Effect example-evaluation of defecation promoting Effect (reference to health food test and evaluation technical Specification (2003 edition))
1. Experimental animals, healthy male clean-grade Kunming mice, body weight (20 + -2) g.
2. The experiment groups are divided into a normal control group, a constipation model group, 5 groups of examples 1-5 and a comparative example 1-3, each group contains 5 mice, and the mice are subjected to intragastric administration at fixed time every day.
The normal control group and the constipation model group are infused with distilled water with equal amount;
the corresponding compositions were gavage administered in groups 1-5 and comparative groups 1-3 at 0.05mg folic acid per unit, whereas comparative example 3 contained no folic acid, so the gavage of the composition of comparative example 3 remained the same as example 1 except folic acid.
The gavage treatment was carried out for 10 days, and the mice in the experimental group were fed with free water within 10 days.
3. Mice in each group were fasted for 16 hours without water deprivation. The normal control group was given distilled water, the constipation model group and the groups of examples 1-5, and the groups of comparative examples 1-3 were given compound diphenoxylate (10mg/Kg BW) by gavage.
4. After administering compound diphenoxylate for 0.5 hour, mice in normal control group and constipation model group were gavaged with ink, and the corresponding compositions were gavaged in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 at 0.05 mg/folic acid compound, wherein comparative example 3 did not contain folic acid compound, so that the gavage amount of the composition in comparative example 3 was identical to that in example 1 except folic acid compound. All mice were fed with normal drinking water.
5. Starting from the ink filling, the time for discharging black feces of the first grain of each animal, the number of the discharged black feces in 6 hours and the weight of the discharged black feces are recorded.
The results are shown in Table 1.
