技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有隔音和低传热性能的双层编织织物,尤其是用于制造敞篷车车篷的双层编织织物。
背景技术
在本发明之前,当车篷合上的时候,要降低敞篷车内外的噪音和热量传递是很困难的,除非车篷是多层的,它需要一系列的制造过程;为了制成敞篷车车篷需要包括将许多层编织在内的多个步骤,这不仅仅需要额外的编织材料而且还要花费很高的成本。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种编织织物,它具有改进的隔音和热传递特性并且制造简单,而且与竞争的编织物具有同样的强度。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种具有改进的隔音和热传递特性的敞篷车车篷织物。

在本发明的优选方式中,该基本双层编织织物用于制造敞篷车的车篷织物,但是这种应用仅是优选的应用,因为很容易看出所述的双层编织织物可以被用作其它的用途,比如用于墙面板的隔音屏障,小卧室的窗帘,人造革的衬底等。
现在参看图1和2,符号10表示一双层编织的有涂层的织物10,它使用在汽车或卡车14的敞篷车车篷12中。双层编织的有涂层的织物10包括一双层编织织物16(它具有一下部的标准棉缎编织织物18,一上部的平面编织织物20)和一聚乙烯弹性聚合物涂层22,比如PVC,或者橡胶,或者合成橡胶,或者根据织物16的用途所要求的其它适当的弹性聚合物。作为敞篷车的织物来使用,涂层22优选为PVC聚乙烯涂层。
如上所述,双层编织织物16基本上包括一标准棉缎编织织物18和一上部的编织织物,优选由65/35的聚酯棉混纺纱编织而成,所有经纱24为15支棉纱,纬纱23为10支棉纱。成品编织物为60"宽,每英寸具有108支经线端(ends)和每英寸具有62支纬纱(picks)。如果需要,也可以使用其它合适的纱线比如50/50的聚酯棉纱混纺。

Claims (9)

1.一种带涂层的织物,包括:一具有相互连接的一层平面编织织物和一层棉缎编织织物的双层编织基体,其中所述的连接是通过所述平面编织织物的某些预先选定的纬纱穿过所述棉缎织物的某些预先选定的经纱而使标准棉缎编织织物和平面编织织物在一侧相互连接,以及一位于该棉缎编织织物相反的一侧的该平面编织织物表面上的弹性聚合物涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述涂层是PVC。
3.如权利要求2所述的织物,其中所述平面编织织物和所述棉缎编织织物中的所述纱线是65/35聚酯棉纱。
4.如权利要求1所述的织物,其中所述涂层是橡胶或橡胶代用品。
5.如权利要求4所述的织物,其中所述织物中的所述纱线是65/35聚酯棉纱。
