间且并抽真空。
9.一种保温容器,其特征在于使用了权利要求1-8中任一项所述的开口卷边3D真空绝热板。
