Background
In the field of optical precision machinery, when an instrument or a module in an optical path needs to be replaced, the position, the angle and the like need to be readjusted every time due to no guarantee of resetting precision; even if the instrument or module is adjusted, the need for readjustment when reset after removal is unavoidable, which is disadvantageous for quick installation and adjustment of the instrument or module.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a positioning support for equipment which needs accurate positioning and quick and accurate resetting and has high requirements on structural certainty, reliability and repeated positioning precision.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
an accurate positioning and resetting supporting mechanism is characterized by comprising an instrument bottom plate, a first positioning seat, a second positioning seat and a third positioning seat, wherein the instrument bottom plate is used for being connected with an instrument;
the instrument bottom plate comprises an upper plate and three ball head supporting rods, wherein ball heads are arranged at the lower ends of the ball head supporting rods, the upper ends of the ball head supporting rods are fixed on the upper plate, and the three ball head supporting rods are distributed in a triangular mode;
the first positioning seat, the second positioning seat and the third positioning seat respectively comprise a positioning block, a reset reed and a reset pressing block, one end of the reset reed is fixed on the positioning block, and the other end of the reset reed is fixed on the reset pressing block; the center of the reset pressing block is provided with a V-shaped groove and a U-shaped notch, the V-shaped groove presses a corresponding ball head of the ball head supporting rod, the end surface of the U-shaped notch is provided with an arc guide surface, the other end surface of the U-shaped notch is provided with an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is fixed with the other end of the first reset reed through a screw;
the centers of the first positioning blocks of the first positioning seat and the second positioning seat are provided with V-shaped grooves which are contacted with the ball heads of the corresponding ball head supporting rods; the side surface of the first positioning block is provided with a first end surface for fixing the first reset reed;
the third positioning block of the third positioning seat is in a boss shape, the inner side surface of the boss and the bottom surface adjacent to the inner side surface of the boss are used for contacting with the corresponding ball head of the ball head supporting rod, and the outer side surface of the boss is fixed with the reset reed.
The first positioning seat, the second positioning seat and the third positioning seat are fixed below the three ball head supporting rods of the corresponding instrument bottom plate, and the U-shaped notches of the reset pressing blocks of the first positioning seat, the second positioning seat and the third positioning seat face in the same direction.
The first reset reed is an elastic sheet.
The invention has the technical effects that:
1. the accurate positioning and resetting supporting mechanism can realize accurate positioning and quick and accurate resetting of instruments and modules; after the instrument and the module are pushed in place, the instrument and the module are automatically locked by reliable elastic restoring force, the stability is high, and the plugging and unplugging are convenient and quick.

As can be seen from the figure, the embodiment of the precise positioning resetting supporting mechanism of the invention comprises an instrument bottom plate 1, a first positioning seat 2, a second positioning seat 3 and a third positioning seat 4;
as shown in fig. 2, the instrument base plate 1 includes an upper plate 11 and three ball-head support rods 12, the lower ends of the ball-head support rods 12 are provided with balls 121, the upper ends of the ball-head support rods are fixed on the upper plate 11, and the three ball-head support rods 12 are distributed in a triangular shape;
as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the first positioning seat 2 is composed of a first positioning block 21, a first reset reed 22 and a first reset pressing block 23; a V-shaped groove 211 is formed in the center of the first positioning block 21 and contacts with the ball head 121 of the corresponding ball head support rod 12; the first positioning block 21 is provided with an end surface 212 for fixing the first reset reed 22; the first reset reed 22 is an elastic sheet, one end of the first reset reed 22 is fixed on the first positioning block 21, and the other end is fixed on the first reset pressing block 23; a V-shaped groove 231 is arranged in the center of the first reset pressing block 23, the V-shaped groove presses the corresponding ball head 121 of the ball head supporting rod 12, and the first reset pressing block 23 is provided with a U-shaped notch 232; the end surface of the U-shaped notch 232 of the first reset pressing block 23 is provided with an arc guide surface 233, and the other end surface is provided with an inclined surface 234 fixed with the first reset reed 22;
the second positioning seat 3 has the same structure as the first positioning seat 2, and the V-shaped surfaces of the two positioning seats are parallel;
the third positioning seat 4 consists of a third positioning block 41, a third reset reed 42 and a third reset pressing block 43; the third positioning block 41 is in the shape of a boss, the inner side surface 412 of the boss and the bottom surface 411 adjacent to the inner side surface 412 of the boss are used for contacting with the corresponding ball head 121 of the ball head support rod 12, and the outer side surface 413 of the boss is fixed with the reset spring 42; the third reset reed 42 has the same structure as the first reset reed 22, one end of the third reset reed 42 is fixed on the third positioning block 41, and the other end is fixed on the inclined surface 434 of the third reset pressing block 43; the third reset pressing block 43 has the same structure as the first reset pressing block 13;
the positions of the first positioning seat 2, the second positioning seat 3 and the third positioning seat 4 can be interchanged at will;
the first positioning seat 2, the second positioning seat 3 and the third positioning seat 4 are fixed below the three ball head supporting rods 12 of the corresponding instrument bottom plate 1, and the U-shaped notches 232 of the reset pressing blocks 23 of the first positioning seat 2, the second positioning seat 3 and the third positioning seat 4 face in the same direction.
