本发明涉及混合动力系统的技术领域,具体为一种双电机混联混合动力系统。
背景技术
现有的混合动力系统均通过两根独立的输入轴分别外接电机或发动机来进行动力输入控制,由于需要分别设置两组独立的减速结构再进行耦合动力输出,其使得整个动力系统的结构复杂,且现有的动力系统其能量不能及时有效回收,使得能量存在浪费。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种双电机混联混合动力系统,通过发动机和两个电机共同接入同轴双输入变速箱,使得整个系统占用空间小,且能量可以及时回收。
一种双电机混联混合动力系统,其特征在于:其包括发动机、Isg电机、TM电机、同轴双输入变速箱,所述同轴双输入变速箱包括壳体、第一输入轴、第二空心输入轴、输出轴、中间轴,第一输入轴同轴布置于所述第二空心输入轴的中心腔内,所述TM电机的对应于第一输入轴的位置设置有避让中心腔,所述TM电机的空心传动端连接所述第二空心输入轴的输入端,所述第一输入轴贯穿避让中心腔后顺次连接所述Isg电机的输出端、离合装置的一端,所述发动机的输出端连接离合装置的另一端,离合装置闭合状态所述发动机连接所述第一输入轴,所述输出轴布置于所述第一输入轴的后方、同轴布置、且留有间隔,所述第一输入轴的后端后凸于所述第二空心输入轴并安装有动力选择装置,所述第二空心输出轴的后端设置有第一啮合连接装置、所述输出轴的前端设置有第二啮合连接装置,所述动力选择装置沿着第一输入轴朝向第一啮合连接装置、第二啮合连接装置运动择一啮合连接或均不连接;所述第二空心输入轴的位于壳体的内部区域和中间轴之间设置有第一级传动装置,所述中间轴和所述输出轴的对应于所述壳体的内部区域内设置有第二级传动装置,所述Isg电机、TM电机均带有发电功能。

两个输入轴的动力通过动力选择装置的位置切换进行耦合或者解耦:
当动力选择装置处于中间位置时,第一输入轴的动力无法传递到输出轴、第二空心输入轴的动力通过变速箱第一级传动装置传递到中间轴、再通过第二级传动装置传递至输出轴;
当动力选择装置处于左侧位置、啮合第一啮合连接装置时,第一输入轴和变速箱第二空心输入轴通过动力选择装置耦合,两个变速箱输入轴的动力耦合后通过第一级传动装置传递到中间轴、再通过第二级传动装置传递至输出轴;
当动力选择装置处于右侧位置、啮合第二啮合连接装置时,第一输入轴和输出轴通过动力选择装置连接,第一输入轴的动力直接传递到输出轴上;第二空心输入轴的动力通过变速箱第一级传动装置传递到中间轴、再通过第二级传动装置传递至输出轴,两个动力在输出轴上耦合后输出。
采用本发明后,车辆起步时,TM电机作为主要动力源驱动车辆前进,通常情况下,变速箱处在空挡状态,离合装置结合,发动机和ISG电机处在停机或者发电状态;当需要大扭矩起步时,让变速箱在挡,离合分离,由TM电机和ISG电机共同提供动力;车辆达到一定车速后,变速箱挂入对应挡位,离合装置结合,发动机作为主要动力源驱动车辆前进,主驱电机和ISG电机根据需求处在助力或者发电模式下;车辆减速时,可以将变速箱挂入空挡,由TM电机进行回收,也可以保持变速箱在挡,离合分离,由TM电机和ISG电机共同进行能量回收;其通过发动机和两个电机共同接入同轴双输入变速箱,使得整个系统占用空间小,且能量可以及时回收。

一种双电机混联混合动力系统,见图1:其包括发动机1、Isg电机2、TM电机3、同轴双输入变速箱4,同轴双输入变速箱4包括壳体15、第一输入轴5、第二空心输入轴6、输出轴7、中间轴8,第一输入轴5同轴布置于第二空心输入轴6的中心腔内,TM电机3的对应于第一输入轴5的位置设置有避让中心腔,TM电机3的空心传动端连接第二空心输入轴6的输入端,第一输入轴5贯穿避让中心腔后顺次连接Isg电机2的输出端、离合装置9的一端,发动机1的输出端连接离合装置9的另一端,离合装置9闭合状态发动机1连接第一输入轴5,输出轴7布置于第一输入轴5的后方、同轴布置、且留有间隔,第一输入轴5的后端后凸于第二空心输入轴6并安装有动力选择装置10,第二空心输出轴6的后端设置有第一啮合连接装置11、输出轴7的前端设置有第二啮合连接装置12,动力选择装置10沿着第一输入轴5朝向第一啮合连接装置11、第二啮合连接装置12运动择一啮合连接或均不连接;第二空心输入轴6的位于壳体15的内部区域和中间轴8之间设置有第一级传动装置13,中间轴8和输出轴7的对应于壳体15的内部区域内设置有第二级传动装置14,Isg电机2、TM电机3均带有发电功能。
第一级传动装置13、第二级传动装置14具体为传动齿轮结构;
两个输入轴的动力通过动力选择装置10的位置切换进行耦合或者解耦:
