Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizer preparation, in particular to a production process technology for producing an organic liquid fertilizer by using bean pulp, cottonseed meal and pea protein powder.
Background
The general trend of the world agriculture development is towards organic agriculture, and the vegetable cultivation in China also conforms to the development trend. Particularly, WTO is added in China, and the development of high-quality vegetables is competitive in the international market, while organic vegetables are hopeful for earning foreign exchange by export.
The core of developing organic agriculture is to establish an organic agriculture production system, the establishment of the system needs a conversion process from inorganic to organic, the process is generally 1 to 3 years, moreover, the environment quality of vegetable production places in most areas of China is poor, and farmers are used to the traditional unreasonable vegetable production mode, so that the development of organic vegetables is limited.
The method for producing organic vegetables by utilizing the soilless culture technology is the most effective way for producing the organic vegetables, omits the process of organic conversion required by soil culture, is not limited by the environment quality of a vegetable production place, has the advantages of no pollution to the surrounding environment, simple and convenient operation and management and the like, and is easy to popularize in a large area.
The key to the development of the vegetable organic soilless culture technology is to have a good culture medium and rich high-quality organic fertilizers, particularly organic liquid fertilizers. If the solid organic fertilizer is completely used as a fertilizer, the total nutrient supply is insufficient, the nutrient release rate is slow, so that the growth of vegetables is influenced, the production level is low, and the method cannot be compared with the inorganic nutrient solution cultivation. If part of the solid organic fertilizer is changed into the organic liquid fertilizer, the nutrient deficiency of the solid organic fertilizer can be supplemented, and the nutrient in the organic liquid fertilizer is easy to be absorbed by crops, so that the effective nutrient content is increased, the growth of the crops is promoted, and the yield is increased.