当动力选择装置10处于中间位置时,第一输入轴5的动力无法传递到输出轴、第二空心输入轴7的动力通过变速箱第一级传动装置13传递到中间轴8、再通过第二级传动装置14传递至输出轴7;
当动力选择装置10处于左侧位置、啮合第一啮合连接装置11时,第一输入轴5和变速箱第二空心输入轴6通过动力选择装置耦合,两个变速箱输入轴的动力耦合后通过第一级传动装置13传递到中间轴8、再通过第二级传动装置14传递至输出轴7;
当动力选择装置10处于右侧位置、啮合第二啮合连接装置12时,第一输入轴5和输出轴7通过动力选择装置连接,第一输入轴5的动力直接传递到输出轴7上;第二空心输入轴6的动力通过变速箱第一级传动装置13传递到中间轴8、再通过第二级传动装置14传递至输出轴7,两个动力在输出轴7上耦合后输出。
其工作原理如下:车辆起步时,TM电机作为主要动力源驱动车辆前进,通常情况下,变速箱处在空挡状态,离合装置结合,发动机和ISG电机处在停机或者发电状态;当需要大扭矩起步时,让变速箱在挡,离合分离,由TM电机和ISG电机共同提供动力;车辆达到一定车速后,变速箱挂入对应挡位,离合装置结合,发动机作为主要动力源驱动车辆前进,主驱电机和ISG电机根据需求处在助力或者发电模式下;车辆减速时,可以将变速箱挂入空挡,由TM电机进行回收,也可以保持变速箱在挡,离合分离,由TM电机和ISG电机共同进行能量回收;其通过发动机和两个电机共同接入同轴双输入变速箱,使得整个系统占用空间小,且能量可以及时回收。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (6)
1.一种双电机混联混合动力系统,其特征在于:其包括发动机、Isg电机、TM电机、同轴双输入变速箱,所述同轴双输入变速箱包括壳体、第一输入轴、第二空心输入轴、输出轴、中间轴,第一输入轴同轴布置于所述第二空心输入轴的中心腔内,所述TM电机的对应于第一输入轴的位置设置有避让中心腔,所述TM电机的空心传动端连接所述第二空心输入轴的输入端,所述第一输入轴贯穿避让中心腔后顺次连接所述Isg电机的输出端、离合装置的一端,所述发动机的输出端连接离合装置的另一端,离合装置闭合状态所述发动机连接所述第一输入轴,所述输出轴布置于所述第一输入轴的后方、同轴布置、且留有间隔,所述第一输入轴的后端后凸于所述第二空心输入轴并安装有动力选择装置,所述第二空心输出轴的后端设置有第一啮合连接装置、所述输出轴的前端设置有第二啮合连接装置,所述动力选择装置沿着第一输入轴朝向第一啮合连接装置、第二啮合连接装置运动择一啮合连接或均不连接;所述第二空心输入轴的位于壳体的内部区域和中间轴之间设置有第一级传动装置,所述中间轴和所述输出轴的对应于所述壳体的内部区域内设置有第二级传动装置,所述Isg电机、TM电机均带有发电功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双电机混联混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述第一级传动装置、第二级传动装置具体为传动齿轮结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双电机混联混合动力系统,其特征在于:两个输入轴的动力通过动力选择装置的位置切换进行耦合或者解耦。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种双电机混联混合动力系统,其特征在于:当动力选择装置处于中间位置时,第一输入轴的动力无法传递到输出轴、第二空心输入轴的动力通过变速箱第一级传动装置传递到中间轴、再通过第二级传动装置传递至输出轴。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种双电机混联混合动力系统,其特征在于:当动力选择装置处于左侧位置、啮合第一啮合连接装置时,第一输入轴和变速箱第二空心输入轴通过动力选择装置耦合,两个变速箱输入轴的动力耦合后通过第一级传动装置传递到中间轴、再通过第二级传动装置传递至输出轴。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种双电机混联混合动力系统,其特征在于:当动力选择装置处于右侧位置、啮合第二啮合连接装置时,第一输入轴和输出轴通过动力选择装置连接,第一输入轴的动力直接传递到输出轴上;第二空心输入轴的动力通过变速箱第一级传动装置传递到中间轴、再通过第二级传动装置传递至输出轴,两个动力在输出轴上耦合后输出。
